I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I have used this pharmacy since we moved here in 1979. My wife and I appreciate everyone at this location. Thanks for being here for us.

Worst pharmacy ever!! Was hung up on several times, then hold, transfer, hold….finally was told 1 1/2 hours, came in 2 hours. Most important prescription of my 3 wasn’t and was told to come back tomorrow. Wow!!! Use this pharmacy at your own risk!!!

The pharmacy was supposed to refill a thyroid medication prescription, I kept waiting but they failed to contact me to let me know that they no longer carried the name brand of that prescription. I went into the store to find out what the holdup was today he said my insurance didn’t cover the name brand .I said I would pay out-of-pocket, it would only be $30 to get the generic. The tech said they would have it ready for me in two hours, I’ve waited for the the text but it never got filled.Now the pharmacy is closed. I’ve never had any issue with this pharmacy before . I contacted the manager and she said that she would speak with the pharmacist about it. I must admit that I’m a bit concerned that they are dropping the ball.

The girl didn’t provide receipt, saying it’ll be sent via email. Sound fishy & it’s true…. Neither the receipt was sent nor the $5.00 cash reward card was redeemed. First time happened…😏

Good luck getting your prescriptions filled quickly - 9/10 times you will sit in the drive-thru pickup line at the pharmacy for 15 - 20 min at minimum, it’s painfully slow!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I’m making an exception. This particular Walgreens pharmacy I continually experience the worst experience ever. Nobody there ever answers the phone and if your waiting for someone to answer the majority of the time you get disconnected. Don’t get me started on the drive through. Put your car in park because you’re going to wait an absurd amount of time. The guy with dark hair that works the drive through who I have coined “Mister Friendly” is the rudest human. I haven’t seen him recently so maybe that problem has been rectified. Go elsewhere where your time and experience is valued!

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. Told it would be a half hr so I came back hr later and stood in line for 20+ minutes. Longest Ive ever had to wait for a pharmacy. Called my Dr. and had them send order to another location. Wasnt going back.

So I’ve been using this pharmacy since 2006. I know it’s gotten a lot busier since the 528/Bay Area location flooded and DID NOT REOPEN but my daughter came to get her prescription for corneal drops and they told her it was called in to N Friendswood Walgreens (and didn’t offer to transfer to here) so she headed there. BUT they were closed. So now I called and waited on hold for 25 minutes and drove here to explain. So now I will wait 20 minutes to fill. Loyal customer may be finally changing to another pharmacy.

Made an appointment online for a FLU shot. Showed up 10mins before the appointment only to be told that they do not take appointments and that there is a long line and it would be a 2 hour wait...for a shot! Just not a professionally run store.

I came here promptly after surgery to get my prescriptions filled only to be kept waiting for 45 minutes while in pain to hear that they are not affiliated with my health insurance and that it would not be covered. I specifically showed them my insurance card and asked if it would be accepted prior to waiting because I was in pain from surgery and they told me that it would be no issue. They clearly do not care about the customers well being or time. My business will be given to CVS from now on.

Do not get prescriptions filled here. My nurse had to call here three times just to get mine filled -- the first time, she left it on their voice mail, which they never checked. The second time, she spoke with the pharmacist directly and it still didnt get done. The third time, she spoke with him again and I was finally able to get it - after an hour wait. Never again will I have a scrip filled here.

I could give this Walgreens less than one star, I would give them negative 50. They are the absolute worst. In a week period they screwed up TWICE. Once was with my photo order on Monday, August 28th and then my prescription yesterday. The absolute last straw for me was when the Pharmacist, Marisol Perez, said she must have misunderstood you. When they transferred all of my prescription without my authorization. In fact, I specifically informed whomever called me on Friday, August 31st at 3:09 p.m. That I wanted the two remaining refills transferred, and the refill that I submitted to Walgreens on Thursday, August 30th, was to be picked up from this location. I dont know how she misunderstood those exact words. When I requested to know whom called me, Ms. Perez refused to provide this information to me, therefore indicating she is willing to take the fall for this failure. All I got was Im really sorry about that. I dont want a half-assed apology. I want my prescription, you are the pharmacist and it is your responsibility to ensure that my prescription is filled per my doctors order. I will never, EVER, use Walgreens again and am willing to pay more or travel farther to fill immediately needed prescriptions.

This pharmacy is a JOKE!!! My husband had a prescription toradol. He was prescribed 15 pills total. Walgreens only gave us 13 and we didnt realize it til we got home. Of course my husband complained and the manager told him to come back and guess what he gave him freakin 14 pills!!! Are you serious??? How stupid is that?? They want us to pay another co-pay just to get that last pill. Walgreens get your act together. You guys are not funny!

Very poor pharmacy. Dropped off prescription, told me to be back in an hour and a half, came back, told me it would be in at 4 the next day. 4 PM the next day told me they cant get it at all. Horrible!!

Waited over a week for seizure medication that they were holding onto, two days later I ended up in the hospital because they wouldnt give me my meds. and finally got my medication after the hospital called and questioned them to see what the problem was, the pharmacist kept asking me questions and quizzing me on my address, height, astrology symbol? and birth date. Ive never been treated this way by any store.

I have gone a few times and just to get your medicine takes such a long time. I finally went through the drive thru because I had my kids and the service is so much slower i was stuck in line and couldn’t leave I was there for about 20 minutes once at the window they won’t even acknowledge you.
