It is just a small store and was very crowded when I was there so I really wasnt able to shop for new scents. The sales associates were very attentive and most helpful. I will try again.

There was one employee that was helpful the other 4 or 5 stood talking to each other at the front of the store blocking most of the product. I had to reach around one to get what I wanted she never even said excuse me or offered to move.

Knowledgeable associates, good service. I particularly like the fact bath & body works is enforcing masks to help flatten the curve of positive covid-19 cases to prevent medical facilities from being overrun.

Typical friendly B&BW, they have sales all the time on something, also, always check their website as some things are available on there and not in your local store. Staff are excellent and very helpful and seem knowledgeable of the items they have in the store. This is my frequent smell/feel good store. My only wish would be that they didn’t stop selling some of the things I like.

This is the best Bath and Body works in this area! The employees are well trained and friendly and the manager is top notch! For $9.50 candle day, (an experience that is typically stressful and chaotic) the staff was extremely helpful and organized. This made the experience much more enjoyable and much less stressful. I can’t say enough good things about this store.

Nice shop. Tons of womens bathroom supplies and scents. Mens stuff as well. They have good deals going on all the time, and they always have associates around asking if you need anything. Its pretty nice, but can get very crowded.

Im a fan of candles and this store has multiple scents available. They have some great smelling soaps available too. The staff here is always super helpful and they have continuous sales going. Although most sprays, lotions, and soaps are targeted towards woman shoppers, there is a mens line available.

Placed my order online during the 3 wick candle sale, and I also ordered wallflower refills because they were on sale 5 for $24 or $25, they sent me 4 and charged me the full price of each refill which totaled $30 for 4 who in their right mind wouldnt order the 5!!! I am not happy about this!!!!

Everything I got said 75 percent off got to the register and it wasnt all 75 percent off

I like shopping at bath and body but today I go and three workers are as you walk in talking about other employees that they work with. Never once was I spoken to. Take my items to register to purchase. One of the ladys finally comes back to help me as shes ringing up items ask if someone helped up seriously she was one of them in the group. She also now wants to tell us about items on sale shouldnt she do that before someone is checking out. Bath and body what happened to your employees at this location?

They always have some type of sale going on! I like to find things for myself and for a gift from someone else. Everytime i visit there is someone to greet you and inform you about sales .

So I walked around and got 3 items and checked out. Do you know she let me get another item because I still had 6 dollas and some change.” The cashier did not rush me or anything like that. So I ran and got some 4 dollar butter lotion. Do you know she said Still I could pick something else 😂.I ran and got me my ✋ sanitizer - (peach) flavored. -Any who- to make a long story -short- I felt like I was at a gift shop -ya know- back in the day, when ya use to go on them Field Trips and yo mama gave you $10 to spend..
