I have used this company twice for two large granite installations and they have been polite and professional the whole way. If there were snafoos, someone came right out and took the time to do an A job. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

These guys are awesome. They all know their craft and are so accommodating When we had to change our kitchen plan several times. They came to measure quickly when we called and turn around (for in stock slabs) was 4 days! They were on time for each appointment at our home, and we will use them for future projects for sure!

These guys are great, they help me with the project where I brought in my own piece of granite i found on Craiglist. They cut it down for me in a very timely fashion and a very reasonable price. They asked if I wanted help installing. I will go back to them again and I recommend them to friends and family!

Great overall experience, I do everything myself normally except granite. I was at the Shop minutes from Fredericksburg, They had a slab I picked out, they laid out the cuts for the counters so I could approve, 1 week later they took exact measurements and installed the next week. Looks great, joints great, sink, faucet all PROFESSIONALLY installed, one stop shop. They took care of my new floor and cleaned up. I couldn’t ask for any better job. Other shops were more expensive and the local talk was not so great. I highly recommend you chose this small “family” business for ALL the granite or stone you need.

These guys did a fantastic job installing over 60 sqft of granite counter top and bar top in our kitchen. They have their own inventory plus work with Northern Virginia and Richmond granite companies. Their price was very competitive. They showed up as scheduled and coordinated with their own plumber so the whole job was completed in less than 7 hours.

Imperial installed new granite in my kitchen last summer. The job involved removing the existing granite as well. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional workers who take pride in their customer service and workmanship.

These guys are brothers. One brother works the office and the other does the fabrication and install. They installed granite in my basement several years ago. They did a good job. I called them back to install granite in my butler’s pantry and the installer chipped the granite during the install. Admittedly, it was a small chip but nonetheless, he refused a minor discount and insisted I pay FULL price on a chipped piece of granite that he chipped. Then they quoted me $250 to cut out an area for my kitchen cooktop relocation and then tried to double the price on me stating that after he talked to his brother he realized it was more involved (but I had previously clearly stated what we needed done). They are not the worse but clearly not the best in terms of customer service. If you have any installation or after sales issues I feel for you. I decided to go elsewhere and it was a much more pleasant experience.

These professionals made an impossible mission possible when my bar top was broken. They succesfully matched my exisitng bartop with a piece they found which is impossible becuase granite is made in nature. therefore no two seperate pieces are the same. Not only did they match, but the finish work is flawless. Highly recommend these professionals for contracting or self projects. Shout out to the team Gerardo, Louis and the install guys.
