If I could rate a negative 5 stars, I would. Please review my facebook page and see video and supporting documents. If I could post on this site I would. They false advertise, price gouge, fraudulent and they have the worst customer service ever. Six months after I received me sofa and love seat I have a huge area on the head rest that they claim is consumer damage. They said it peeled. Last time I checked real leather doesn’t peel. It did not peel it faded. How is this happening in between the cushions where no body parts touch it? Oh and The recliner to match the set was ordered in May to arrive by June it’s is now November and now they say December. Also their manufacture Itiliausa claim real Italian leather and the do not stand by their product. I will be filing a law suit this Friday. Think there are enough complaints on here and Yelp for a class action suit.
Stay away!! Ordered a kitchen table from them in May with a delivery scheduled for 12 weeks. Its been 5 months so far (its now late October), and when they scheduled for delivery they didnt even show up. Absolutely horrendous business. Never buying from these people again, and will be requesting money back for lost time.
PLEASE do your homework, guys!! Always pay attention to red flags and listen to your gut when youre buying stuff. We bought a lovely (Ashley Furniture) bar set from here for $1100. The salespeople were awesome! But, they told us it would take 3 months to get our merchandise.....(we thought to ourselves, do they have to make the furniture, by hand, and ship it from another country? Guys, this wasnt a custom piece. It was Ashley for goodness sake. Even Big Lots, who also sells Ashley brands, probably would have gotten it to us faster.) And we had to pay a shipping fee, even though we had to pick it up. But, my hubby really loved the set, so we went forward with it. The set came in, finally after 3 months, and as promised. We didnt perform an inspection when we picked it up, and neither did they. They told us if it was damaged when we got it home, to call within 24 hours. (MISTAKE - never do this!! No matter how long it takes, make them inspect BEFORE you leave the facility.) Of course, when we get home and perform the inspection, the bar is damaged. Ugh! So we immediately called.... the Manager told us to bring the bar back in, theyd reorder and it would take us another 3 months!!! I told her wed think about it. We lived almost an hour away. We were beyond frustrated. As we were considering our options, we did some research online and we found the SAME EXACT set on the actual Ashley Furniture site for $400 cheaper!!! We were beside ourselves. It was a huge markup compared to the actual Ashley Furniture website.To make an even longer story short, after some back and forth with the Managers they gave us a $200 refund. Well take it!! Im not telling you not to buy from this store, because they do have some nice pieces. But, ask questions about the brand, and if its Ashley, get the item number and look it up online to see if you can get it cheaper. Be an informed consumer. Youll save yourselves some money!! Also, if picking up, inspect your product before you leave. Youll save yourself a headache!!! Happy shopping! 😊
They were nice in the store but when I went home I saw that the set I ordered was $800 cheaper. When I called they refused to change it. They told me I would need to come in and show them, even though it’s on their website. Even then, they said they didn’t know if they would honor it. I explained to them that I did not live near by so could they have a manager look online and tell me if they would honor it or not. I was told that’s not the policy. I couldn’t get a manager on the phone. I will now be driving 40 or more minutes tomorrow to cancel the order all together. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!
I like their furniture there. The one thing that bothered me was that when I got home, I found the exact sofa on their website that was below the deeply discounted price they came down to in order to get me to buy. Had I looked on their website first, I would have seen that they could have come down even more. At least the lady on the phone gave me a price adjustment when I called about this. Havent received my sofa yet, but the floor model was gorgeous!
I will never purchase anything from this company ever again! My wife and I purchased 2 brand new couches last year. The clip on the back upright seat broke. It’s under warranty, so I called to get someone out to look at it. The repair guy told me the clip had broken and he would have to get it ordered and he’ll be back to replace it. After weeks of not hearing from them, I called to get an update. The rep told me that the broken clip was not a defect, that it was my fault that it broke. All we do is sit in it. Things break, and it’s under warranty. I called the store and spoke with a manager by the name of Hanna. I explain to her what the situation was. She has told me that she would give the warranty center a call to find out what’s going on and she would call me back. Well 3 months later, no call. I’m am sick of people who can’t do their jobs! I’m sick of doing their job for them. There’s no customer service! The customer is just another number to them. If you want good service and good quality furniture, go to Powell’s furniture in Fredericksburg.

This is the worst experience I ever had. I was told from the day I purchased my bedroom set that it was going to take between 2-3 weeks for delivery. Its been almost a month and now they are telling me 8-12 weeks. When I asked to speak with the sales person they told me that he is not longer with the company to make this experience even worst. NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE.

I wanted two hard to find pieces of furniture. I was helped nicely and not pressured. They went to extra lengths to make sure I saw everything that was on my check list... I ended up buying one of my items.
Only purchase furniture from this store if you are patient enough to wait 6+ months to receive your order or if they have the item already in stock, otherwise move on to Ashley or some other store as you will likely get your furniture quicker.For perspective, this is the second time I have given Regency a chance to follow through with an order. The first time was for a bedroom set that took 8 months to receive all the items. Currently I am waiting on a living room set we purchased in May with a newly projected date of mid-late September. This is apparently a reoccurring theme as they will quote you with an 8-12 week ETA but in reality, they do not know. You will likely call in and they will tell you that it will be another 4 weeks. This cycle will continue until eventually you receive your furniture, hopefully in good condition, possibly as far out as 8 months or more from the purchase date.Granted Covid has hit the industry hard but other companies have been able to get furniture to their customers in a timely manner, so I suspect there is a little bit more to this common excuse utilized by Regency.Good luck and heres to hoping you dont have the same issues I have faced with this store.Edit: Check out the below generic response for a laugh as it the same excuse you will hear when you call in to check the status of your order.
Do not buy Anything from this store. I bought an expensive leather couch and picked it my self in a box. I left it sealed in box so when I got it home it was missing the pieces that hold on the arms of the couch . In addition to the pieces missing the top buttons for the recliner did not work. I told them about the pieces missing they were supposed to order them. After 4 days I did not hear back from them and stopped by and the gave me parts that did not work when I got home. When I said I was unhappy and wanted to return the couch they said it was non returnable. My other option was to load the heavy recliner that is now not in the box to have them ship it off to repair center for undertermined length of time, how long? I had bought the warranty on the couch but apparently it is not worth anything because if the motor doesnt work its not covered . Then they wanted to charge me $125 to have someone look at the couch. DO NOT BUY FROM THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR MERCHANDISE!!!

This store is terrible they will have you pay for an order in full then push the delivery date out 8-12 weeks then push your order out 5 months. Then when you try to cancel an order that you will never receive they charge a 10% cancelation fee!!! Stay away from this store at all cost they sell low quality furniture!!!!!!
I would like to give a shout out to DEAN. He was welcoming, kind, and patient. Dean was a huge help with assisting me decide which office furniture to choose for my space. If I had to describe Regency Furniture Store, I would say they have excellent customer service and great prices. Stop by and you wont disappointed.
Whew, I finally received all my furniture!If I could give this experience zero stars, I would! Delivery process of quality goods was plain HORRIBLE! It has taken me months to receive all of my products from this company. On today I am just collecting my sofa pillows that came, out the box, in bad condition and had to be repaired. So, for more than two months I have only had two out of 8 pillows for my sofa and love seat combined. The delivery company had to come to my home twice, and had to take furniture away (because they didnt have the right tools to put furniture together, or they brought me two love seats and no sofa) and re-deliver it. Also, they started billing me before I received all of my complete furniture set, and I had to file a claim against them. I could go on, but I dont have all day. Please save yourself time, headaches, high blood pressure, and money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Hanna is definitely an asset to Regency Furniture. She knows her job so well and helped me in making a few changes after the fact. We purchased furniture for an entire home. Shirley was awesome in helping us pick out our furniture and knew exactly what we were requesting per room. She helped bring our entire home together with the right furniture. Danny the Mgr helped us put a savings in our pockets. We paid less in furniture for a whole house than we did at Powells furniture store in looking at a 3pc living set. I am very pleased with our final choices and with the service we received at Regency. We were not rushed and we stayed within our budget. I will definitely be back for 2 end tables and matching coffee table. Theyre well made & beautiful.Many thanks to Hanna, Shirley and Danny.

Let me just tell you about regency and how they saved me and my husband! We ordered couches from Ashley and after months and months of the date continuously getting moved and with no communication from Ashley we canceled our order and needed couches ASAP. In comes the angel that is Shirley that works at regency. We walked in and right away she was helpful telling us what she can do, giving us realistic times and dates and what they had in stock. She helped us find the perfect couches and they had them for us, just need to be packed up and to us they will come within the week.For the sake of your time please shop at regency with Shirley and don’t waste your time with Ashley Furniture.

I purchased a bedroom set, a recliner sectional, AND a dining room set. Two out of 3 we are good. My bedroom set is the issue. Two weeks after it was delivered the stabilizer bar broke. I called the store they gave me an email address to send pictures. I waited about a week or so and did not receive a response. I called the store again and they advised they would contact the service department and have them reach out to me. I finally receive a call from Keire Campos-Rivera who appeared to be helpful initially. She said they would review the photos and get back to me, that was April 29th. May 6th she calls again and says did you get my messages I need more photos. I had not received any messages but I let that go and took the bed apart again and took more pictures. Yesterday she sends me an email and states “ hello maam could you please send me the pictures that ive been requesting from you.” How I have written that is exactly how I received it. Very professional right! So I called and spoke to a coworker who said she didn’t see my additional photos and could I please send them again. She would have Keiri call me when she returned from lunch. She never called, I emailed her today and requested that she call me or acknowledge she received the photos. I missed her call and called her back. She says oh I left you a message. Which she did not, then references a conversation she said we had yesterday, when we never spoke. This young lady is extremely unprofessional. She tells me I voided the warranty because there was a box spring on the bed that they saw in the photos that were taken when the bed was assembled. I asked her to point out to me where in the warranty this is written. She could not tell me. I asked how as a consumer would I know not to put a box spring on that bed, she said if I had bought a mattress set from their store I would know. But I had a brand new mattress I did not need one. I finally just asked can they order the piece I will pay for it and fix it myself. She responds I don’t know if I can do that but I will get back to you. I also asked for a copy of the warranty which she says she will provide, but I doubt I will ever get it. Also, we had removed the box springs shortly after it was dropped off because the bed was too tall. I relayed that to Kieri to which her response was, how do we know you did that. She tells me the additional protection plan covers broken items, when I explained I did not get the plan on the bedroom set she informed me that the plan covers all items on the order, when I had a long discussion with the sales person over the different prices. And I was already told by their customer service line that the additional coverage would not cover it.I will tell everyone I know not to buy from Regency, and I have shared this story on every social media platform available to me. Buyer beware!! I do not plan to let this go, but I wanted to share so that other people would not go through this.
Will never purchase from here again. My sofa is less than a year Old and fabric is buckling. They wont replace or exchange as they say its normal! Waisted my money

I will never purchase through Regency again. Bought Two Catnapper sofas a lift top table and a end table. Additionally I purchased a 5 year protection plan that covers any accidental damages or repairs. The sales team was excellent, the followup service was not. The couches were damaged on delivery took 2 months to fix. Had an additional failure with the control module that we have been waiting nearly 3 months for the repair. The lift top cocktail table hinge failed last night under normal use with the screws on the hinge failing. I was just informed our full coverage warranty does not cover a manufacturers defect even though we paid for a full protection plan. Regency wont touch it because its been just over one year, the protection plan wont cover it because its a defect. I only wish I could give it 0 stars.

I visited the store on 2/6/21 and my sales person was Emily. Her personality and customer service bar none is the absolute best. Quite frankly, she’s Totally Awesome! I’ll be referring my family and friends to come see her.

People like her are rare and if you get the chance definitely keep an eye out for her!
Shirley..appeared to be knowledgeable and honest about the quality of the furniture. She also explained any additional charges..service fees..discounts that was applicable to my purchase. Left out went to Ashley Home Store, had the best experience ever. Bought everything we needed and paid the balance in full! Regency get your customer service in order. Were never coming back.
Came here to find furniture to furnish most of our house. We came out with some great deals on our bedroom furniture. Great selection, and Sam really helped us every step of the way as well as got us a good price. Welcoming atmosphere and great service. Definitely recommend!

Shotty workmanship, and misleading warrantee.I bought a sectional from Regency and purchased the extended warrantee that I was told covered everything except pet damage and seams failing. Ive owned the sectional for less than a year and a piece of wood has fallen off inside couch and was told this isnt covered by my warrantee. Will never buy from them again.
Start to finish was a great shopping experience. Upon delivery, we noticed the dust covering on the bottom of the love seat had a slight tear. We took photos and sent them to Regency the same day. Emily, our sales person was very knowledgeable and gracious. She and the store manager, Danny, resolved our minor torn furniture in a matter of minutes. A new love seat, in perfect condition was delivered to our home a few days later. We have enjoyed the furniture and our new relationship with Emily and Danny. Emily worked hard to meet our needs of a specific style and a short deadline for an upcoming event in our home. We would highly recommend Regency and Emily for your furniture needs.
In September of 2015, my husband and I bought a sofa from Regency. When we purchased the sofa, we also went ahead and paid for the warranty as well. Fast forward a few years and my son got his hands on a permanent marker and colored on the sofa. We contacted the warranty company, who sent someone out to clean the sofa. Unfortunately, he was unable to get the marker out of the fabric (the first time he said he’s ever had that problem), so he put in an order for new cushion covers. Regency no longer makes the sofa we have, so they could not get us new cushion covers. Instead, they gave as a store credit for the full amount of the sofa, so we could go to the store and purchase a new one. That $200 warranty certainly paid off when we were able to go into the store and spend a little over $1700 on a new sofa.A few weeks ago, we went in to buy new furniture. Sam was wonderful and was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating, even though she wasn’t able to make much off of our transaction because it was a store credit. However, I would definitely go back to see her and recommend anyone else to see her when shopping at Regency.
I had an awesome experience at regency! Sam was awesome! She went above and beyond with her customer service. I could not figure out the dimensions of my apartment bedroom and I explained it to her and she grabbed her pad of paper and drew a floor plan of my bedroom and we figured out about the dimensions of the bedroom. She helped me decide on a piece of furniture that I ended up really liking and gave me hell of a deal on it. I have been shopping here for years and they never seem to fail me! Go Sam!

I went in only looking to get a sectional and left also purchasing a dining room table set. Customer service is one thing Im big on and she definitely exuded great service. I did also have the furniture delivered and the guys were great. They had my sectional and table set in the house and assembled within about 30mins of arrival.
Sam assisted us throughout the day to find us our furniture. She deserves a raise! We appreciate her and regency furniture for all the services we received today. She was very customer oriented and made us feel extremely comfortable. Since the process took the day I’d like to point out how extremely patient she was also.

Walked in late one evening and totally did not get pressured. Sidney was awesome. He introduced himself and then told me he will be around when I am ready. I really appreciated the opportunity to look without having a salesperson trailing me. When I decided on the couch I wanted it was easy to sign for it and purchase it. Lily, Cindy, Bailey, and Tiffany were awesome handling the purchase and had a great sense of humor. This was a good experience. Recommend Regency Fredericksburg.

Went to Regency Furniture looking for Living Room furniture and had the Best experience there. My sales person was Amber and she was outstanding. She let me do the shopping and didnt force showing other items. If we had questions about the furniture she would provide us with the answers or ask the manager. As for the price outstanding for sectional furniture they bet Ashleys furniture price by far. I would recommend Regency Furniture to anyone looking for furniture, my daughter did and I listened.

First thing I noticed was how beautiful, clean, and well put together the store was. They have a great selection. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager, Danny almost right away. He could have sold me anything; he was so charming. I will most definitely be back! I highly recommend.
We have used Regency 3 different time and each time something was wrong with the order. The first order was a living room suit and after purchasing the decorative pillows they didnt want to give them to us. We ended up with 3 out of the five. The second sale was for a bunk bed and after purchasing and picking up the box I got home and put together the beds. No bunky mattresses. I called back and they had to order them because they never ordered them with the original order. The last and final order is for our youngest sons bedroom suit and a recliner. We found the first issue when talking to financing when we found the salesman didnt put half the items into the computer for our order. We got that fixed and was told everything was good and ordered. We have waited almost 1 1/2 months and just found out the salesman and finance person (who said we were good) never added the mattress and box springs that he quoted prices to us for. After calling and talking to the manager her fix was for us to come back in and separately purchase the mattresses but they wont be on the same delivery as our original order so now we have to wait a few more weeks for the mattresses to be delivered or we can pick them up ourselves. We talked about canceling the order and I was told policy is they charge 30% of the total cost of the order to cancel out the order. Worse service and management that I have EVER dealt with. I will NEVER be using Regency again. If you order from them you better check your order through the entire process to make sure you get everything you need or paid for. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
We came looking for an affordable bedroom set. Sam greeted us at the door, and assisted us when we needed help, but didnt bother us. Super helpful, and we are getting a great set for way cheaper than I thought! Its out first bedroom set together and we couldnt be more thrilled
Beautiful store with huge selection. Emily was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She was able to get me a great deal and got my furniture delivered in three days. I would recommend Regency to anyone that is tired of the run around that other furniture stores gave me.

I popped in, just to cross reference an online itemDean assisted me, he was frightened and nerve racking rending an aggravating experience, until I ended up ticked off and offended. He practiced no social distancing(tried to put his hands on my phone) he would removed his mask repeatedly, and his breath was horrible(smoker). It’s simply too much information available to continue to behave reckless, make the adjustment. Pathetic.
I came here and wanted 2 beds for my kids. A representative named Rose helped me a great deal with the juggling of figuring out what they both needed and could get. Thank you Rose! Great customer service is hard to find these days but I found it with her.
We were looking for a queen headboard. Rachel G. was the sales associate who assisted us in finding the perfect bed. The transaction was simple, all options was explained fully. There was another Rachel who checked us out and took care of our payment and delivery instructions. They make a great team!
My trip to Regency Furniture was a success, thanks to Amber for helping my husband and I find the right bedroom set for a reasonable price. Amber answered every question know matter how many times my husband repeated himself, she was very professional and patient with us. Definitely will be making another trip once we figure out living room colors!!

Our salesperson Emily was excellent - very knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. We got a very good price on our dining set and are very happy with the customer service at the store. Regency has a large selection of furniture available at reasonable prices. We would definitely purchase from this store again and would definitely seek out Emily as our salesperson.

On 3/14 2020 my husband and I decided to go shopping for a new living room couch set and a bedroom set for our son. When we arrived at the Fredericksburg store we were greeted extremely pleasantly by a our sales associate Dean. We already new what we were looking for and Dean was wonderful helping us order our furniture. Regencys pricing was competitive compared to Ashley Furniture and Deans wonderful customer service was much better. We highly recommend if you are currently shopping for furniture to defiantly shop at Regency and ask for Dean.
Worst experience of my life! Regency was offering a great sale and free delivery as well as putting the items together. I ordered 3 times from them. First delivery smooth as can be. The next they dropped it off and refused to put it together. I still had hope for my third delivery. I clarified to the woman that set up the delivery I did not want the dining room set if I had to put it together and to cancel the order. She said she would call me back and two days later she called claiming she took care of it. I asked her several times and made it clear I do not want the items if the same thing happened again. She reassured me over and over that was not the case. Well delivery day was today and the very unprofessional delivery team pulled the same thing. I refused the order. Lets be serious I can not put a dining room set together. I dont have the time, patience or ability. Thats why I bought from a furniture store not amazon or wayfair. Now no one will come to the phone, call me or is capable of refunding my money. Im sorry I gave them a second chance however it will not happen again. Super disappointed and now I have no dining room table that I needed for this weekend for my familys get together after along time being apart due to the Corona virus. Thank you very much Regency just refund me my money and stop advertising false information to bring in business. I have completely wasted my time.
Went to all the furniture stores in the area. The sales reps were friendly and inviting. The store had more options than the others as well. Most of all, the reps were not pushy in the least. Our rep was Sam and she was friendly, inviting, and honest. Cant go wrong.
What a beautiful place full off all kinds of furniture. No one was pushy. Everyone helped us. It was a pleasant time from looking all the way to purchasing. Great prices compared to the other guys
Regency is excellent. We went to several different furniture stores and came back to them. They had great discounts and very helpful salespeople. Sidney and Dean were especially friendly and accommodating.
I was helped by Amber Wood when I bought a living room set and coffee table, she was extremely helpful with everything. Wasn’t pushy and let my husband and I look around and try everything out when we didn’t know what we wanted and made sure all our questions were answered and didn’t leave guessing about anything. I would highly recommend her to anyone and when I need something else I will return to the store for Amber for sure!
Emily has been great. I have been to the store multiple times and she has been responsive to any and all information requests. She’s not pushy at all. She provides the information you need to make an informed decision. As a result of her professionalism I have bought multiple items and will probably be back.

Full story below:Where do I begin... they sold my wife a kitchen table on Aug 9th that they said would be in 6 - 8 weeks (due to Covid-19). They even gave us an estimated delivery date of September 28th.This was not alarming, as we have bought furniture from other stores with similar delivery times. We called weekly for updates after the 6 week mark and it was excuse after excuse. 10 weeks later, we just decided to cancel and this is how shady/sketchy the Regency store in Fredericksburg is.First, they told us we couldnt cancel because the fine print gave them up to 12 weeks to deliver. Which, pushed our possible cancelation further to November. November came, still no delivery. We proceeded to cancel.Second, they told us that we couldnt cancel without paying a 10% re-stocking fee. Wait... Did they ever have it in stock? NO.Third, when we tried to proceed (losing the 10%) they told us we had to be physically at the store to cancel.At this point, we had to talk to the manager Danny, retired vet who tried to appeal to the values instilled during his time in service. He tried to smooth talk us with no results... Ive pulled some strings, your item will be here tomorrow, but were not open for delivery tomorrow, so it will be here in 2 - 3 days... we can give you $100 store credit. We just wanted our money back and couldnt fathom rewarding such terrible service, so we declined both offers.He finally agreed to cancel the order but he explained he had to keep our 10% (after breaking Regencys own 12week term and condition).I cancelled the order through my card for non-delivery and recieved my full return.PROTECT YOURSELF: If you do decide to disregard this review, use a card to protect yourself. My boyfriend and I were searching for a coffee table and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Sam. She was super friendly,polite and very helpful! This was our first time ever in the store and based on the customer service and help, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. The options are great too and there are pieces for every budget.
I’ve made several purchases from this company and each time has been a great experience. Most recently I wanted an adjustable base for my bed. They had a better selection than the mattress stores I went to and was able to deliver it only 3 days later. I’m writing this post from my bed, in an upright position, with the massage feature on. Yea, 5 stars! Emily was my salesperson, so ask for her.
I went into Regency to see what kind of recliners and lift chairs they had. I asked the sales representative Rachel if she would show them to me. She showed me what they had on the sales floor then we went to the scratch and dent section. I found a lift chair that fit my budget and my father loves it. Thank you again Rachel for being so helpful and we will definitely be back to shop and purchase more furniture again.
My husband Jeff and I visited regency furniture in Fredericksburg Virginia for the very first time this afternoon. We were greeted by John who immediately asked us what we were looking for. We were looking for kitchen counter height chairs and a desk with drawers. John took us to look at all the inventory we asked for and provided us with all the information on the President Day sales. John was patient, professional, and courteous. We were very pleased with John and our experience at Regency Furniture.

Stopped by to look at furniture because I am getting a new place, but I was not sure how big my new place was going to be, but I wanted to get an idea of what I wanted. I was helped by Shirley, she was very informative and knowledgeable about the different promotions. Even though I left without purchasing I know I will be back. I did not feel pressured or rushed like I usually do when going into a furniture store and I felt welcomed by Shirley.
Very well maintained there is always an employee near for you to ask questions to if needed.

I received good price and good furniture. I will go back to this store any time. I recommend you should go to this store before you go anywhere else. I then went to the store, where luck would have it, Samantha G. greeted us. She was terrific! She helped us in every way possible. Samantha was professional and courteous. We have made prior purchases from regency furniture and are back today to buy new furniture and the reason why is because we bought furniture 6 yrs ago and the arm rest starting sinking 7 months after we got it we called the warranty number they took our information and someone was at our home 2 days later to check the love seat and we were delivered a new love seat in 2 weeks so no complaints here and today Emily was very professional and a joy to work with the process was easy and painless I would truly recommend anyone looking for new furniture to go to the store off of Salem church ch and ask for Emily you wont be disappointed.

My wife and I were looking to purchase furniture for our bedroom and happened to come across Regency Showroom. Amber greeted us with a warm smile and helped us narrow down our bed choices. She gave us room to look around and answered all of our questions. Her bubbly and professional personality won us over and we look forward to working with her again.
We purchased our furniture back on July 4th and have yet to receive it. We understood that the virus had made it more difficult - however we were told it could take up to 6 weeks to get our couch delivered to us. 16 weeks later weve never gotten any explanation other than the virus, never got updates on it. At first we thought it was solely due to the virus and having a lack of workers, but after digging deeper (several years of reviews deeper), we learned that this is a common practice with this store: you’re promised a time frame for delivery, but in reality you’re going to be waiting 2x+ that time frame. We were told it would finally be delivered on Oct 30th. That never happened. Do yourself a favor and never give this store a chance.Update: Never received anything on Oct 30th. Called back for the 4th time, was told it would get here mid November. Still no word. Taking this to corporate

Huge selection, prices a little lower than expected. Lots of good sales. Sales people are right up your a** however and annoying.
Terrible experience. Spent $7500 with them on furniture. Nothing was in stock and it took nearly two months to arrive. However the sales person made it seem like it would only take a couple of weeks. I would have cancelled, but their fine print made that a loss of 30%.The people that delivered the furniture didn’t bother putting the shelves in the end tables, and only put one bolt per leg in the dining room table. When I called the store about the missing bolts, they were not apologetic. They sent the bolts to my home via mail and asked if someone needs to come out to install them. They made it seem like it would be a hassle to send someone out to put in 4 simple bolts.Finally, most of the furniture was Ashley brand. Turns out I would have paid less and have had the furniture weeks sooner if I went to the Ashley store here in Fredericksburg.Will never set foot in that store again, and hope someone reading this learns from my mistake. They are a huge company and really only care about getting the next customer instead of taking care of their current and previous customers.
