Called on a Thursday to schedule a consult due to scrubbing brakes for my Yukon. They were able to schedule my appointment the next day. Service center employees greeted me by name and quickly pulled my truck in. I returned home to wait on Jason to call to with the diagnostic report. They were able to replace the brake pads and rotors within a couple of hours. They washed my truck and had it looking brand new and ready to roll. Five Stars from us!! Great Job Tameron Hondas Service Department.
I had a great experience with the people at Tameron Honda. From keeping in touch with me about the new stock of used vehicles they got in that were cars that I had expressed an interest in, to getting me scheduled for a test drive, and finally my purchase. The whole experience was a great one, and I felt no pressure at any time. Big thanks to Andrea and Ry. I will definitely consider the drive down to Gadsden again if I need a new car.

Dealer had me drive an hour to the dealership for a vehicle that wasnt even on-site yet. Then tries to hide thousands of dollars of additional cost in the dealer extras which I had no option of turning down. Not honest in their pricing, beware of hidden cost for the dealer installed extra options. Extremely overpriced and not comparable to what other dealers charge to install. Service wasnt bad, courteous personnel, just need to keep an eye on their smoke and mirrors money game.
Unprofessional and dishonest. The manager attempted to inflate the purchase price by nearly $5,000 for dealer upgrades which were essentially floor mats and would not own up to it. If they had kept their word with what was initially disclosed before I arrived I had full intention of purchasing. I left without purchasing and have no intention of returning. They were dishonest and unappreciative of my time or business.
Very disappointed in the customer service at this dealership.I called and spoke to Danielle on a specific vehicle that I wanted to come see. She made me an appointment after we discussed that I would be driving 45 mins to an hour after work to get there. She was very polite and followed up with a text and an email complete with information about the specific vehicle I was interested. She instructed me to ask for the manager Larry upon my arrival. She was very professional.When I get to the dealership, I ask to speak to Larry, but the salesman, Dennis, who intercepted me as I exited my car, takes me directly to his desk instead. Then, when I tell him the specific vehicle that I had an appointment to come see, he leaves and comes back about 10 minutes later saying they sold the vehicle that day. At this point, I am not mad that they sold the vehicle, just upset that they did not have the courtesy to call me since my appointment was for a specific vehicle.After getting into my car to leave, Dennis and his coworker is standing at the window looking directly toward my car laughing hysterically.
We had a very great experience with them, not only did it not take long, but they treated us very well, especially since we were travelling home from vacation and didn’t want to be stuck all day! Would highly recommend! Staff very polite and helpful!!

I had a nice buying experience. However, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL. I have asked to be removed/unsubscribed several times. Every 3-4 days I still get an email asking if I am interested in the VEHICLE I PURCHASED 2 months ago. Its very frustrating.
Unable to leave no star so thats why 1 star. Sales manager Larry Keene is very cocky, unprofessional, and has horrible customer service. I came in with every intention on purchasing a 2014 Toyota Rav4 but was told that financing a vehicle is cheaper than paying cash which still makes no sense to me!! Ive always known pay cash not interest!! I offered a cash payment which was turned down, then later that same day the exact offer I made for cash payment was offered to my coworker as a cash price!! This is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend making cash purchase through them!!On another note Salesman Abe & Jermichael were very professional and courteous!! Also I know its not easy for car Salesman but when the sales manager doesnt work for the sale how can he expect sales?

Ry Cleveland was eager to listen to my preferences in types of Civics I would prefer. We drove a Vivic Hatchback of which I was pleased but only one color in stock. But Ry explained the benefits snd options in a Hatchback. Then he showed me and allowed me to drive your only Civic Sport in stock. It was metallic gray which was my color preference. I have just to talked my Civic HF, a 2012 model with 145,000. So I did not want a new car or the expense. But Ry explained before and during the test drive new options on the Sport. Nothing else around the area has interested me besides a Civic and Ry used no pressure but answered all my questions. I know of the chip problems snd lack of new cars around. I’m driving my new car with pride now. I got what I wanted and what I needed. I don’t like throwing in lots of add ons at the signing but it is what it is. I wish I had stuck to my guns and remained a no to the auto buddy. I did not need it or the expense. I have a garage andI should have remained a no. But I got it. There is pressure to add on even though it works.Thank you Ry. I would recommend any friend or acquaintance come to you.I don’t need a Ridgeline but the red one in the showroom is gorgeous.
Recently visited this nice lot, but why have a nice lot if you have nothing unprofessional car salesman . I will leave it at that. no need to go into detail, just know if you dont catch their eye they wont even put in the work. Thats why I got a 2021 vehicle from Ford rather than Honda!

I took my Honda Pilot in for service today, and it will be the LAST time! I waited (with an 8 month old and a 2 year old) for 3 1/2 hours for a new tire and an oil change!!I had the car there on Saturday because my tire had gone flat..... after being there 45 minutes to an hour, they told me they could find nothing wrong with the tire, but they had tightened the valve stem so I should be good! The tire was flat again the next day, so I went back. At the 3 hour wait mark I inquired about why it was taking so long and was told by Laura that on Saturday they had pulled off the right rear passenger tire and couldn’t find anything wrong with it..... BECAUSE THEY TOOK OFF THE WRONG TIRE! It was the left rear driver side tire. When I got upset, she began to backtrack and tell me that they checked all four tires on Saturday, but they had definitely found a puncture in the tire and could “fix” it. I told them that I was not leaving with the same tire again and had them put a new one on. When it came time to pay, I asked if they were giving me a discount and she actually laughed and wanted to know what for? Uh.... for working on the wrong tire and me having to come back again and wait for 3 1/2 hours!Service staff in general was not friendly at all! I’ve bought many Hondas over the years..... but this will be the last one at Tameron.
Our salesman CJ was great. He was very kind and patient and listened to what we wanted. The finance guy drove us crazy though. I could tell he just kept pushing about trying to sell us more and more add ons to the purchase of our vehicle even after saying we didnt want it many times, and we were in a time crunch to get to our bank. I also believe we could have gotten a little more for our trade in had we gone somewhere else, but I had looked so long for the vehicle we got that we went ahead and took the trade in value. So, we had a good experience overall, just a little frustrated with the finance part of it all.

Purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition this week. I asked the salesman multiple times for the final price. He showed me the final negotiated price which was agreeable then showed monthly payments below that which factored in $2500 in hidden fees for mud flaps, spray on wax, and tape on the door edges. All of this was mentioned multiple times as complimentary and included. I caught the hidden fees at the time of document signing when the final sales price did not match the final sales price on the deal we agreed on. STAY far away from this place. When we trade next year I will go somewhere else and you should as well.

After being approved within 5 minutes, we waited nearly 2 hours to do the paperwork. We finally got up and left. The salesman called trying to save the deal, offering delivery of the car and loan documents. We agreed, only to find out the price had mysteriously grown by $3000. My husband had to speak with the manager to get the deal corrected(My suggestion was to cancel and go somewhere else). I wont buy another car from this dealership or recommend them to anyone.
Denniss love and talent to serve others is genuinely what drives him to do what he does every day. I pulled in to the lot a sweet little car that served our family for over 260k miles! He took the time to listen and select a vehicle that not only fit my family but has also given our family a sense of pride and safety that we havent had in a vehicle in a long time. We will love and take care of our 2018 Honda Pilot like a car deserves to be treated. Being able to show my kids that hard work does pay off and to ride in style was only possible thanks to Denniss encouragement and assistance. Let me tell you about my experience with their service department today. I dropped my Honda off (one we had bought from them in 2016) for an oil change at 12 noon. They were not crowded at the time. I went to eat with my wife and returned at 1. Not finished. I sat around til almost 2 and finally went and ask the service manager when it would be ready. I noticed my car still parked over to the side. I asked have you even started on it? He went and checked and came back and said we are about to. I said dont, just give me the keys I have to get back to work. All I received was a Sorry man as I left. I will not be back.Also, there was another time I went there for an oil change and they wanted to change the air filter and in-cabin filter. $160. After he walked off, I looked them up on eBay and bought both for less than $20. Ive always thought that was a little fishy.FOLLOW UP: The next day after this incident I received the following text from Julie at Tameron Honda asking about my service. I texted right back what happened and havent heard from her since. That was over a week ago. Adds insult to injury.

Just moved to town was recommended here for their good service. Stop by the day before, Allen said to come by first thing in the morning and hell take care me. Stopped in, was welcomed got my info and was in and out about 1.5 hr. Great customer service, wasnt pressured into buying anything, went over the recommendations and what he thought should be done (just an air filter). Again, these guys are great, clean work area front and back, even had Jacks for breakfast! Yes, you can go around the corner to walmart maybe get oil change cheaper, but I own a Honda/Acura and would rather get it done right the first time! Thanks again guys, will be back
This is he best place to go have your car serviced. You are greeted with a smile always, you sit in a comfortable lounge, tv, snacks, drinks, and this is all free. They even wash my car off. Best people to deal with and very caring. If there is any problem they explain everything. Highly recommended.

The salesman William Alexander is a dishonest person. We bought a van there and found out the front door locks didn’t work later the next day. I saw him physically reach over and unlock the passenger door but, didn’t think a lot about it. So he knew about it. We brought it back and confronted them about it. They had their shop look at it and it was bad actuators. They refused to pay for it. They were so nice when we were buying it but, their attitude changed when we brought it back. I believe it was the sales manager who was nice though and told us where we could find a good deal on the parts to fix it.

Service personnel at Honda where friendly and welcoming while maintaining a high level of expertise and professionalism. They are also very accommodating and not pushy like some dealerships can be. For example, They skipped out on the break change because I said that I could do that myself without any kind of push back. Thats how it should be. Put the customer first. Buyer BEWARE! I feel frustrated, deceived, and misled. I will explain why. I had been looking at the web site and saw a vehicle I was interested in. Yesterday I chatted with someone via the web site about this specific vehicle. Someone called me to talk about the vehicle I described. She set up an appointment for me to drive the vehicle today. They had my email and cell phone number. I arrived and gave the salesman all of the information. He said he would pull the vehicle around for me. Then he asked if his manager could have the keys to our vehicle to determine trade-in value (while his manager had time). I was walking around while I waited (for almost a half hour). The manager asked if someone was helping me. I replied that Abraham had gone to get the vehicle I was interested in. The manager said, Ill make sure hes on it. Eventually Abraham came back and told me that vehicle had been sold. Thats why this took so long. If leather seats were important to me, I would need to increase my budget. I asked for my key in order to leave. He said the manager had it. Looking back, the entire experience is fishy. That dealership had three opportunities to check and make sure the vehicle was in stock and let me know. No one did. I drove 200+ miles round trip. I had heard of bait and switch. I do NOT appreciate being treated this way! Going to Tameron was a total waste of time!
