I came in the other day to get my son an XR and chelsea was more than helpful! she sat with me through the set up, set it up so he’d still be surprised by it when i got home, would highly recommend going back to her:)

Deja made my experience better. I had trouble getting my google account and she worked over an hour tryna recover it. She has a good personality and made my experience better. Why isnt she the manager?! Her attitude is way better than the one they got now.

Had a great experience with Deja and Chelsea. Came into the store today because I knew the manager Destiny was not working today. Always have a rough and bad experience with her she is a very rude person and wants to involve you in her personal life.

I cant remember her name but the lady that helped me she had dark hair she was amazing. very good at multitasking. she was helping me and other customers all at the same time. i was buying 4 new phone and that takes a minute to set up. So we would get one setup really fast. Then let the next person pay a bill really fast. Do another phone fast and then the next person charge there phone number really quick. She was also trying to help a lady set headphones while setting up the other phone. shes the best worker Ive seen there i wish i new her name she was great i was surprised i know they need her up there more and give her a raise. The blonde lady was still setting there with the same guy buy the time i left and wasnt trying to help out anyone else at all. not trying to be mean but if the girl that helped me and everyone else out she could have tried to help her out some. You have 2 people working and only one doing everything.

I made the switch!! From Metro PCS to Cricket. Best decision ever. I ported my number over and it was simple, quick, and easy. Now Im NOT getting all those junk calls and text messages that I was receiving at Metro daily. Also, the girls were super nice and very helpful. I am a happy customer. I am on the $55 dollar a month pre-paid plan. Love my FREE phone too. Yes, FREE, I say. Go see my friends at Cricket. You will be glad you did. I think they deserve 1000 stars!!

Absolute WORST phone company I’ve ever had! Barely good phone service.. surprise charges.. I can’t send freaking videos or pictures. Get it tf together!!! I’m tired of calling y’all every other day. 1 star for the employees working inside the store, y’all are awesome!

Great store, the staff got the new sim card set up promptly in an old LG phone. The BYOD deal worked out fine, good signal strength around the area. Works off AT&T towers.

Cheaper than Verizon and just as good service!

They could do better on phones. When u get a phone from them and its messed upvwhere uber it. They should replace it at not cost to the customer. My sis got 2 from them she paid for her first phone it was messed up. They gave her another phone and it was mess up to. They should replace it. But in stead she has to send it off. I disagree with that. They should give her a better phone. At not cost to her.

The pretty hispanic girl is very sweet and attentive. Bad side, I broke my phone not even a week after I bought it. I know I didnt have insurance but it was less than a week. I had to pay full price and an upgrade fee even tho I bought the same phone

Way better than my last mobile provider!! At Cricket they have not lied to me, ripped me off, or sold me any defective used phones they swore were new. Im no longer a prime candidate for the latest pre-planned Android promotions tag team sale-a-thon. I have not seen in person customer service like theirs anywhere in the cell phone industry.Great products as well.❣💫👍

Do not do business with Gadsden Store. Had to complain again. Once Manager was fired for letting co workers play in the store and their mouths bad bad business. Then again rude when doing a purchase. Do not do business there.

Tried to go into the store at 7:50pm, but the door was locked. The male employee was behind the desk and completely ignored us at the door.
