Love love love Arhaus! Buddy and his team really take the customer service experience to the next level. These guys have a real eye for design. I own at least 15 pieces of furniture all purchased from this location. Custom orders can take several weeks to be delivered but it so worth it! Arhaus has timeless style and heirloom quality.

Bad customer service. Not one employee offered to assist or asked if I needed help. In fact, one employee walked right past me and acted as if I was in her way. I will take my money elsewhere.
I was APPALLED with this he way I was treated at this store and I will never even consider speaking of it other than about my awful experience. I decided to check the ARHAUS FURNITURE store behind the Spotsylvania Town Center in Fredericksburg, VA since I am in the process of exchanging all of my home furniture. I finished my Gym workout and I decided to go as is without changing my clothes. I must admit I looked raggedy and scruffy. I arrived the store around 10 am and there were more staff n the store than customers. I saw around 3-4 staff up and down the store. Several had an eye contact with me but never once greeted me or asked me if I needed any help. We stayed around 30 mins admiring the furniture and taking measurements; yet; still no one bothered asking us if we needed any help. Then we had no other choice but to leave. Their judgmental looks as well as their demeanor were uncalled for and unnecessary. We went to another furniture store and we bought everything we needed . Then I checked Google reviews to see if ARHAUS had any poor customer service. I noticed several five stars reviews with responses ONLY to the FIVE STARS REVIEWS and not the be response to any reviews below the five stars. Mostly; customers complained about the outrageously high prices and several other issues people complained about. SO I WONDERED WHY ARHAUS WOULD ONLY RESPONSE TO THE FIVE STARS REVIEWS AND THEY NEGLECTED TO ADDRESS ANY OF THE OTHER NON- FIVE STARS REVIEWS. IF THEY CONSIDERED THEMSELVES A CUSTOMER ORIENTED COMPANY; THEY SHOULD HAVE ADDRESSED ALL OF THE REVIEWS. Whoever was responding to he reviews wanted only to thank the 5 stars reviews customers and not others. WEIRD; RUDE DISCONNECTED AND THE WHOLE STORE NEEDS A CRUSH COURSE ON THE RIGHT LAWFUL ORDER TO TREAT CUSTOMERS EITHER FACE TO FACE OR ON LINE. For NOW I ADVICE EACH AND EVERYONE INTERESTED IN BUYING FURNITURE BOT T BOTHER WITH THIS STORE .

I purchased a few Items including a sofa in May. At that time the sales representative informed me to expect delivery date by June 17th, which is four weeks from the day of purchase.This time has come and passed. I called the store a few times and the last time was transferred to an extraordinary lady that not only took the time to researched the delay of my furniture “special order”, her attitude/customer service exceed my expectation.The conversion continue with her upbeat attitude and sincerity, by informed me of the fabric issues/delays and provide me with a realized date.She turned what could have been a bad experience to a wonderful experience. This reminded me of a quote by Henry Ford,” It is not the employer who pays the wages. Employers only handle the money.
