I have been taking my 2008 g35s to Fresno Infiniti for service since purchasing my then-new car in 2008. My car now has 300,000 miles. Great car. I had a major problem of rodent damage in the engine compartment. DENISE SUTTON, my service advisor, did an EXCELLENT job in handling the problem and managing the costs of the repair work needed. She was very attentive, keeping me informed and getting the work done timely. I was especially impressed that she kept in communication with the service technician to see how costs could be managed given the age of the car; she is a consummate professional. Thank you Denise!! Bought some parts for my INFINITI QX60 here at Fresno INFINITI. I gotta say the experience here was excellent. The most friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mark Schultz the GM, took the time to come out and greet me and thank me for my purchase, gave me his business card too. Now thats what I call service. I have been doing service here for 2 years, I been suggested to replace my rear break pad at Nov 2019, which I spent almost $500 to make it done.I back to do the service at April 2020, I been asked to replace rear break pad again, I literally remember paid for some break some time, so ask service people to check out previous service history. Then the guy from service department show me the history, I DID replace the rear break pad at Nov 2019, she didnt know why suggest to replace again.I thought that was over, but not. I decided to go somewhere else to do oil change at April 2021, then the service guy suggest me to replace the rear break pad as well, which in red level. I showed them the receipt from Infiniti for Nov 2019 with new pad replacement, but few experienced mechanics said, they dont think my break pad been replaced at Nov 2019, because they should last much more longer according to my mileage.I realized if Infiniti did good job at Nov 2019, why their mechanics suggest same thing after few months. The only reason is, I paid, but they didnt do by some reason.Not honest dealer, Infiniti is Luxury brand, but didnt provide Luxury service.

My car arrived at the Dealership on the back of a flatbed tow truck! I feared the worst in dollars and repairs! The service department was excellent in diagnosing the problem and giving me the cost for repair! Denise communicated with me everyday and is definitely a 5 Star Infinite Employee! I strongly recommend doing business with this Dealership and their Service Department.
First time at Fresno Infiniti. Service was friendly and by the time I finished my Starbucks my car was ready. This was for oil change and tire rotation. They also changed filter and all for a reasonable price. Ill be back for sure.

Very slow and unorganized service department. Very disappointed
Had my car repaired for check engine light because needed to smog. Only one code show up. Got is repaired and ecu reprogrammed. No check engine light after repaired but there was a new code u1024 communication error when I got home and used my scanner. All readiness codes were set. Thought just needed to drove it for a couple days. Failed smog test and took it back to dealership. Was CHARGE again for diagnostic. All they did was just drove the car through a cycle. They didnt even tell me thats all it needed. No part needed replacement. Obviously, this new code has to do with the resetting of the ecu. Dealer claimed there was NO code after repair and that they drove the car. And since I cant prove to them pthat I had a code the day I picked up the car. I got home late, its my words against theirs. I shouldnt be charged for this. Avoid this place like the plague.
I am appalled at the lack of customer service I’ve experienced here, especially by Johnathan, who is the “service manager” but lacks any resemblance to a manager. I was demeaned, belittled and disrespected in his office in front of his peers. He topped it off by calling me a liar. I am in complete shock that any professional would behave in such a poor manner and even have the nerve to communicate so disrespectfully. I hope the owner sees this and will decide to rectify the situation. I would continue on about Denise but she’s honestly not worth moving my fingers on the keypad for and lacks the competence necessary for her job. She would be much better suited as comedian or entertainer for her epic ability to put on a show.And of course after I write an extensive email regarding my experience I receive nothing back from upper management. Sad and embarrassing for them to have such horrific representation in their service department. Steer clear and support local automobile repair shops if possible.
Great Customer Service! Very Professional. You get what you pay for! The restrooms are super clean, theyre kid friendly. When servicing your vehicle, they go out of there way to make sure its done correctly. Very happy. Its a bummer for us because our Infiniti got Totaled by a young unlicensed driver. Had to get my wife a pickup truck but its in our plans to return for a QX80 once we get on our feet again. I would definitely check it out.

He was honest and straightforward which we appreciated. We bought a car tonight for a very good price. Ron filled up the gas tank and washed the car for us before we left. Who takes the time to do that type of thing these days? He also showed us how to work all the cool gadgets in the car. The gentleman that helped us with the contract and financing was also very nice and helpful. He did not pressure us to turn in our car and gave us good advice on how to sell it ourselves. This dealer is awesome. I recently purchased a G37 with Ron Papenhausen as the sales associate. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable he was about the car and he was not pushy. Ron was also a very great sport when taken out on a test drive. Im really serious about that, my wife drive the car as they are advertised and described. The Sales manager was also fantastic, he found fantastic financing for me with a bankruptcy on my record.

Really poor customer service. I was working with a gentleman by the name of Angel who seemed like he didnt really want to sell a vehicle. I feel like I was the one trying to sell a car to them. After that I spoke with a manager by the name of Douglas, who seemed very interested in earning my business and told me to fill out a credit app and that first thing in morning he was going to contact me...which he didnt. Very upset with the customer service experience at this location. We have always owned Infinitis and come back to the brand, but this dealership does not help to the Infiniti name. In the end, I will be going out of town for our new Infiniti vehicle although having a local dealer in the area.
I get my QX80 serviced here and have never had a problem! Theyre all so nice and explain everything to me that I need to understand making each process easy and effortless.

Too funny, my sister had $30,000 cash to buy a car. They prejudged us and didnt even try to sell her anything. Truly the worst dealership ever. Infiniti should really be ashamed.
This weekend, my husband and I purchased a SUV from Fresno Infiniti and could not be happier with the service, experience, and especially the vehicle that we walked away with. My family and I were greeted by Ron Papenhausen as we pulled up to the dealership and he made this process so easy, effortless, and stress-free. He was completely honest straight forward, and we truly appreciated these qualities and felt like we were in great hands.We had every intention of purchasing a brand new 2015 vehicle from Infiniti that day, but after checking out a few of the new vehicles on the lot with Ron, and talking and reviewing our needs/wants regarding different packages we were set on getting, he mentioned that he had a pre-certified SUV that he wanted us to look at. It was bigger, and had all of the essential packages that we wanted included, but would save us about 20,000 in the long run.We decided to try it out and test drive it, and the whole time Ron took the time to explain and hit up key features of the vehicle, teaching me the voice command/navigation options, and answered any other questions that I had along the way.Ron had actually been in contact with me a whole year to that day prior via e-mail, when we were first contemplating on getting a SUV through them. As that year went by, he would e-mail every few months or so, but each time I wasnt fully ready to commit to purchasing yet. I was surprised that he remembered me after mentioning it when he greeted us this weekend. He really helped our family find something that fit our needs, wants, and most importantly budget. He was kind enough to help us load our belongings in to the new SUV from our car that we traded in, and took the time to show us how to set up our personal settings and how other devices in the car worked before us leaving the dealership. He also stayed calm and collected as our toddler became antsy and restless during the process.Thank you Ron (and Jordan) for a such wonderful experience. We are happy to know that we are in very good hands with the Infiniti family and look forward to working with you now and through the years.

These people are thoroughly unprofessional. If you like snarky smug service this is the place for you. I called three times to get an appointment for recall work. Each time I got voicemail. Im giving up on these guys (again) and going to Modesto, where I had to buy my car because the Fresno crew couldnt rouse themselves up to find my G35 in the color my wife wanted. Clearly these people dont need my money. Works for me.

I recently got a Certified Pre Owned Infiniti FX35 from Fresno Infiniti. Love the car!!. I mainly dealt with Rick at Fresno Infiniti. Rick is the best car sales person I have ever met in my life and I have owned two cars before this one so have encountered a lot of car sales guys. Rick is extremely professional and did not push me at all. Mark was great too - he explained all the paperwork thoroughly. I drove to this place from SF to get this car and will definitely go to this place again if I decide to buy another Infiniti in the future. Definitely worth the time and drive (they gave me a great price!)
My fiance and I went in to browse around when a sales woman came out to greet us. Audrey immediately started speaking to my fiance and introduced herself to him without even acknowledging myself nor our 11 year old daughter. We are both in the market for new cars but I will be taking my business elsewhere. She was clearly only about a sale. She couldve made double commission if she wasnt so focused on only one of us. Also its just plain rude. If a family walks into to my place of business Im introducing myself to the entire family. Not just the person whom I think is gonna make me a buck.
Was calling with simple question and Jonathan was very rude and said hes the boss when i asked to speak with his supervisor or manager. I asked for a callback lets see if his boss calls me first from my voicemail direct or if he passes along the message and callback request first.
Went for test drive. No pressure, nice female sales person and didnt get a bunch of annoying calls afterward. Would definetly go back if only I could afford a new infinity, lol.
