This review is specifically for Charles Bailey. I was coming from Sacramento because Lithia Nissan Fresno was the only place even remotely close that had the specific vehicle I wanted (including options and color). Charles took *excellent* care of me, made sure the vehicle was fully ready before I made the trip down, recommended other helpful people when he wasnt immediately available (Pedro was also very helpful!), answered every question I had, and fully went above and beyond to prove he was trustworthy and was doing his best for me.As for the rest of the place, I agree with the other reviewers: They will lie to you and tell you you have to buy extra stuff thats already installed on the vehicle (like Lojack and protective coating). If these things are already installed on the vehicle, then shouldnt they be included in whatever price theyre offering the vehicle for online? Theyre not going to remove the protective coating. This is a blatantly dishonest practice because they put a lower price online thats cheaper than anyone else... but then want to charge $2000+ extra for these add-ons that are already on the vehicle, and tell you that they wont sell you the vehicle unless you pay for them.Charles, however, was still excellent and did the best he could for me given these conditions, and considering this was exactly the vehicle that I wanted and the same vehicle in another state was more than $2k more expensive (and Id have to get there and get back, or have it delivered, which would cost more), I allowed their little deceit, but still got it for less than they wanted. If they had just listed it online for $2k more, and explained it was because those features were pre-installed and couldnt be removed, I would still have bought the vehicle, and they honestly probably would have gotten more money out of me. I was overly stubborn just because I didnt like the deceptive tactics.Thanks again, Charles, for all your help! Best salesman, car or otherwise, Ive ever dealt with.

The sales department is really great but the service team is terrible. If you buy a car from them you’ll have engine problems and have to take it in to get it fixed. Even if you get the warranty only the service team in the dealership can help. Which is useless because after they fix it you’ll get another engine light on and have to take it again the next day. Anyone that has YouTube can fix their car better than their auto team. They will just keep taking your car and “fix it” which takes a long time and won’t have any reports. Just word of mouth. On top of that when I went to get it fixed everyone else there had the same experience. Their service department is always super busy but that’s because they don’t service their cars right in the first place. I’ve been redoing this process for about two months now and honestly it’s like I can’t even have a job because I have to take it in so much. Again I’ll reiterate the sales team great but they are selling faulty cars because the service team is so awful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in with pre-qualification approval for the car we wanted the payments including our down payment in hand. For some reason they wanted to run it through their own financing and came back with higher monthly payments. When we declined their offer through their financing they said they couldnt accept our pre-qualification approval and attempted to lie about the pre-qualification details and say it was more money. Absolutely mind blowing. I called the company we had pre qualified through and they were just as surprised as us that wed be turned away and stated none of the higher payments or rates they said were true. Seems if you catch on to them trying to scam you for more money they turn you away real quick. Dont do business with people like this.

The five stars that I am giving is for Charles and sales staff. We bought a car 2 1/2 weeks ago and Charles took care of us and made sure that we were taken care of. Now the service dept is another story. They don’t communicate cate with you, drop off your vehicle no estimation on when you will find out what’s wrong or when you will get your vehicle back. Try and reach someone and they send you to voicemail and never return your call. If I could give the service team negative stars I would.

Want to say JP was awesome! We chose him specifically as our salesman because he had on a fedora brim and a 3/4 quarter length coat in 102 degree weather. My husband said “it’s one thing to wear a shirt and tie, but having on a wool jacket and still be cool in 100 degree heat, that’s swag”. Talk about leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. I went in to look at 1 particular truck and drove it said I wanted it and thats where it wrong! I wa quoted a price and said I like that price and lets run the #s and when they came back they ran my credit and then they tried to sell me a truck that I never saw or test drove. After realizing the bait and switch I was told the price we agreed upon was wrong and if I wanted the original truck Im going to have to pay more out of pocket in the form of a down payment to get it for the original price we agreed on. So not only did I not get the truck I walked out because they couldnt honor the price they said I could get it for. I was a repeat customer who has bought 2 other vehicles from them and will no longer be a customer. Management was terrible and shady worst car buying experience Ive ever had.

Surprisingly disappointed. I figured if I went to a bigger, well established used car dealership I wouldnt have to worry about the shady, dishonest, slimy used car salesmen nonsense. I was wrong. Promised to fix a minor problem on a truck I purchased, clearly lied about waiting on a supposed ordered part and refused to return calls when unavailable. Steer clear of Jesus E. unless you want to hear about his divorce and how unprofessional his coworkers are.

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and SCAM ARTISTS!!!we went in looking for a Honda Accord that we saw online on their website and went in to check it out, we were greeted by James the salesman the entire experience with him was awkward because he didn’t seem interested in helping us we were there to purchase and he wasn’t every enthusiastic and we felt like they just wanted us to leave before we had even seen the car. After walking almost half a mile to find the car only to find out that the keys are locked in a repair shop so we can’t even look inside the car we walked back into the office. Prior to walking into the office James said “are you sure you want that 2020 Honda Accord? We have a 2015 which is much cheaper”. Not sure if he was thinking we couldn’t afford the 2020 accord or just wanted to sell us something they weren’t able to get off the lot. We told him no because we want that specific 2020 model. We went into the office to do the paperwork, it took James some time to logged into the computer but it was understandable because he worked the Hyundai section and may have been unfamiliar with the Nissan system. He immediately went into trying to run our credit. We explained that we didn’t want to run the credit until we agreed upon a purchase price of the vehicle. He said “the price you see is the price you pay” after a minute or two of awkward silence I explained to him that we had purchased a used vehicle from them before and we negotiated the price. After giving him a reasonable offer and the payments we wanted to make he went to go ask his. We offered them 23,000 and no more than 400/mo payment. A short while later James returned saying his manager said he can meet us in the middle and will sell the car for 23,500. However the payments were 436/mo which we didn’t want. James explained if we can make a payment of 418/mo he would come up with the difference of 18/mo. Which would end up putting the vehicle at a cheaper price than we had offered. However it was a great deal so we went with it and agreed to run the credit. Upon further inspection of the paperwork it was determined that the vehicle in question was for the 2015 Honda Accord listed for $14,000. And they were willing to sell us a $14,000 vehicle for $22,500 and make it seem as though it was a good deal. Even though they stated earlier they do not negotiate the price of their vehicles they had no issue trying to charge us more for a cheaper vehicle by almost double. The manager later walks in named Victor Ochoa. He said it was an honest mistake and would like to run our credit so we can see what our payment would be like on the 2020 vehicle. We said we do not want to run the credit until we have agreed upon the purchase price of the vehicle victor immediately became aggressive and started shouting saying “Well why would I do that” I replied “so we can come to an agreement on the vehicle “ he yelled again “why would I want to come to an agreement with you” I explained “so we can make a deal on this vehicle” he response was “what makes you think I want to make a deal on this vehicle” I replied with “we want to buy this vehicle and you want to sell it and will take it right now” he replied with “what makes you think I want to sell this vehicle.” I have never heard of a car dealership that does not want to sell its vehicles. I felt insulted and harassed.

The people are good, though after pulling up it does take a little while before someone comes to acknowledge you. I purchased a vehicle that had AC advertised but the AC does not work. Took it in to get fixed (have a 60 day window after purchase) and it did not get fixed. Wondering if the plan is to let it go past the 60 day window just to avoid fixing it... because my next appointment to get it fixed is past the 60 day window.

My expectations werent that high, yet there seemed to be a struggle just to meet that. I came down to the dealership to test drive two specific vehicles which I already had an appointment for. Once I arrived, the salesperson wasnt interested in showing me the cars I was interested in and kept pushing to sell me one I didnt like. Thats super annoying. It was also very hot which made me sick, so I told her I would come back the next day, and even then she was trying to get me to stay. Sometimes, its not in the salespersons best interest to not take into consideration what the buyer is telling you- Im sick should really be enough.

I’m here at the dealership I bought a truck I asked the salesman does it come with a warranty and he told me it comes with the 3000 miles or two month warranty which ever one comes first I asked the lady that was doing the final paperwork about the warranty as well and she said yes it does and she was going real fast over the paperwork explaining to me since I bought cars before here and I referred a lot of people and they bought cars here I trusted her and lithia.the next day I noticed every time I reverse it makes a big old screeching noise so I said I’m a take it into Lithia and I went home and looked at my paperwork and I noticed that it said as is-no warranty but the lady when I was signing papers for her said no that’s for the manufacture but we are Going to give you 60 days 3000 mile warranty so I trusted her. To make a long story short I came in today and repeated my story but they refused to honor the word of there and employees and give me a 60 day 3000 mile warranty and they said we can just cancel the sale so after all said and done I agree to Cancel the sale. If lithia Nissan is such A reputable car dealership 3000 miles or two month warranty is nothing they should automatically do it but I guess this is not a reputable dealership and they don’t trust there vehicles. This is supposed to be a reputable car dealership but I guess not I learned the hard way my advice to you guys out there coming to lithia Nissan of Fresno for a Vehicle is for you to go over the paperwork yourself before you sign and don’t trust lithia’a word for it if they are explaining the paperwork to you and wanting you to sign before u get to read it completely because this could very well happen to you you.

Terrible customer service.... I submitted like 3 offers online. Never got a call regarding does offers. Not even to work things out. Try to contact the agency. Spoke to a sales person, they said they were going to review the offer and give me a call back. They never did.I think they should at least call back to let you know, that the offer wasnt accepted or like I said. To work things out. I love nissan this has nothing to do with the brand. Worst car buying experience ever....slow service and many shady additions to the price...paint treatment, LoJack device I didnt need or ask for...adding on a 2900 extended warranty I didnt ask forOur salesman was amazing and attentive...I believe his name was Karo...he was by far the bright spot for a very long day

I bought a lifetime oil change package from them, which is great, but unfortunately the extremely long wait times make it not even worth it. 2 hours for an oil change is really too long. Time is precious and they should do something different to better accommodate customers. This is the second time dealing with this. They were really nice and gung-ho to sell me the package, but not running a business well by not disclosing the crazy wait time, or making services faster.

Very unhappy with the customer service here. was told I would never get under 14%apr being a first time car buyer. then when I walked out, all of a sudden they can get me down to 10%. they got me down to my monthly budget- but with a finance length that was too long, and I dont want to buy from a car dealership that lied to me and assumed I had no idea about the car buying process.I told the persons I was uncomfortable with them, and then they proceeded by running out to me as I was walking away, twice, and then called me, twice, after leaving. usually if someone tells you youre making them uncomfortable, you leave them alone. guess thats not the case here.I see there are lots of positive buying expirences here, and thats great, but the specific person I worked with, was very unreasonable. and like I said, lied to me multiple times.I made my way to a different dealership and was out the door with a 3.9%apr and a finance length I was happy with.so much for never being able to get under 14%.

They sent me a letter promising low car pmt low arp and 3mo.deferred pmt after 6hrs there and the last 2hrs they iguess forgot about me I left as I called them an they said I couldnt get car so why would they send me a letter telling me that they were very confident they could get me into a car the general managers r a scam BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
