For the price paid (ordered the Large offering) for our best friends celebration of life (in the home), this arrangement was small (short and thin) and unstately. I have pictures to share if youd like. I learned from this experience to provide different adjectives to describe my expectations when ordering. I have no problem spending the money, but I expected more from this expenditure. I am thankful that this was delivered on time and as commited during ordering.

I ordered for Mother’s Day and my package was missing an item. I called and the manager was amazing and credited me and replaced the missing item plus extra! Will do business there again as usual. Tysm for making it right with me! Everyone is pleased and happy!!
My name is Anthony this was my first time using edible arrangements, I decided to use them for my anniversary. The young lady at the desk was very helpful helping me select and arrangement. When I received the arrangement a few of the flowers were dead which I understand stuff happens but when I called to let them now that some of my flowers were dead. The manager Mrs. Norma was so wonderful when she got on the phone she was so sweet she allowed me to replace the flowers with cookies and even went a step further and gave me cupcakes also her customer service was 💯 I will definitely be using the location more I love the stafff here. I was a first time online customer & I purchased a birthday balloon and edible arrangement combo for my friend to be delivered to her job on her birthday. I needed it to be delivered first thing in the morning due to her work schedule being cut in half suddenly.. They made her 1st on the list and she received it before she left work. This made my day, and especially the birthday girl. Thanks !!!!!!!
Praise for excellent delivery-service today!Nobody was answering the door, so the delivery man called me (in Pennsylvania), and was willing to wait around for me to call him back after I tried to track down my family members to accept their delivery. When I was unsuccessful, he said he would try again later today, rather than leaving food items on the doorstep.Im sure today is a BUSY delivery day for Edible Arrangements, and I sincerely appreciate this gentleman being so accomodating. One more thing I have to be thankful for this week! Happy Thanksgiving!
Ordered online, and they had everything ready before I got there at the time I picked. Cant go wrong with HUGE strawberries with chocolate and happiness on them... seriously, who doesnt like chocolate???
I ordered delicious daisy with cinnamon sugar candied pecans almost 80 dollars and I asked for them to call me once delivered and of course that didnt happen. Bad customer service is a pet peeve of mine and that was just a sad attempt at customer service to suggest delivery on a different day because they are behind, when my aunt rearranged a few things to be home because my uncle drives a tractor trailer long distance so she works sometimes 3 jobs to stay busy while hes on the road but to add insult to injury they did not even deliver everything I paid for. So my aunt who works three jobs had to adjust her day for this driver to still jack up the order that she gets paid to deliver. My aunt asked the girl that delivered the stuff was something missing because it said 1 of 2 and she gonna say no its supposed to be only one. So they completely jacked up the whole experience and I will be paying a visit to the store first thing in the morning. People pay top dollar for this service and so there should be know issues when delivering fruit that can go bad. Im curious to know if they would of just left my aunts delivery on the porch if she wasnt home smh. So disappointing and def unprofessional. I will be contacting the better buisness bureau because obviously these reviews dont mean much.
My neighbor and I placed two separate orders on-line for curbside. Then before arriving we called the store and asked if they could bring the orders out for curbside. The employee on the phone twice said to come into the store and pick up the orders. I said I would like to remain in my vehicle and have them brought to me as ordered for curbside. The employee who took the call again said to come in because the refrigerator would have the orders. I came inside with my mask on and picked up my orders and left. When I was leaving I noticed two employees with masks on were standing behind the counter and there were no customers in the store which means one of them could have brought out my orders. When you order online you are asked specifically about your vehicle type, make and model so that an employee can bring your order out to you. Why have a curbside feature if your not going to bring out an order curbside to a vehicle? This store clearly violated their curbside on-line option and put myself in harms way during this pandemic and refused to bring both orders out to my vehicle as I specifically ordered for curbside. I will complain to the state about this incident.
I know it is a holiday and they were probably busy but I sent a Holiday village for over $100 to my friend. Delivery was great and the fruit was delicious but the presentation was horrible! It was just a bunch of stuff thrown together. Should have looked much better for the money I paid.
This is the 2nd time that I came to the Fredericksburg Edible Arrangements store to order chocolate covered Strawberries. Seems the employees have a hard time keeping their masks over their noses. The first time I came, the employees mask kept falling under her nose then she just pulled it down completely. On my 2nd visit, a different employees mask is falling under her nose. I said something to her about it but she failed to realize that she is constantly touching it to pull it back over her nose. I was giving 3 stars only because I love chocolate covered Strawberries but low and behold, the 1st employee from the other day walks into the store with no mask on, wipes at her nose and goes to the back. What!! Sad to say...no more visits to this place for me.
First and last time ordering to this place, I placed my order yesterday before 1pm to be delivered today and 24 hours later and my order hasnt been delivered yet, and no body answers the phone at this location, I havent gotten an email or txt message with updates. Worst service ever. I wish I can give them less than one start
Thanksgiving platter of chocolate dipped fruit was delicious, prompt and easy to pick up, and had great fruit quality that lasted for several days. The best were the chocolate & caramel covered apple slices - and was a total hit with family!
Very delicious arrangement for thanksgiving. The fruit was fresh and the chocolate was perfectly distributed over the fruits. Highly recommend!

Ordered for pickup Thursday October 29th at 2:00 p.m. email confirmation said you could do curbside pickup or come in the store. Of course it was a day of pouring down rain I go up to the door which is locked and no ones in the lobby so the sign on the door says to call their phone number. Call the phone number and after 12 and 1/2 minutes of no one picking up I had to call corporate edible arrangements who called the store. I pulled up to the curb put my mask on got out. the employee opened the door (with no mask on) and as I went to step over the threshold, she scolded me and said youre not allowed in the lobby so I backed up. I then asked her why no one picked up the phone even though I could see people in the back and I was even knocking on the window. She said she was on the phone taking an order so she could not answer my call to which I said sure you could and you could have just told me youll be with me in 5 or 10 minutes and then I would have no problem waiting. She then said the other employees in back are supposed to answer the phone but I told her obviously thats not a policy thats being enforced and if I was the owner of the business, I would stress to my team that the first priority is to take care of customers. I also told the lady another idea would be for her to take orders in the lobby so she would have at least saw me at the door and could have told me she would be with me in a few minutes. Theres always a solution if youre looking for one but she just wanted to defend her position that I was the one inconveniencing her.
Placed an order for a birthday recently and was given a delivery window. One hour after the window past we call to see what time they could be there, we were told the driver would be at our location in twenty minutes. Another hour later we called again, and was told when the driver gets back the delivery would be made. Terrible way to do business, would give no stars if could.
I ordered pickup. It was ready an hour early and they were very professional and polite. The arrangement was delicious and fresh and was a great birthday present! Would definitely order again.

Ive had two years of disappointment with this store. Ive tried to send my daughter an Edible Arrangement gift for Valentines Day and I have been let down each time. I called the store this time asking for the status of my delivery. I was told that an attempt was made but unfortunately, this attempt was unsuccessful. This was the same answer I received last year. I normally use Sherries Berries.This store did not even call me as far as I am aware of. I get so many spams calls a day, it ridiculous. I checked my phone for calls and no calls from this area code (540) were displayed in my call logs. I did not receive a voice mail or email to let me know that an attempt was made or that no other attempts will be made. The person I spoke with (Vanessa) asked me would I like them to rearrange and send out a new order or would I like to cancel the order, which was nonchalant. I replied, cancel.Im guessing had I not called to inquire about my order, my card would have still be charged and processed without ever receiving the product for which I paid. I dont understand businesses like this one. If you know the holidays will potentially be your most busy and profitable times, why not hire more people to make multiple attempts. Make sure to keep your customer apprised of deliveries or failed attempts, and act like you care when a customer calls and wants to understand why these poor business practices are acceptable.I usually go will Sherries Berries but I wanted to support the local store. There will be no third time for me. My daughter didnt receive this Valentines gift from her father on V day. A one Star rating seems appropriate for the service or lack thereof that I received.
I definitely forgot to place my order and thought I did but got side tracked, so we show up to edible arrangements and realized I never put my order in and they still were able to give me what I planned to order due to having some just made for mothers day. I appreciated it so much and this is why I keep coming back, they always have amazing customer service plus the berries are the best ❤
They were awesome. They really made my daughters day at school. She was able to have her things delivered to her . It made her feel so special in front of her friends . The delivery was done in a timely manner as well. I’m very appreciative to edible Arrangements for making her day so special .
Placed an order online and it was delivered with in 2-3 hours, way faster than i expected. Arrangement receiver said fruit was very fresh and chocolate dipped pineapple was awesome. Great job!!
I ordered a large bouquet arrangement for my family. The fruit was fresh (And i arrived an hour late!) The pick up was a walk in and walk out, quick and easy. Its nice that i have that option instead of paying 20-25$ for a drop off. Their chocolate covered strawberries arrangement is divine. Ive already ordered from here again! :)
Really expensive for some fruit. Fruit that doesnt really taste that good. I like chocolate-covered strawberries but I know every time I get them from my mom from this company I know as soon as I take a bite everything falls off unlike other brands that will stay on the item

I tried ordering an edible arrangement from another store for Valentine’s Day. The order was never made or delivered despite ordering a week in advance. I decided to try again the day after with this store. I called and they assured me they would get it to him today. Needless to say, he didn’t answer the door. I called back and asked that they try again because he would be leaving by three and asked that they call because he was home. The manager assured me she would get it there by 3 even if she had to deliver it herself. Right at three as he was packing up his car she pulled in to deliver it! She made a fresh one because the delivery driver was still out with the original one. They went above and beyond for me! Excellent fruit and excellent customer service!

Made what was supposed to be a fun thing TERRIBLE :(I sent my husband an arrangement that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. They delivered on Friday when my husband was not there (which I had told them and they assured me it would NOT be Friday but Saturday) The receptionist signed for the delivery which is standard practice anywhere. Mind you the receptionist does not know my husbands schedule just that he works in the building. Anyway, my husband goes to work to find the soggy day old fruit in his office. He calls me to say thank you ( he is sweet) I call editable arrangements in Central Park to complain they delivered on the wrong day and instead of an apology though she does acknowledge it was their fault for delivering on the wrong day. I get attitude from Kadisha that the receptionist shouldnt have signed for it and their going to prosecute the receptionist for fraud!!! So, instead of a happy solution, they threaten the working relationships of my husband at work! She finally says that another arrangement is on its way and will be delivered today Saturday, I call my husband tell him another one is coming. It NEVER came! =( this is the WORST place I have ever done business with EVER. It was 2 disappointments in one day, a lot of rude attitude and no customer service. So sad b/c the arrangements are cute (dont know if they are good or not) and it would have been a nice surprise and they delivered on the right day, not threatened the people in my husbands office, or delivered on the correct day. However none of those things happened. Horrible experience please beware!!!!
My Co-Worker experienced a Heart Attack over the summer my company placed an Order for an arrangement for him. I would have to say the Edible arrangement staff and Manager of this location were very professional, friendly and fast! When he received the arrangement this made his day seeing how we all cared about him. I really could not suggest a better gift for someone who has been ill to let them know you care about them!
I am very pleased and impressed by the responsive customer service provided by Edible Arrangements Store #521 in Central Park, Fredericksburg, VA. After speaking with a rude and unhelpful woman at the Edible Arrangements main customer service number, I contacted the store directly handling my order. Katelyn took my frazzled call and managed to get the order I placed a month ago rerouted back to the store for successful delivery to the intended recipient ON Valentines Day. Michelle personally delivered the arrangement after it was returned to the store. Kelci called me at 845pm to make sure that everything had been resolved to my satisfaction. I assured her that, yes, it definitely had been. Im not thrilled with the customer service received at the main number or the corporate delivery policies (considering what you pay for the products), however, these ladies went the extra mile to fulfill the Certified Happiness policy. They saved the day for me and my Valentine on one of their busiest days of the year! Im completely satisfied with the product and the delivery. Their teamwork and extraordinary customer service is sincerely appreciated! I highly recommend Edible Arrangements in Central Park!
Always love a good edible arrangement but some of the items are a bit pricy but I do take into consideration its fresh fruit plus the arrangement services etc.
Paid $20 for balloons and a bear - but only got balloons. Did not see that until my wife opened the arrangement. Not only did I pay for an overpriced bear - but it wasnt even delivered. Strawberries and everything else was high quality and exactly what I wanted.

I ordered an arrangement for our 20th anniversary for my wife yesterday. The service was quick. I purchased 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries. The strawberries looked like my 8 year old daughter dipped them. The tops of several of the strawberries were brown on the top which in turn meant they were not good strawberries. I figured that if I paid a kings ransom for overpriced fruit that it would be awesome but boy was I fooled.
I called at 9am, several times, an HOUR after they are suppost to be open. All I ever kept getting was the after hours message. I called the one in Stafford and they promptly answered. After speaking with a man there he assured me they were open here but probably forgot to turn the ringer back on BUT that they could still hear the phone ringing just were probably too busy to pick up. How absurd. This was going to be my first time using this place but I definitely wont now.

Wow. I was holding a business meeting in Fredericksburg and when we were dragging in the afternoon and wanted a snack (but not the typical), we asked the hotel staff and they recommend Edible Arrangements. Skeptical, we called and asked what we could get for 50 people.Within 30 minutes, we had individual fruit salads for everyone and an arrangement of chocolate covered strawberries for the table center. If you have never tried their fruit, it is incredible.Kudos to the staff of Edible Arrangements in Fredericksburg.
Was told order would be there yesterday and it never showed up they told me they tried to drop it off but no one was home, except that someone had been waiting for them all day. I called again and was told all the drivers went home and they would send it out the next day instead.
This store ruined my daughters birthday. They did not deliver the arrangement when promised. .even after 2 follow up calls to make sure it would be delivered in the morning. It was actually delivered after 2 in the afternoon after my daughter left for work. When calling to store to ask what was going to be done to fix this. ..i was told i was not the only customer complaining. That staff had been telling people wrong information about deliveries. I ask for a full refund(which i havent received ) and the staff were not willing to fix their mistake. Im unhappy that this special day was ruined because of non caring staff at this store. I was happy to pay the price for expensive fruit...but its ashame they cant even get the delivery right.
Order a fruit cup the fruit was old u can see the little holes where they used a stick to do a arrangement with the fruit, nobody picked up the arrangement so they gave me a old fruit in a cup for 4.00 a shot never again
What a shame went to order something other than Valentines Day stuff and was told thats all I could get for this week 2/8-12 and the only fruits at this time were strawberries, pineapples, and grapes so sorry to anyone having birthdays or other special occasion this week you lucked out no wonder their web page would give me nothing but hearts they have nothing else to offer broken heart on Valentines Day
