These folks are god awful with there business they tell you one thing and do another, customer service is god awful and they just don’t have a clue what they are doing very sad place to have such nice cars. I would recommend any other place over them and I mean that!

I was told this place doesn’t even have a fax machine. Non existing customer service ethic. Absolutely rude. You should gonto road loans instead. Filled out online application and was told that it was sent to another person in management and i have to come in and do it all again. Very sketchy! This place should be an absolute last resort! After a deal you should get a credit watch program to protect yourself! Creepy place!

Not the best place to shop for a new car its a lease to own place. Very poor sales staff and customer service is non existent. I would definitely not recommend doing business with this place ever.

Dominic Howard was very friendly and courteous, very knowledgeable. Didnt get the other guys name but he was friendly and very knowledgeable also over all great place to do businesses with a must stop for car purchases.

Omg....American Car Center is a great place to come get you a car. Easy process, professional and will work with you. They want to put you in a car and definitely got us in a car. Come and get you a car, will not be disappointed!!!!

Great cars I will give it that...but suggest never to do business with them. First of all car should never be sold without getting the title stuff to get a tag. Day I bought my car they told me it would be 2 weeks before they would receive it and I would have plenty of time 2 months later still no paperwork

THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! Sold me a car with a BROKEN keyless entry remote.. LIED to me and told me they would fix it... If you try to reach ANYONE for ANYTHING, they NEVER answer the phone.. If they do by some miracle answer the phone, they transfer you off to a VOICE MAIL BOX.. I PAYED 10,000 DOLLARS MORE THAN THE CAR IS WORTH.. THE INTEREST SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.. THEY USE PREDITORY LOANS DOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE POOR credit. I would NEVER buy another vehicle from them!!!

I just got a new car from Jacie and deon at american car center gadsden! I had a very good experience and they helped me find a car that I could afford and also liked!! They were very nice and patient and stopped at no end to make sure I was satisfied! I highly recommend seeking them if you have bad credit repos or etc...
