Always a good experience, some times line is a little long, but hey people need to get stuff so be patient. Your not going to miss anything. At least they are doing their job and not just sitting around talking.

Store is closed going on 10 am was supposed to open at 7am. They have a stock truck waiting in the parking lot. I have called corporate who is supposed to get in touch with district manager. I was more worried someone had took them hostage and locked the doors on the way out. We do not live in the bast neighborhoods. But corporate said they would handle it and call when with a gift card for reporting it that would ce in handy

I was in line when a lady came in just before they closed and I understand when customers come in at close its a drag but I didnt think they were aloud to curse at her and call her names even the lady that was checking me out chimed in and called that poor lady a b word and she wasnt even th ed one being addressed nice dollar general keep up the great customer service

Theres always a long line. Teamwork needs improvement. But employees are friendly for the most part.

Shop here quite often for mostly art supplies. I did notice a high turnover with employees. Seems everytime I go there, I see a new face behind the counter. Merchandise on carts in the isles instead of on the shelves so it can be sold. If they could keep steady help, I believe the stop would do so much better.

The staff makes this establishment pleasant. It needs a very organized staff. There were boxes and lose merchandise everywhere.

Decent store, employees are nice, usually well stocked to get quick grabs. Cant stand the folks looking like they just rolled out of bed and forgot to look decent.

Now that the ASM is running this store it is clean and employees are awesome they have come a long way in making this store great again... All the employees have done a awesome job.. You may half to wait in line for a few minutes to get checked out but you always leave with a smile on your face...

They offer many everyday items including a selection of frozen and refrigerated foods like milk, cheese, luncheon meats, juice, pizza, and frozen vegetables. There is a clothes section for newborn babies to adults; and they have a small selection of underware, shoes, and socks. This store offers propane gas tank exchanges and ice too.

Fairly clean store, stocked well for the amount of people who shop here and very pleasant employees.

They have items blocking the aisles. Be prepared to stand in line for 5 minutes or longer because they always have just 1 person at the register while there are other employees working who can run a register...they will allow the line to back up and customers to walk out before getting assistance at the register...customers dont seem to be a priority

You can usually get in And out pretty quickly, sometimes it may take a little longer but not much.

VERY unorganized always cant get help want take stuff back with a receipt without a manager there.. SMH.... Unfriendly people all around. Wait in line forever is every time thing so count on that. Spent over 150$ my last visit and was in line for 39 min 2 people on break smoking right in front of the door with people walking in. Needless to say Ive cream no good

Im kinda disappointed. They never keep enough 6 packs of Pepsi products. Also the store is cluttered alot.

Go all the time to different ones. 2 problems usually only one cashier with long line. Stock is always in asiles not on shelves and usually in their buggies so none for the shoppers.

I shop at Dollar general bc its convenient and has affordable merchandise. Unfortunately I have been very dissatisfied with the Dollar general across from noccalula falls. It seems like lately the store is never stocked and I often end up having to leave the mtn area where I live in order to complete my shopping list. Fortunately I live close enough to Collinsville and Reese city to have the option of going to either of those locations. However its unfortunate that the store I once used quite often has fallen off to the point of making me cringe.

This is worst place to go to always has bombs outside and the staff not all but most is so unfriendly especially day shift, they’re to busy stocking doing things they need to do when they get time if I wanted to stand in line for 10 minutes I would go to wal-mart we’re it half the price!!
