Went in to get 4 new Michelin tire for my 2019 F350.They gave me the same deal as Sams Club, and made an appt.for service and tires for the following week.Showed up at 9:00 and was out before noon with all work complete.Had a nice area where I could work while waiting. Great people!!

The auto repair was accomplished on time and at the estimated cost. The service writer was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was an expensive but necessary purchase.
I had been looking for a particular car, MINI Roadster, I found one that had everything I was looking for, I live in Tn so contacted the dealership and Chris contacted me letting me know they still had it on the lot. I let him know I had a set budget and he made it happen for me. Drove 3 hours down to the the dealership and it was much better than I expected it to be, pictures did not due it justice. Of course I purchased the car, it was a great experience and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking.
I went at the right time and did not have to wait long for my service to be completed. The only complaint I have is that no one talked to me about the results of the vehicle check-up. But they did give me the vehicle check-up sheet and I was able to see what maintenance would be required soon. Thanks.

If I could give this Truck 0 stars I would have! I bought this truck in December of 2020. I have since put 38,983 miles on it, so it doesnt qualify for the Ford buy back because of Alabama lemon laws (which is 2 years or 25,000 miles). I keep having the same issue, which is several trouble lights come on and put my truck into limp mode. I got my truck out of the shop for the 3rd time on September 24th, and on October 2 my truck started doing the same thing all over again. So on Monday the 4th which is today I put my truck back into the shop for the forth time. My job, along with the miles I drives allows me to buy a new vehicle every 2-3 years. This will be the last vehicle that I buy as a Ford and the last vehicle I buy from Ronnie Watkins Ford.
Shady and lack of communication. GM thought he would throw some big names around like I cared. Where I come from it’s first come first served. Again, lack of communication within the dealership. Not a big selection and you’re better off going through private owner on marketplace.
Great neighborhood service center, have been going here for the past 6 months and seems like Ive been going for much longer... very comfortable atmosphere and I feel like Im running into old friends, especially Shawn at the front desk. They are also helpful even when I call ahead to get information over the phone, thanks for making me want to come back!

We had our F-350 that had a code that needed checked. We were afraid that we were in for an expensive repair. The service department told us they checked it out and that it could actually go through four or five more codes before needing the repair. Thankful they didn’t jump on it before it was necessary

My salesman Joseph Fountain is awesome and goes above and beyond for us even two years after we have purchased our car but, my battery dying for absolutely no reason and then causing my transmission to need to be relearned definitely should have been covered. I feel like no matter what they will try not to cover anything under warranty and we bought the extended which is not cheap. Wru disappointed with the service department.

I stopped by the Quick Lane to have the wheel alignment checked on my Explorer. It would veer left if the wheel was not tilted to the right.It was checked and adjusted. The repair person rode with me to test drive. He explained the problem and wanted to know if I felt the problem was solved. It was great! I was very satisfied. I always go to the Quick Lane to service my vehicle.

Purchased a set of tires for my F150. The tires arrived as promised, and Steve notified me that the tires were in. My truck was up on the rack within twenty minutes of my arrival. I was driving off of the lot in a little over an hour. I have no complaints.

No help! I had my truck scheduled for service to fix a AC drain hose leaking in the passenger floor board. This is an issue that Ford has had for years, it should be a recall but they tell me it is warranty work and that my trucks mileage is out of the scope of that work. So I will have to pay to get it fixed when it came from the factory like that. The dealership even ran my VIN number and said my truck was one of the F150’s having problems. They should have fixed it at no charge. If Ford Motor Company does business like this I will not be back to buy another Ford truck..

Im pleased with the service that they do,only complaint I have is I got a coupon for oil change,tire rotate for 49.95 when you pay for it. It comes to 53.and some change. I ask parts went up,oil,filters. Then why advertise 49.95

I did not have a good experience with them. I purchased an 08 Honda CV-R and with in 14 days was told the transmission was bad that it was slipping. I spoke with Patrick he let me know there was nothing they could do to help me. I will not be going back!

They are very nice and helpful they helped me get my headrest off my 2013 expedition in the back they were to big for me i had a bad blind spot cuz of them one of my kids ran up on the side and didnt see them cuz of it scared me to death nothing happened but after that they had to go he also showed me how to do it myself so if i want them back on i can as long as i dont lose the clips and they did not charge me for i was surprised most places charge for evey little thing the pic is one of the guys that helped us
