Being a beauty supply store you will find about anything but a little costly. Most staff is friendly and helpful.

I cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition. The cashier at Sallys refused to allow me to shop without a mask. She never asked if I had a condition that prevented me from wearing a mask, she simply said I could not shop without one. I am not required to share my medical condition due to hippa laws but if this cashier would have asked, I would have shared. I still think she would not have let me shop. She was VERY rude and embarrassed me in front of a store full of customers.

I use to love Sally’s until they started charging for bags! The new staff is kind of rude don’t think I’ll be going back to the East Gadsden one.

Very friendly staff. We got there at 2 minutes until closing time. ( I thought they closed later) They were very friendly and didnt rush us out the door.
