The people who working the front are great. They make sure you understand what you are buy and why you need it. I was book for Sunday appointmentt 11am while, the line was a bit long but the CS never lost his cool while helping a customer even if had to explain it a 3rd time. Mechanic hourly rates are high and have been and didnt show signs of helping customer during pandemic. I didnt see any signs or emails regarding any help for customers during this time. The deepest 5 stars are due to the care and attention for new and returning customers.

I took my car for balance, rotating and alignment. I had an appointment, they said service would take 2-2.5hrs. I also needed two patches. 3hrs later they hadnt called yet, so I decided to head to the store anyway thinking my car should be ready. 15 min later, as I was parking, they called to let me know they couldnt find the wheels key lock. In other words, they were about to start service my car, mind you, at the time I was supposed to get it back. They also tried to sell me new tires instead of patching because the nail was in a spot that could not be patched they said. Thankfully, no service was done as I could not find the key lock. I took my car to Rufinos and voila! The two tires could be patched as the nails were in the tread. Firestone lied to me about the patches, and their service, timewise, is terrible. I will never go back there. Appointments are no good. Thanks God I could not find the darn key.I went to another shop for balance, rotation and alignment. I was out in 1.5 hrs with appointment, half the supposed time it was going to take Firestone.Beware, they take their sweet time to service the cars. Appointment or no appointment, expect twice the time they tell you and no matter what, they will always try to sell you new tires and lie if they have to in order to score a sale.

Sold me very good tires for a fair price. However keeping my vehicles headliner clean from full dirt hand prints and damaging my rims during the tire replacements is a huge turn off. Some gentle handling would be greatly appreciated next time.

I sent my daughter to Firestone for a Tire pressure monitor a $40 part and not difficult to change. They charged her $183. I went to ask how they could do that and wasnt treated well either. I will NEVER go back!!!! I dont want to give them any stars but this wont be posted unless I do.👎👎👎

I went in to get my tires rotated the worker asked if I had an appointment. I told him no. He says I dont think I can take you today. Then he says wait I dont think my 4 o clock showed up ( it was 4:30 when I was their. Then he says I can take you between 6 and 6:30( They close at 6 this was a Sat). He was contradicting his story. I told him I didnt live in town and I dont. He told me I would have to wait their in the shop for 2 hours before they would even get to my vehicle. Yes 2 hours waiting inside their waiting area before they would even touch my vehicle with the coronovirus pandemic. I told him never mind and I left. Oh and by the way NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAD MASK ON WHILE HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS AND MYSELF.

Not really the best customer service, people were rather rude. And gave me miss diagnoses on my recommendation sheet. I had just put in new parts myself on my car, and just wanted my tires rotated, and a oil leak looked at. But the items on the recommendation sheet tell a different story, trying to sell me spark plugs when I just put brand new ones in, and $300 for spark plugs? Really the parts cost $50 its not that hard to put them in... nor does it take more than 30 mins, so if you want to get ripped off come here. Only good thing about this place is they put on my new tires. But definitely not a customer focused establishment at this Firestone.They also quoted me over 2k to fix a oil leak, again no more than $100 in parts, and maybe an hour for labor... ive fixed it myself before, my car is just old, and just because Im a young lady dont think I know nothing about my car...

I HAVE HAD THE WORST WEEK WITH THIS FIRESTONE EVER! THEY DONT COMMUNICATE WITH EACHOTHER AND THEY DONT DO HONEST BUISNESS! IT SEEMS LIKE THEY POINT THE FINGER AT THE NEXT GUY AND I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN ARROUND BECAUSE OF IT. I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THEM DOING HONEST BUISNESS FOR THE PAST MONTH ON BOTH OF MY CARS.. GOING TO TRY CLOVIS FIRESTONE BUT IM ABOUT READY TO STOP GOIJG TO THEM ALL TOGETHET!

Paid for lifetime alignment and they cant even align my Tesla Model 3 right. (I went to Fresno Tire Co right after and they aligned my car no problem) What a waste of money and time. Tech also kept on complaining saying he doesnt like working on Tesla vehicles. Just beware if you have a Tesla dont take it to firestone, just take it somewhere else.

I use firestone for most preventive maintenance as well as tire care. I have always had a great experience with firestone, I cant speak for all their locations as I have only used the location on north Blackstone. I usually make my appointments online and when I arrive they get me right in and take care of business. They are very thorough and professional. The waiting room and the shop itself are very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend using firestone for your vehicles preventative, brake and tire needs.

My car was broken into while I was waiting for the vehicle to be repaired. There are no security cameras in the back of the store where the vehicle was vandalized. This Firestone failed to provide a safe environment for their customers. They were negligent to protect me as a customer.

One of the workers an older tall man did not wear his mask for covid-19 protection he made it to believe that I was the liar when I asked him to put his mask on he said I always had it on I said no you did not

Too long of a wait for a flat tire change. I get it, no appt and theyre busy. Im more mad about being charged $30 to fix a flat. Theyre no Les Schwab thats for sure.

The service with the representatives was good all, all except for how long I had to wait. First the guy said 1-2 hours, then 2.5hrs, and then almost 3.5hrs. Willing to go back to them if they get timing better from what they say...

Brought my mothers truck which has a lifetime assignment on it in. Made an appointment before coming in. Arrived and was told it would be a few hours! I asked them why do I have an appointment then? Well we ran behind with a few other cars that were brought in(no appointments). Not very professional at all.

The tires are good and the alignment was done correctly. But when they where changing my tires on my 2012 ford fusion se they some how got my shifter stuck in park. They took it apart and put it back together to get it working again. But forgot to put a cover on and a rubber cover for my interior too. Never going back there.

I love this store. Ernie and Chris are great, as well as the mechanics that have been there for years. I have been going here for about 10 years ....

Manager was very helpful and on top of the alignment I needed. Made my reservation on line, and told them i would be waiting for the vehicle. They jumped right on it and got the work done in short order. I appreciated that.

They were the only place open on the Sunday before Christmas and they were great! They were fast, friendly and made it worth what I spent. They were open when I needed them in an emergency and for that Ill come back to buy a full set of tires!

I took my car in (after plugging it in to see the error code) and I told them what the error code was and they said that they needed their techs to hook it up to see what the code was. I said OK go ahead. They replaced the battery, and the distributor, and then I find out the code that I told them about is still the problem. I was told that it was a 3 hour job and it was going to be a lot more money. I told them to close it up and I will get it towed to someone I trust not to screw me over. I have a new battery and a new distributor, for $550. UNHAPPY

Took my car to Firestone and they did a Oil & Filter Change. They forgot to check the battery and lift the battery cover up so now I have corrosion all over my battery. had to get a new Battery. They should have known to inspect the car. Poor Service! Will never come back. I was a loyal customer but im really mad now. Going to a new shop now!

These people dont honor appointments and They try to nickle and dime you for everything.We got there at 12:30 for the appointment, at 1:25 they called to say if they remove the oil plug would it be okay if it brakes and then they would charge me an additional $69 for another plug.Dont come here and expect good customer service. They will not honor an appointment and try to make as much money as they can off you by offering services and replacing parts that dont need to be replaced and they will purposely try to break it so you have no choice but to pay them. They make their money on people who dont question them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location 6512 N. Blackstone . I never had a problem with the location off of west shaw. They always kept appointments and never broke or offered parts that didnt need replacing.

Made an appt. For 11:30 a.m. called day before and was told tire was in stock, left car said they would call when ready,they called my wifes cell phone instead of mine and she was told tire not in stock.wouldnt be delivered until 3:00 p.m. that afternoon.she had to come into fresno from madera to pick me up.and drop me off that afternoon to my vehicle. Unprofessional service. Next time I will go to fast tire.

Becoming a regular customer after a puncture/plug and following tire checks at convenient locations.

Went in for free tire rotation. Made an appointment and they started on car immediately. Waited in comfortable waiting room. Service tech was very friendly and we would not hesitate to buy new tires from them again.

I had tires mounted on 2 wheels. They had run flat devices in them. The technician could not get the tire off because of the internal devices. I had forgot they were in there so it surprised the technician. They struggled to deal with the device and finally called me to see what I knew. I apologized but did not know anything more about the devices and asked that they just take them out of the wheels. They must have spent an extra hour because I forgot to tell them about those devices inside the tire. They NEVER complained or berated me for not mentioning them and just got the job done and did not charge for all the extra time the had to spend on what should have been a quick, simple job. Thank you!!!!

Came into firestone to have my car inspected to be greeted by unprofessional staff by the name of “RAY” who flirt with a female Parton while I waited in line standing with my young son for 15 mins. Thankfully his coworker observed what was going on and offered to help me. Usually they are professional but in light of all the sexual harassment RAY should be careful of flirting with female patrons at the workplace in front of other customers. Highly uncomfortable and unprofessional RAY!

Excellent fast service, however I felt like the mechanic that took my car in didnt really respect my car as my Average MPG dropped drastically when I received my car after it was serviced.
