I rarely want to write a single star review, but if I do. It really deserves it.After dropping my Iphone X and cracked my screen in the beginning of the year of 2020, I was looking for a place to REPAIR my iphone X near my office in Fremont. I decided to give CPR Express a shot.After repairing my Iphone here, I will never return again back into this store and spend a penny.The first incident, I had picked up my iphone x after it being repaired here and went back home. The screen kept popin back out in the top right corner. I kept having to push it back in, and then eventually the lcd screen started leaking in the back on the top right corner and the part completely broke within the first week after the repair date. I went back, and they fixed it again after having to haggle with them for nearly 30 mins... they told me its my Iphone cases fault and it pushed the screen out and caused the problem. Mind you, I have used this case since I originally purchased the phone and it never caused a screen to pop out, NOT ONCE.After they had to fix it the second time, the screen worked for about 1.5 months; however, the speaker stopped working, and I couldnt hear calls or music from my Iphone X, and then the screen eventually went out with it. The LCD is not broken in the back. The screen is not cracked. So, I came back here to exercise my warranty, but then they wont accept any responsibility. I have come to find that the parts they use in this store is inferior to most parts other places use to repair screens. Do yourself a favor and dont go here.

These guys are GREAT! I had my iPhone 6+ repaired there a few months back and Im pretty hard on my phones....less than 2 months go by and I seem to have cracked another screen....its in an Otter Box! So I put it off for a while....dropped by today to get it fixed and the guy says I think your screens OK....let me take a look....I remember him telling me he put a better screen protector on my original below $100 repair....so he peels the super protector off and there is a PERFECT display screen below.....had a new one quickly installed and I was out the door in under 5 minutes. Ill be a repeat customer if I ever have another problem....Quicjk service for original screen replacement and HONEST service this time around what more can you ask for? Today, I accidentally dropped my iPhone 7 Plus on the ground and the screen shattered. Fortunately, only the screen shattered and the LCD portion still functions correctly. I talked to John and he was able to give me a great pricing on the screen repair and repaired it that same night. I could not find any other stores in the Fremont area that was opened so late and do the screen repair. The whole process took less than 25 minutes and the work is warrantied for 30 days. Thanks to Johns great work, my iPhone 7 Plus looks just like it was before I dropped it. Note that phone repair area is located in retail shopping center where the store is, and they have cool cell phone accessorys and they sell their products too.

Came with a shattered iphone 7 plus and they were able to fix my phone in 30 mins. I just called right when they opened and they took me in.I told them I had class all day so i wouldnt be able to pick it up. I found it very nice of them to fully charge my phone for me while it was there.Spent $108 on repair and they also give you a free screen protector and apply it on for you.Best customer service ever!

I went to get my battery replaced iPhone 6. They replaced the battery with a very cheap one which only lasted 3 weeks. They refused to change the battery making me lose my money.

After my iPad broke, I contacted literally 15+ repair shops from Hayward to Milpitas. Service MW had by far the best customer service and easily the best service warranty (3mos vs 30 days from everyone else). They were completely friendly and transparent from the start, which most other places were not.I gave it to them over the holidays and John made sure to let me know about when theyd be closed etc and also told me when he could provide an update - whether or not there was any news while they worked on it, he still held up his end and gave me a call just to update. He was very considerate to the time it was taking and offered a discount for the holiday delays. Honestly this place has EXCELLENT customer service and you should absolutely come here. And John needs a raise!Ultimately they repair the iPad they did everything in their power to help me. That being said, I would definitely come here for any future service needs.

My iPhone 7 screen was replaced in about 20 min and everything went smoothly and was right on time.I was told they use refurbished genuine Apple screens for the repairs. Be aware there is a small extra charge if your LCD is damaged in addition to the screen glass, as that means the broken screen cannot be refurbished for reuse.I would highly recommend Mobile World for any of your electronic repair needs. They also fix laptops, water damage, provide data recovery services, and have lots of mobile phone accessories for sale in the shop.I used a Groupon voucher for the repair. Mobile World does give a warranty for a Groupon repair - however I was clearly informed of this before the repair and was told that as such, it was my responsibility to double check device functionality after the repair before paying. John was patient and gave me plenty of time to test everything was working properly afterwards, before redeeming the voucher and paying tax. He even gave me some useful tips about my device as well and was kind and respectful throughout, event though I was using a Groupon.

These guys try to lie cheat and steal people who dont know that much about there fell phone problems. These scammers have u sign the work order before they fix your phone but in the fine prints they say no matter what your paying even if they dont fix it right. They tried to sell me a iPhone 5s saying it was unlocked but in fact it was a lie after I put inside a different SIM card from AT&T and it locked up right away. So I didnt buy it.

John was able to give me the cheapest quote over the phone and i drove by. When i walked in I realized they do more than just iphone repairs. they do iPad repair, samsung repair, and macbook repair. I have an iPhone 7+, dropped it broke the screen costed $280. Got it fixed the following week the digitizer started malfunctioning costed another $250. A week later the screen is still malfunctioning. If you want a quality repair do not come here. They just want your money

So literally all I needed them to do was screw in a couple of screws so that my Moto X Pure could function. They were very rude and said basically that they dont want to take on liability. Also a couple of months ago I gave them my One Plus One. 4 weeks later we called and they said the part wasnt even there yet. Terrible store.

Horrible. I went to get my IPhone screen repaired and they replaced it with a screen that barely sensed my finger when I touched it. We got it fixed and then again the same thing happened. A few days later the screen went black even after charge. We went to him and we didn’t get refund, help, or anything.

One of my friend suggested to go here. I came here with two problems one is cracked screen and the other one is battery. They fixed my two issues in 30 minutes. I was really shocked and i refer this place for my friend so that they get the same experience like me
