I was looking for a new car, specifically a new Toyota because I was tired of having cars that were always having some kind of issues, and I wasnt really having any luck with any of the other dealerships because I didnt have any credit and no one would make a deal with me. After a day of almost all bad news, I got a call from one of the dealers I visited and they said they werent going to be able to make a deal with me but they knew of someone who could most likely get me in a car that day and directed me to Carvio. I made my way over there and I gave them all the info they needed and they were able to get me approved for a 2018 Toyota Corolla that same day using my 2005 Mazda 3 as a trade in. They were great with the negotiations and very flexible when it came to finding a reasonable monthly payment and down payment for me. I didnt have all the money for the down payment at the time but they were completely fine with me paying it in installments. And they even helped me out with finding a good quote for car insurance too! I havent had any issues with the car so far and am thrilled with my new car and now Im also building credit with these car payments as well. Theyre even fixing some small cosmetic and frame issues that I found after I had already signed the contract for the car too. For free! Mark and Armando really want to help you get into a car that works for you and they genuinely want to make sure that it runs well and looks good too. They turned what for most people would be a stressful experience into a painless one. I highly recommend getting your car from them!

Best place to get a car, the experience was like no other and I never thought it would be that easy to a car when other places couldnt make it possible but this place did, thanks a lot for making it a smooth process.

These people should be sued for false advertisement they send out fake scratchers promising 15k then say you didn’t win. They gave me a $2 scratcher ticket. I doubt they even had the money to begin with.

Before ever going to the lot, I established a rapport with Odell, and he remained committed to seeing me in a car. The day I went in, every staff member looked out for me like I was “their” personal customer. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a reliable uses car.

I was ripped off and sold a damaged car for a lot of money. They treated me unfairly and under minded me for being a single women that doesnt know much about cars. I am 100% unsatisfied with my purchase and left with a damaged car that Im stuck paying for years. My suggestion DO NOT purchase a car from this car lot unless you want years of regret.

This place is a total scam and take advantage of the vulnerable. Do not purchase your vehicle at this dealer. I am currently reporting them to the Supervisor of Fresno precinct for further review because of what they did to my mother. They lied to her face and gave her the run around to recuperate her vehicle which they never even registered under her name. Save yourself the time and money this dealer will be shut down in no time for being a scam!
