I got the exact asking price that I wanted for the car, and they came and picked up my vehicle and signed off on all the paperwork the same day. Through the entire process they were both very informative and friendly with all of my questions. I would most definitely do more business with them in the future.
Though a little problem with directions I was given @bout coming in first thing in the morning, Jason came to the rescue and got me in and out quickly. He even reminded me that I had some points accrued that could be applied towards the service work. I very much appreciate him doing that and appreciate him totally. He’s top notch.

He gathered his team (Blake Manyard and the owner whom I can’t remember his name) and they were just as spectacular. This was my first adult purchase, and it couldn’t have gone smoother and easier. They did not want to accept an offer, salesman didnt come back with a counter offer. I feel Nissan of Gadsden is trying to make a big profit on chip issues. I feel like my salesman was being smug. Its ok because I got another deal 2000.00 less and have premium paint. I would not recommend this dealership. Burney I got my Pathfinder and my salesman was totally awesome. So sorry you didnt want to talk business. But you not will to negotiate cost you a sell. But more that that I have a large family and I bet you have lost their business!

The experience as always was great. They did exactly what I came there to have done. I had my son with me as always and they let him run around the store playing and speaking to all the workers. I love that they interact with him while we wait and don’t make a fuss over him being a “toddler”.
After stopping for the night found a soft tire with a nail on it. They repaired it quickly and got us back on the road. They were very friendly and the services great.!!

The service department is terrible. They can not fix my car even though it has been in four times for the same problem. Now they wont give me an appointment or return my calls. They said they ordered a part over a month ago. I guess that was a lie.

It really hurts to say this, but Im very disappointed in Nissan of Gadsden. I brought my car in to get my A/C fix on 9/9/21 and literally had to call almost everyday to check on my car until I got it back on 9/14/21. In addition to that each time I call, they would take a message and never call back. I also had a warranty on my vehicle and was told my warranty did not cover the parts to fix A/C. When contacting my warranty agency, I was told that Nissan of Gadsden never contacted them to review coverage.
They go above and beyond to get the exact vehicle you want even in these trying times.
Jason met me at the car, and I let him know I had I had an appointment. His reply....Ill be happy to take care of it! I told him I was leaving my car, and he said hed text me or call me if I needed anything else.....I said that would be great! He did EXACTLY what he said he would do. Jason was EXTREMELY professional, and even asked me if he could wash my car. Ive had my car at this dealership at least 3 different times, this was the FIRST time anyone has ever asked, if I wanted my car washed. This gentleman is extremely passionate about his customers. Their needs are his concerns!! I will ALWAYS make sure I schedule my service with him, from this point on.

Service advisor Jeremy has a smart attitude every time we come in and is the reason we don’t buy cars anymore from them. I called and complained and was told I would get a call back and it’s almost been a week with no response. This dealership is a joke at this point. The only reason I come here is to not drive an hour to the dealership where I bought my car. To have someone make comments about where I bought my car is disgusting. Nissan is Nissan. It doesn’t matter what dealership it came from considering my warranty is through nissan. Not the dealership itself.

The prices are very high. We bought our car because of the warranty and finding out why we received a lifetime warranty. I understand getting oil changes and some flush work done but we rarely drive over the milage required in the agreement. But oh well... lower your prices

Purchased a new Nissan Rogue special edition. They were selling cars like crazy. Loved the incentives on the 2020 models. First new car i have ever owned and I am 55 yes old. It was a pleasant experience. My day had started with bringing in my 09 Rogue for eval of problems that were obviously too expensive to fix so we moved on to shopping the new cars and the rest is history.

In the middle of a pandemic with at state issued mask mandate there were NO employees wearing masks. I witnessed an employee coughing and I never saw him go to wash his hands or use hand sanitizer. I understand that everyone has a right to do how they please; however, in an industry that is service based, please have respect for your customers’ health and at least wear masks when interacting with them.

This is the worst service team I have ever seen. My van was supposed to be done Tuesday by 11am to be picked up. Its Thursday at 1pm now and they still have not even moved the van. I keep getting lied to and this isnt the first negative encounter ive had with them bit it will be the last!Yes. I see your response however, nothing was done to fix the problem. And after my computer was flashed by your techs it is still not correct. So I basically paid for nothing and took it to another shop to have it fixed.
I brought my car in for a regular tune up, have the brakes checked bc of a squeak sound, tires rotated and have new light bulbs installed. I sat there for over 4 hours. Several customers came and went with their cars. I had to ask about my car several times, no one volunteered information. Lance, the one who ignored me as a paying customer told me my car was ready with no free car wash. So I paid almost $600 for a squeaky brake that is still there, a car that now has a hesitation in engine, and car vibrates like it has a flattened tire, but doesnt. Lance said that it put new spark plugs, then why does it sound like you only caused problems that werent there when when I brought it in just for a regular tune up???????I work hard for my money.

The service/body shop manager, James, and the employees in the body shop did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle after I was involved in an accident a few weeks ago. James worked seamlessly with the other driver’s insurance company to ensure my vehicle was repaired professionally and that I had a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. Great experience and very pleased with the repairs done to my vehicle.

This was an 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Jason Smith always does a professional job as my service advisor, and he goes above and beyond. At the end of our visit, he advised me of what needs to be done on the next visit. If I had an extended Power Train Warranty on my vehicle, Id be 100 percent confident in it.

After shopping quite a few dealers in Central Alabama, Nissan of Gadsden stood out. Andrew Turner, my salesman, was very good. He answered questions or found answers to the ones that he didnt have and was great on followup without being pushy.
