I came here for a gift basket to take to my hosts in a foreign country! Laurie helped me select a custom gift basket with everything I wanted, and although usually it takes some time to put together since she heard I had driven up from richmond she did it on the spot! It turned out amazing I am so pleased!

The only reason for the one star is because I liked the products I bought. The service was absolutely horrible. It wasnt really service at all. More like harassment. Im sorry I even spent my money there. The lady at the front register ruined my entire day, just as she intended. Two thumbs down!

I made 2 purchases on the madeinva website on 12/4 and never received an email from the company with confirmation or order numbers. Label was created 12/8. Tracking shows package arrived at the Fredricksburg post office 12/14. Contacted company and received an email with 1 tracking number from one of the owners along with when it would be delivered. That date passed and I sent a second email and after a couple hours of no response I called the company. The lady took information and said she would look into it. Within a few moments she called back requesting more information. A few minutes later the owner called and it quickly became a heated conversation and I have NEVER had someone be so rude. He threatened to call recipients and ask for the items back because I said I wouldnt buy from them again. I cant speak for the service with in person purchases, but I would definitely not deal with this company online and would not recommend them.

I loved the quaint store, and the home-town feel of the place. I am from a small town in MI, so I definitely appreciate good customer service. It was crowded in the store 11/29/19: small business Saturday. I waited in a long line. I felt my order may have been rung up incorrectly, but I didn’t want to hold anyone up. I said “is the receipt in bag?” and the response was yes, but it was not. I specifically remember my order: 6 items that total $27.05 before taxes, yet I was charged over $33. I was not given a receipt as I was told. I left town the very next day. No, it was not a terribly large variance, but it the just the point of the matter.

I very much enjoyed my visit here to pick up some gifts for an out-of-state friend. They have a wonderful selection of products that represent some of the best the state has to offer. Highly recommended!

This place is a must-go if youre in downtown Fredericksburg. Homemade fudge, homemade selection of peanut butters and a wind chime selection for purchase that is amazing! Ohh yes and the Virginia state memorabilia is great too.

Friendly staffed store, I purchased peanuts but there were so much more offered. Stop by and check it out. I know I will be back.

We were looking for Virginia mugs to give as gifts to some friends before their return trip to Korea. They had a nice selection and our friends loved the mugs.
