I have asked the manager or owner to talk to his employees about all the shopping carts they congest the walk with. Sometimes there are as many as 8 strewn across the parking and walkway. We cant even get to the dumpster or our cars.They leave ice cream cups out there when the dumpster is so close. They never pick up their trash and love to collect carts.Maybe this will land upon the right ears.

This is for the Frisco location. The entire place is filthy. Went to wash hands in restroom looks like the restroom has not been cleaned in months maybe years. It is really sad because my son loves Baskin Robbins and it is close. Will not be going back and cannot believe the place is still in business looking The way it does. The place would probably be much busier if they would take the time to properly clean the place.

Me and my brother came into this location recently rather than going to a different location in McKinney . My brother wanted to try many of the flavors before he made a decision and the employee Sabeeh who was helping us was polite and respectful. He was offering suggestions on different flavors and allowed me and my brother to sample many flavors before making a decision . This location was well kept and the customer service was great. I definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Extreme rudeness from Owner cost him a 6 yr Weekly Regular.The owner of this shop is extremely rude, as evidenced by his multitude of 1-star reviews on Yelp. However I have been a regular for over 6 years, loyally purchasing the SAME shake every week and ordering two expensive cakes every Halloween. I could point the owner out in a lineup. Being such a frequent customer, I imagined he would appreciate my business.He mis-heard my shake order (I order the SAME one every week for 6 years) and literally argued with me, accusing me of adding almonds when I cant eat nuts so Im quite certain I didnt order them in my shake.Did he seriously not recognize me after all the money Ive patronized his ice scream shop with over the years? Perhaps he would be friendlier (or at least courteous) if he remembered Im his customer that gets the same ice cream shake every week?Instead he snapped, I made you another one, didnt I?Wow.At the moment I was too astonished that I left the shop without another word. Now I wish I had handed the shake back for a refund.Hopefully he sells his business to someone who knows how to run a customer service establishment.Im sure the abundance of other local ice cream shops in Frisco will be happy to receive my generous patronage.Never. Going. Back.

The owner is really nice and I usually see Sabeeh, his employee, working really hard and always making fresh wafle cones when I walk in at busy time. He makes my day perfect after work talking about basketball and making the sundae I love. Highly recommend this store!

I had a great visit at Baskin Robbins and really enjoyed their Oreo cookies n Cream flavor. I would especially like to commend the employee Sabeeh for his excellent service and being very polite, as well as offering new ice cream samples and asking if I needed anything else. The training likely comes from a great owner who cares about customer satisfaction and I always see him around! Definitely recommend this store.

I went to this Baskin Robbins and was treated nicely and felt I was a valued customer. I was greeted by one of their staff members named Sabeeh. I would ask him for taste tests on multiple flavors. He would have no problems with it and did his job. I asked him about the flavor of the day, what ice cream he would get at that moment, and general questions about birthday orders etc. He was very helpful and patient with me which I appreciate. His service was amazing. I would definitely come back to this Baskin Robbins.

I would give negative rating if there is such an option. We just visited the store and the store employee (Sabeeh) is very rude. He did not do a good job in writing happy new year on the cake and was using abusive language when we expressed our concern and also said not to visit the store ever again. Worst customer service ever.

We visited the store just now and asked to write Happy new year on a cake and Baskin Robbins employee Sabeeh did not write it properly, we asked him to write it again or give us a different cake. He yelled at us saying if you can do a better job than me come clock in write it yourself and turned the monitor towards us. He asked us to get out of his store or he will call the cops. This is the worst experience I had ever. Worst customer service. If I could give a negative rating I would have given -5.

I pulled up 20 minutes before they was suppose to close and they turned off the lights in walk to the back of the store I also called twice and on one answered

Love the ice cream but the birthday cake presentation was poor.

I went on my birthday, asked if there was a free scoop of ice cream. The kid said NO. Thank goodness they had a cake for me! Maybe The Colony, TX will add a Baskin-Robbins soon!

Wow great quality ice cream. Wish they had “Baseball Nut” raspberry and vanilla all year round though. I’m disappointed when I can’t get baseball nut during baseball season.

Great selection of ice cream, cones and packaged ice cream. Attention to table cleanliness and staff friendliness could be improved, but is not terrible. A smile and a thank you go a long way when youre a merchant.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.Owner was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Went in to get a pint of my favorite flavor they didn’t have it pre-packed and were not willing to pack one for us, even though they had the big gallons filled with it.He literally said “you can leave if you don’t want to buy anything else.” Never coming to this location again!If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I really like the rainbow sherbert here it was the first time I had that in a long time. What I am really looking for is the pink ice cream has bubble gum pieces in it it is really hard to find. They still sell it but I havent been able to find it at any of the Baskin-Robbins around my area if anyone knows please tell me where to get it!

Doesnt acknowledge the customer in the store. Not a friendly atmosphere, and the guy at the register doesnt open his mouth, and you have to figure out everything from how much everything costs and how much you owe. Pick a better place.
