Employees are pretty friendly, theres usually a long line and I dont like waiting in lines. But I needed some oil aint about no oil in a long time, I didnt know a quart of oil cost that much WoW. Overall pretty good could be a little faster on the customer service at the checkout.
Was shocked to have received such freindly Profesional service as for the customers yikes rough ghetto and dirty. This location had the part I needed and they held it untill I made it in. Staff offered and recommended items that I was not thinking of that made my repair easy. Parking is tight and very unsafe LOCK your vehicles and dont leave any valuables in the bed of your truck and avoid going after dark. This place is located in the West Side of Fresno very high crime rate smack in the middle of low income government housing.

I needed a product to get water spots off my windows. Guy sold me a sealer my windows and my new paint job is ruined had to use brillo pads to get off my windows. He dont need to be working there . Now I have to pay a couple hundred to see if I can buff it out.

Then he put me on hold, and finally when a 3rd guy picked up, I asked him to describe it, he told me to do it myself. I bought a set of jumper cables when a salesman said they couldnt jump my battery .and rudely assumed wrong intentions telling me Dont bring um back cause theres no refunds.and walked away.my battery died next to auto zone.

Its a typical AutoZone. Lots of stuff one will need to keep their vehicle maintained, looking good, and running well. Unlike other AutoZones, this one closes at 9:00 though. Not 10:00, like every other one that I have been to

There were 3 other workers there and one guy trying to help a line of customers and the other workers were too busy talking about their personal life. Well I just got fed up and left. There is a short man with glasses and a ponytail named Robert who works there. He was very unprofessional. Not only did he seem like he didnt want to be working, he put my battery in backwards. We told him it was backwards but he proceeded to hook it up anyway. Sparks flew everywhere. Obviously he couldnt tighten it up all the way because he had the negative and positive sides reversed but instead of just admitting he made a mistake, he said the post was too big and went inside and switched batteries. After putting in another new battery, (we made sure he didnt do it backwards this time) I thought wed be good to go but nope. When he put it in backwards and it sparked, he shorted everything out. I no longer have head lights, air conditioning, tail lights, and I cant even shift into gear. To make matters worse, he wouldnt even accept responsibility for his mistake. I have no choice but to file a claim against them so they can pay to have my car fixed. They better pay for a rental car too because he ruined my only means of transportation and I have to get to work everyday. The parts manager who was there was very professional and was the only one concerned about what happened to my car. If it wasnt for him I would have lost it in there and caused a scene because that Robert fella was really pissing me off. Ill never give them my business again.

This place has by far the worst phone customer service EVER!!! I called early noon and had me on hold for 8 minutes and then I tried calling again 15 minutes later and told the guy who answered that theyve been having me on hold for a long time and are they really that busy to where they cant give a God damn quote over on the phone?? The guy said sorry sir but I have a customer and can you please hold? And had me on hold for another 7-8 minutes. I drove by the place and hardly any customers while all the other workers were just wondering around. And to let everyone know, i live less than 5 minutes away. The reason why i didnt want to wast my time walking in and making the phone call is because they dont always have the part i need here at this Autozone and always sent me to other Autozones. Called again at 7:28 pm and had me on HOLD again for 15 minutes before they got to me. I drove by again and this time and yet hardly any customers and workers walking around. Pissed me off for putting me on hold that long and went elsewhere to buy what I need.Dont get me wrong, I like this Autozone location but they need to bump up thier phone service. Too many times I walk in and got send out to other locations.
Slow going. Had to wait to pay, then wait like 20 minutes to exchange a tire inflator can (same price) from one with without a hose to one with. I never left, went to use hoseless, couldnt screw it on tire stem, walked back in, and had to wait in a long line at parts counter to return can. Then wait again to buy the other. Poor system. Everyone had to wait.... Instead of just swapping one for the other, which did swap cost wise for $0.00...but cost about 30 minutes. 🤔☹️.

Abraham Zamora, Store manager of AutoZone store# 2876 in Fresno, California deserves some serious recognition!Some friends and I were coming home from vacation late one night recently, passing through Fresno in my small Class B Dodge motorhome, when it decided to break down, causing us to exit the freeway and wind up stranded in an otherwise undesirable location, and late at night. We were very nervous and concerned. We were able to limp the vehicle down the road a ways to this AutoZone store. We had no idea what was wrong with our vehicle, what parts we needed, and how we would fix our problem this late at night. Thats when Abraham stepped up and went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. He looked at our vehicle, quickly determining all its problems, and then proceeded to give us the best possible deal on 3 parts we needed, but it doesnt stop there. He also very quickly and efficiently removed our defective parts, and installed the new ones right there on the spot, professionally, quickly, and all while reassuring us that we would be absolutely fine and back on the road in no time. Abraham left us speechless, quite frankly, with his positive attitude, reassuring nature, and willingness to not only sell us the parts we needed, but do so after diagnosing our problem, and then proceeding to roll up his sleeves and quickly fix our problems. If it wasnt for Abraham I honestly dont know what we would have done. He literally saved the day. Its nice to know that there are people out there like Abraham, who will see someone in need and help them without saying a word. His kindess has resulted in myself and my friends becoming loyal AutoZone customers from here on out. Can you only imagine if all part stores had someone like Abraham running them? I have never had such a positive experience at any store let alone an auto parts store.Abraham Zamora deserves some serious recognition. Abraham, thank you sir. We will never forget your kindess!
