Had to return an online order. AT&T charges restocking fee even if the phone is not used at all. I looked at the phone size and decided against it. They are greedy and want to make more money. The manager at the store was nice and made it easy to return.

I feel disgusting even giving it ONE STAR!!!I’d the worst experience ever here. Customer care representatives move around without helping the customers. They favor one customer over the other. Out of 5 seats available only two of them were actually working, the rest were chilling. Very unprofessional staff. NEVER VISIT THIS ATT STORE!!!

Worse experience. Rude representative not willing to look in details to help, casually says not possible without looking into matter more carefully. Only after I insisted she started to look into matter more carefully.

Had an issue with my sim and the staff tried all they could to help. Could not resolve my issue but definitely not their fault. Very courteous and friendly staff.

I’ve been sitting here for 49 minutes watching my name on the screen come up every. 2 minutes to show me I’m at the same place I started … next to me is an at&t customer service lady helping out a gentleman sign up on her iPad with fingernails that wouldn’t allow her to type unless at a certain angle…::: if your fingers are the tools of your trade shouldn’t they come prepared for the job…,vAlue people’s time

They need to improve customer service..remember Quality is more important than conversion..

I drove up today with a sleeping toddler in the back seat and my dog next to him, so I couldnt go into the store. An employee named Demetrius was out front to greet customers and I asked if he could help me purchase a couple of charging cables for my phone while I was in my truck. He took care of everything within 5 minutes, and my son didnt wake up crying. Thank you Demetrius!

Today the customer service was very bad at this Fremont location. They kept us waiting for more than an Hour although some of them were free, but busy using their phones.

Enrique was incredibly helpful in assisting me with upgrading my iPhone to the 12. He answered all of my questions in detail and providing me all the information I needed regarding billing, credits, etc. a very easy and smooth experience!

We used to go shop at the location in pacific commons, I now found out that they were an authorized retailer which tells me why my experience had been so bad. I came in with my brother to see what promotion are available. Jazlyn was able to help us out on with more information on current promotions. Management and staff were very helpful. We recommend this location.

I stopped by the AT&T to buy a screen protector. Harriet assisted me and explained the differences between all the products. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I was able to leave with the anti-glare protector and will definitely come back to this location

I usually don’t review businesses but I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism that is very evident at this store. Don’t bother going here for any help regarding your account. The employees here are incompetent and tell you incorrect information. This happened 3 different times. When I finally spoke to the manager about it he didn’t care and walked away. Now I’m stuck with an issue on my account that can’t be resolved because I can’t get any help from customer service over the phone or in person. Take your business elsewhere.

I never do this but I came into the store yesterday and met the most amazing young man his name is Brian and he’s one of the best representatives for AT&T I’ve ever met he help me with every question I had and if I needed him to repeat he repeated without being irritated and even though I didn’t want something he sold me on it and I love it and I usually can never be sold on anything but he wouldn’t let me leave the store until I knew everything and understood everything and he was just so patient and respectful like I was part of his family even though he had no clue who I was!! Like I said I never do reviews for anything or anybody but he deserves all the praise as he can possibly get because he is an amazing customer service provider and everybody should ask for Brian when going to that store

This is one of the better AT&T or phone carrier stores I’ve been to. Clean store, plenty of products, and friendly staff that isn’t pushy. I had the pleasure of buying helped out by Mymai as she was very knowledgeable on the products and was able to answer all my questions and concerns . This is now my go-to store for AT&T products and services! :)

Had a complicated situation and the rep Jocelyne did a good job however it still took three hours to activate four lines and four phones, so just be aware and be ready. I found Att pricing to be very competitive for both the service and for 4 new iPhones. They have a great deal on iPhone 11 right now. I have been using AT&T service for six years and it is very good for the whole bay area and Los Angeles area, as well as my home Wi-Fi and DIRECTV service which Work very well. BTW the home Wi-Fi plan includes HBO max now, which is a very good benefit.

Avoid this store if you can, the employees are not worth dealing with for products you can buy elsewhere. Have never experienced such unprofessional & arrogant behavior on part of store employees. There was no diligence, interest in actually assisting customers, or competency in any of the 3-4 employees I interacted with. Instead of acknowledging valid & reasonable criticism I voiced after waiting for an hour for a product that was not in fact in stock, the store manager debated me and told me it was my fault, arguing with/mocking me. Ive also worked in sales & customer service roles and this is definitely a showcase of lack of training and hiring error. This person is not fit to be interacting with customers let alone be a store manager - extremely combative & not interested in de-escalating a situation. Seems to be the opposite of the type of person youd want representing your business. Will definitely not be returning.

Jenny who took care of me was attentive, and gave me all the options and trade ins. She also advised me of all the discounts I was eligible for. Finally, she gave me time to attend to an important call right in the middle of my appointment

Went in today to try to get some help with my phone and let me just say it was the best experience I had at an AT&T store! The staff was great. As soon as I came in to the store there was a representative waiting to greet me and I didn’t have to wait at all to get help. The representative took his time to really get to know the problem I was having and recommended the best solution for me. During my visit I also had the managers come checkup on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Will be coming back to this AT&T store!!!

Out of all AT&T locations near me, this one has been the most helpful. Even better than the loyalty department. Mymai and Jenny were extremely helpful and made me have a pleasant experience. Definitely happy and will keep returning to this store.

If I could give zero stars j would. Wanted to return a phone we had gotten online so we came here since corporate offices are the only ones authorized to do returns and the sales person named Mathew A. Let us know that they would charge an unwaiveable restocking fee for a product we had not even opened. Later we confirmed with an authorized retailer that this location could have waived this fee and that the sales people here are only willing to help if they think theyll receive a sale from you. Sucks for them though cause we got two phones off the authorized retailer instead since he was ACTUALLY willing to help.

I had issues raising online request for a prepaid card. The store staff wasnt even ready to listen to my concern saying they dont have to do anything with AT&T web order issues.The next day 10th April 2021 again I went at the same place ONLY because I wasnt able to place the online orders and the other ATT store was very far. I had talked to the prepaid customer service before in the morning to find out why orders were getting cancelled. The rep told me to go to a nearby store.At this store, the Rep did not know basic features like roll over, Hot Spot capability, Auto pay discount etc. She had look for help herself on these basic features. I told the rep these are basic things she should know.I told this to the Store Manager. He took her side instead saying she is his best staff. When I told him the above he did not want to listen. He instead said I LEAVE THE STORE if I am not happy (I had not even raised my voice) and that I was looking down on this rep. Staff seemed were very reluctant to help even being a new customer to AT&T. Their was a lot of chaos in the store with staff singing on some music. This is a noisy store as well.The day before I had 4 of my online orders cancell. I called ATT prepaid they suggested me going to a store hence I had gone..

I was on hold with AT&T for nearly an hour waiting for help with a minor issue. I decided to hang up and go to my nearest AT&T store. Let me tell you.... I am SO glad I did!! I am not one to leave reviews but I believe Mai (sorry if I butchered your name!) deserves recognition for the outstanding customer service. I came in 10 mins before their closing time but Mai greeted me with a friendly demeanor. Mai was helpful and accommodating to my requests. I did not feel rushed and I was able to take care of everything I needed. Thank you again!!

Alexis really helped us out. We went in with a question on our apple watch and wanted to look around at some accessories for our iphone. My favorite part is that she didnt push the sale immediately and wasnt overbearing like some experiences ive had in the past. She made it ths priority to help us first and she took her time when explaining what she did so that way we really understood. Once we were ready to purchase she helped us with a promotion so we actually ended up saving on everything we already wanted which was the best part. I highly recommend her to anyone coming to this location. We have been loyal ATT customers for decades. We went into the store to upgrade our phone and first dealt with a Store Manager. He made things so complex and put on unnecessary high pressure tactics that we almost walked out and were considering going to a competitor!!And then Lupe, the other Store Manager, stepped in to help us and she was FANTASTIC! We are still with ATT thanks to Lupe. She offered the highest level of customer service, clearly explained our options and in general got the job done. Three cheers to Lupe ... she’s a keeper!!

When the bill comes a couple weeks after leaving the store, it doesn’t reflect the promos and discounts agreed upon in store. After an hour trying to resolve it on the phone with someone sitting halfway across the world, we now get to go back in the store with documentation in the hope of resolving it.

Store is following COVID policies and allowing 13 customers in the store at a time. I had to wait about 10 minutes before i could enter. Sales reps help you at their assigned table behind a plexi glass. Jaz wiped down the table before I sat down. Had several questions which she answered and also checked stock for me as I plan to purchase phones fie my family. Excellent customer service.

I spent 2 hours just for the E-sim card application. finally, the lady told me they run out of the E-sim card. 1st I can not understand, the E-sim card application only need a QR code, why they run out of these QR code ? 2nd, why they did not tell me during my check in ? just let me waiting 2 hours like a fool. then told me run out of the QR code ?????

This store persons doesnt have any knowledge. As per online support persons directions, i went there and here they said they cannot help it. Only online can do. They couldnt see the full issue. Simply said they cannot. Very bad. Not even worth for single star. I am NOT RECOMMENDING this store.
