I am so sad, I cried. I went six months ago to the salon and Delia was nice and careful with my hair, I was pleased. Last week I went in for a trim, having been growing length for three years and Delia used thinning shears without asking me and she added layers, also without asking. I feel like it sort of looks like a mullet and I hate the layers, I had a nice blunt cut before.It cannot be fixed unless I cut off the length.I am so disappointed that she would take it upon herself to do this when I just wanted and specifically asked for a trim and I even told her how long I’ve been growing it. To top it off she was so rough when shampooing! I won’t return and I won’t recommend, I will instead warn people but sadly the damage is done.

I went to the salon with my sister, to dye our hair, and the said they cant do it for my sister because she needs more than one sit, but for me they said they can do it for $150. So they dyed my hair, and then it was a different color than the one I choose, she said she is going to do it again, but it also came in different color,and for the third time she called her college to do it but she makes it so dark than what itwas. My skin burned and it was scratching me so hard, and I got a headache. After all the miss they did, they charged me $100.At the end, I didnt get the color I want, my hair damaged and burned, and Im feeling headache.Worst experience ever.
