I dont think they are professional to their customers. I told them that they were unprofessional and acted very high school in the way they respond to their customers. Now I cant follow or message them on Facebook. So, there you have it. They have work to do when it comes to behaving professionally. I do not recommend this store.

Its almost unfortunately this store has so many cute things because they lack in customer service. I was given a great gift that didnt fit me, so I went to exchange it - but unfortunately they have a final sale policy on every item, including clothing (??). I asked to have the manager call me, who never did. I WAS able to exchange my shirt for an exact price/exact item match, but I was still so disappointed in the experience of it all - I wont be going back, especially for clothing.

This store is so unique! I love the freedom to buy local and support all of the artisans. I am always greeted by the friendly staff and feel like family! This store definitely has changed my mindset during this pandemic with the live sales and the freedom to have my purchases from the other Daisy stores transferred to this location for pickup free of charge awesome job Michelle and all of my Fredericksburg Daisy ladies

Owner & employees are fantastic! Extremely helpful! And the vendors are amazing. You can find some really unique pieces. Definitely recommend to anyone! I make the trip from Southern MD and it’s well worth it!

Great store, great help, great merchandise and a wonderful experience. We have actually visited a few of the other locations as well and all have been just as nice. Would highly recommend for a fun shopping experience.
