My visit was very satisfying as the personnel were very professional along with knowledgeable with all my questions or concerns.Very helpful and will be glad to recommend this location to all who are entertaining AT&T or looking to switch providers to them.

When we went to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T it was a nightmare and not because of AT&T. They made sure we were taken care of. We had Brock as on main person. He offered to stay late so he could take care of us after I got off work. They all ended up staying late that night do to unforeseen issues that were out of their control. We also had Shai he was wonderful as well he made sure we were taken care of a couple days later when Brock was off. Then the one manager I can’t remember his name. But he would come over and check up on us and make sure everything was going as planned. I would have to say they provided me with the best customer service I ever received at a phone/internet/tv place. By far a great group of employees.

My grandson and I had a great experience at this store thanks to a our salesperson Zack. Not only did Zack answer all our questions he made it entertaining. So if your looking for for a phone I would highly recommend this store.

Jesse helped me get my new wireless account set up and tried helping us activate our internet but it isnt available in my area. Gadsden needs more fiber!

Jesse Pinkston at AT&T provided extremely professional and high quality service. Representatives like this are very hard to come by. He answered all my questions and got my internet set up for me. He was very efficient with everything he had to take care of on his end and was polite about asking if I was interested in other products AT&T had to offer. Non confrontation but direct. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a sales rep.

Tyler was new and did everything he could to make sure my experience was smooth, the manager Shawn helped us all the way through too! Both of these guys went above and beyond while practicing social distancing. The store was clean and associates were wiping down tables after each use. Being new to the area I have been resulting to doing everything completely online. I had a issue with my cell phone that the support over the phone wasnt getting me anywhere. I drove to the location in Gadsden and was greeted by a representative named Hunter. He helped me not only with my problem but made me feel safe as he maintained social distancing and wearing a mask. He was extremely polite and helped me not only with my problem but was not the typical “pushy salesman”. A++ to the clean store and the salesman Hunter.

Went to the store recently to get a iphone the guy that helped me was named Jesse and he was wonderful. He helped me out with my iphone and also AT&T TV. The customer service from Jesse and the manager Shawn was amazing!

Walked in and the manager was not helpful and answered none of our questions. He name was Cody. Almost didn’t come back. Ended up coming back and was helped by a very nice girl. We asked about the mini phone when we talked to Cody and he stated the only ones in stock was the most expensive one.

Im not sure what the gentlemans name was bc I have 35 stitches in my head right now, but he was super sweet, didnt charge me a dime for a temp sim card while I wait for applecare to replace my phone through aig, saved me some money on my bill for internet w faster connections AND was just a genuinely nice guy all the way around!!! Came into the store very upset about how my 5G doesn’t work and was being billed extra for insurance which is ridiculous. Had to return again today because Jesse Pinkston misinformed us about details on a phone we were upgrading to. As a result, Cody and Shai had to spend 2 hours trying to correct the issue and switch to a different phone. Cody and Shai are amazing but Jesse needs serious customer service and product training. We were not even given any acknowledgement by Jesse today and the other two were apologizing profusely for the mistake on Jesses part.

Just left. Was in and out in 30 min, with new iPhone! Noah was amazing and set the entire thing up, was super helpful. Went out of his way to help us with our direct TV questions as well! Highly recommend!!!!

Vistited the store yesterday to purchase new iPhone 12 and have my current iPhone switched to my wife. Will (William) was my representative and provided me with A + service. His knowledge of the iPhone 12 and transferring all my info from old phone to new phone made the process easy. The difficult challenge was getting my wife’s iPhone 4 info on my old phone as it was on an old apple account. This was a more difficult task and Will did everything possible at the store and gave me precise instructions to complete at home, which I managed later. Can’t say enough about Will and store management. The store also practiced excellent social distancing•*****

A couple day ago, I walked in and saw the workers throwing a frisbee and playing in the store. So unprofessional I turned around and walked out. I am not giving my business to this location.

Noah helped me get the new galaxy watch 4 on preorder. Not exactly what I came in for but I’m glad I got it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. This is my third line i add and i have had an issue with every line I purchased. I am definitely willing to pay additional 10$ For a better customer service. Fast and saved me some money, but when I received the bill I actually had to pay $30 dollars more and I didnt get anything for this increase. Now the plan I had before I cant have it back and I only went to the store that day to switch prepaid phones. Ive been with At&t for 20yrs and now I might have to take my five lines elsewhere. Ive been good to At&t.

Eymi serviced a key problem I had, I was totally confused, chaotic and this young lady immediately calmed me down, walked through everything with me, took care of the situation and did an excellent job, she was polite, patient and encouraging. She needs to have a raise, I’m sure she doesn’t get paid enough to deal with the type of situation I presented her with. Keep her, do right by her.
