These guys are great. I had trouble with a flat tire and they were able to fix it at no cost, literally for free! The employees are very generous and kind. Juan was able to help me out and I am thankful for his great customer service. While I was waiting for my tire repair I was able to wait in their lounge that had WIFI and not worry about missing any online work. Honestly great customer satisfaction. 5/5 stars!!!

Very pleased with their service. I came because of a tire that was leaking air, and they repaired it for free, and pointed out the other issues they noticed for the other tires. They showed me a tire of mine that was in need of replacement, but sadly they only had their premium tires in stock, it would’ve been nice to have a better selection. They are very efficient in their work, and it looks as if the crew as a whole does a pretty good job.

Fair prices, nice service people, free popcorn, clean waiting area. They gave me concierge service, letting me drop my car off in the morning, and picked me up from my house at the end of the day. Not every tire shop will do that. That my not even be a service they offer, just a neighborly humanly, nice thing to do that is so LACKING in todays society. Thats why I take my return business for the past 5 years for tire & service to Les Scwab. I could shop around, save a buck or two. But the is something to be said about personal service and common decency, and rewarding that kind of behavior. Les Schwab and company were able to see us quite quickly. Assistant Manager Jeff Karr offered the best solution for us - which was to get a brake inspection. I had a screw in my tire. They fixed it and I asked them to rotate the tires, they said they would but there would be a charge. I was fine with that but they didnt charge me anything at all! They told me to just come back there when I needed new tires. They were very professional and sincere. They were Awesome. I will go back again👍

I called in advance and was told it would be an hour when I arrived ten minutes after calling them. 2 hours later they had not even moved my vehicle into the stalks and every customer who had comebefire metal left. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Theyll st a great customer

Staff was courteous and well informed. Staff isnt very outgoing except for minimal contact with customers when either selling or paying. I never paid as much as I did for a battery but its supposed to be top of line, time will tell.09/22/21My battery died when i lent my car to my sister, they jumped it and Ive had another issue with the battery dying. I jump started the battery again and havent had an issue as of yet. Ive been busy to go back and have it checked out. Will do of it dies again. Paying over 200.00 for a car battery is expensive, for my part much is expected. Im still a but wary of it dying.

Today st started out to be not the best day. Our car managed to hit a curb with the passenger side front tire at a high rate of speed. When I inspected the damage I knew I needed to get to a tire shop right then and I decided to go with Les Schwab.Those people were really good to us. The tire sustained very bad damage and was no longer suitable for driving on. While we decided what tires we wanted to put on the car they set up a replacement for us so we could get home because we live several miles out of town.While my new tires had to be ordered that was okay with me with the way they set my car up so it could be driven safely Im ready to go back Friday and get my new tires.

I had a screw puncture in my tire during my lunch break. Thankfully I was close to this location to take it in. I didnt know about their free repair service. Bless them for providing this service. I offered to pay but they said it was a free service. The customer service was great and repair was fast and easy. Was in and out within 15 minutes and back to work. Well definitely go back for my future tire needs.

I needed to get a tire patched since I had a screw in it. I called them first before heading in and they were so helpful. They were very professional and made me feel welcomed. I took it in the next day and got a tire rotation as well. Definitely happy with them! Since I’ve moved to Fresno I haven’t found my tire shop, they’re definitely the one I’ve been looking for. Highly recommend 😊

If I could rate this more than 5, I would. I visited a different les schwab a few days ago and they failed to catch or mention a broken valve on my tire when they were inspecting my tires. This place thankfully caught it. This is now my go to place!

I asked for full synthetic oil thats what my car manual says to use but when it was done the manager told me they used a synthetic blend because his computer says that 10w-30 full synthetic isnt manufactured that it doesnt exist so i pulled a quart of valvoline 10w-30 full synthetic out of my trunk and all had to say was Ive never seen a 10w-30 full synthetic before i then informed him that all the brands make it but he wouldnt make it right just kept saying his computer says its not manufactured so hes either lying or the computer and Im pretty sure it was him. But why did he do it when i was willing to pay for full synthetic?

Although I had to place an order for my tire size they were able to get them in within 5 days, which was faster than anyplace else. Customer service was friendly and installation was thorough.

They are so nice there really tires are reasonably priced service is above and beyond . I stopped by there my husband in hospital worried about my low tire not only did they air it they checked all my tires so friendly and nice and quick like I was the only there !!

I got what I went for although they did not replace all my valve caps until I asked about it and the replaced the part they lost. While there I was very surprised by the rude employee to another customer.

Excellent experience quick 30 minutes for four new tires to be replaced. And I didnt have an appointment which was no problem.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. My husband has used Les Schwab before and trusts them. They have an online appointment system is easy to use but they also encourage walk-ins. They offer a free patch for any tire they can fix, whether you bought it there or not. When I checked, the appointments were for 2 days out so I packed up my laptop and a book and headed over.I arrived around 2pm (on a Tuesday) and was greeted by one of the technicians right away and got checked in. There were a handful of people waiting. I was a bit concerned that Id be waiting longer than others since I just had a leak and wasnt a confirmed paying customer but they seemed to be working through the tickets (walk-ins, at least) in order of arrival.If youre waiting while they work, they have a good set-up for it: a TV in the corner with a handful of seats in front, some tables and chairs, a childrens table and chairs, and some chairs facing away from the TV. Theres a little station with water, coffee, and popcorn to snack on. Thankfully theres also fast free wifi so I was able to work. About as comfortable as you can hope for. Theres also a window into the garage so you can see the technicians at work.I waited for about 2 hours before they pulled my car in. Not an ideal wait time, but the technician working on my ticket acknowledged how long Id be waiting when he called me over and let me know they couldnt fix it. He had already printed out my tire options with detailed pricing. I chose one similar to the current set and he got it installed for me within about 15 minutes.Both of the technicians I spoke to were very friendly and accommodating. I overheard them talking to some other customers too and they all had great customer service skills - they listened carefully, gave thoughtful answers, and made small talk. The technician who worked on my car made a joke about how long Id waited so I assume it was busier than usual.Ill get an appointment next time if I can, but I trust these guys to get the job done and the customer service was excellent.

I bought 4 new tires from Schwab with 80,000 warranty. One front tire had bubbling. Schwab replaced tire at percentage of miles. I put 40,000 on it in two years, so I got a new tire for half price. They mounted and balanced it for free. Great service, fixed by time promised. They said it would be ready at 3:45 p.m. I got there at 3:45 p.m. and it was ready. I drove back to work and used my lunch break to pick up car. I didnt lose any hours at work. Thank you!

These guys go above and beyond in customer service and comfort while you wait. They also accepted a out of their norm challenge without hesitation. Im an in home care provider and my disabled recipients scooter had a flat, so they said to bring it on down. It turned out to be more of a challenge than they or I thought. It wasnt your typical tire and tube, but they fixed it anyway, and for free too. Frank even carried out to my car for me and took a few minutes for a quick chat. He actually praised me for my serving the disabled after working tirelessly on the crazy tire Id brought in, lol.

An excellent time to be had! Fast and considerate service. Their purpose is to build trust and Im surely on the way 2 giving it to them 100%. I went there for a second opinion. My dealership gave me a list of work they insisted had to be done asap. Les Schwab did not find the issues identified by the dealership to be as dire as I had been led to believe. It was a relief. It was a savings to my pocketbook. It was a feeling that someone was willing to take care of me and my car and my money. Thank You Les Schwab.

Great service every time I go to Les Schwab. The staff is friendly and considerate. I have taken my car in for repair and I have taken it back because it didnt feel right. They have taken it back and redid the work to my satisfaction. Other problems didnt come up after work had been done like at other shops.

I was fortunate enough to have a young man greet me in the parking lot and, after determining my needs, let me remain in the vehicle while they did the work. Really awesome and compassionate people.Oh yeah, the tire rotation was free too!

Friendly service and let me know that my brakes are low and my alignment needed service soon. No pressure to get it done by them but they offered to provide the service if I wanted. I was very happy with the service they provided. I have been using Americas tire for over ten years and I think Im ready to switch.

I got a new set rims to replace my oem factory set. My tires only had 3,900 miles on them and just wanted to switch the rims out. Richard helped me and did a perfect job. He recommended new lug nuts that matched the finish on my new rims and they had a set for sale in-house! Overall 5 out of 5 stars. Very happy with the professional demeanor and timely service, not to mention a price $60 less than the competition. Thank you Richard!

Update: Problem solved. They now make appointments online so the wait for your rotations is no longer a problem. My 1 star review is now a five star. Kudos to them for fixing my only complaint. It makes a huge difference how I feel about them.It takes less than 10 minutes to rotate tires. But you cant make an appointment. Instead, you wait until they get around to it, which is typically about 2 hours. Funny thing is that when I bought the tires, it was up on the rack in 5 minutes. But when it comes to the free tire rotation where they dont make money, they are in no hurry. Most people dont have that much time to waste. Shameful after purchase customer service. 2 thumbs down.

We always go to this Les Schwab for our cars needs and every time experienced great customer service. Sometimes it takes a while, but they have a lot of cars to get through. Theyre never just sitting around. If you look, they are always running around working on a car or helping someone. I feel like they actually care for their customers here.

They were awesome! We blew a tire on our tow vehicle on our way to Famoso drag strip. They had us in and out in no time. In the rain none the less. Great service. Even told us how to get back to the freeway.

Les Schwabs is a good company. I love this place. If you buy tires from here and they are defected down the road, Les Schwab will replace them. They will also fix a flat tires for free.

Came in to have a flat repaired on a tire we bought at another location. Been waiting quite a while, and Im not the only one. 8 customers waiting for cars from what I count, one of those is out in the work bays talking with the guy working on his truck. I am not the one who has been waiting the longest, but never thought it would take this long to get a flat repaired when we bought tires from a different store. Definitely will be going to another location, hoping for better service. Not to mention, nobody at the desk to give updates on the work.

I was away from home when my tire went flat for the second time. I pulled into LS 20 minutes before closing.09/28. I had by-passed other tire stores to get there! The employee said he’d put air in my tire, but that he was short handed. I explained tire was flat, I didn’t dare drive home on it and apologized. He said,” it’s going to be an hour and half wait. Two cars were in shop area. I said, I don’t mind waiting. He then told me all he could do is put air in it! I drove home on a flat tire!!!! Wow LS on Blackstone! Very disappointed in your employees poor customer service and disregard for safety. Further more, this has ruined plans I had made. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this store! Some of your employees don’t “do the right thing”!!!!

Went to get my tires air checked and usually you park and they put air on your tire but I waited 6 minutes and nothing there was one car and 2 workers on it. So I go inside the worker had attitude saying there is no one to help have to wait an hour. Not going to this Les Schwab again.
