Encore Gallery is one of the finest carefully-used furniture stores Ive ever been .The manager, Tess, and her daughter, Katie are a pleasure to work with and are quite knowledgable of the stores inventory which is extensive to say the least. We locals are grateful to have such a place in our area to buy and sell our finer goods . The time and effort put into this business is clearly evident and I cannot imagine a better place to trade, Thanks much !

I am very happy with my new sofas. I needed two that matched. I found them there and was thankful that Tess gave me a great deal on both.She was happy to hold them for me while we finished our little remodel job. When the guys brought them out they were very professional and friendly and helpful in getting my old sofas to Habitat. I like browsing there whenever I need something “new”. We are blessed to have a store like this in our area.

On several occasion, I have visit Encore Home Gallery. I have always overlooked the fact that the atmosphere is COLD and UNFRIENDLY but still made a few purchases. Last week was the straw that broke the camels back. I walked into the store and said hello to an employee who was sitting behind the counter at a desk. The employee looked me dead in my eyes and never uttered a word. Upon leaving the store, I said have a nice day, she quickly turned her head so she wouldnt have to acknowledging me. I will never step a foot in this store again. African Americans Beware!

Tess provided great service. I love my puchases and prices are so reasonable. I will return to browse and purchase again. Store was clean and well organized, too.

Encore picked up the furniture we wanted to sell at their store. We cant say enough good things about the crew who came to pick up our items. They were respectful of our time, communicated well with us about when they would arrive (and they were very punctual), treated our furniture with great care and were also very personable. We were very pleased with the experience and look forward to working with them again in the future. :)

Visiting EHG was a delightful first time experience. Has a good variety of useful household items. Staff was busy but courteous and very helpful. A perfect option for patient shoppers with a keen eye for beauty and bargains.

Got the greatest dresser ever there at a third of what I had seen one like it advertised. My third major purchase there and thrilled with them all.

Ive purchased very nice consigned furniture here in the past, and have consigned furniture also. When they starting carrying new Bassett sofas, I ordered one. Tess was so helpful and professional throughout the entire process, I received it yesterday in perfect condition and the delivery went without a hitch. I recommend this store and Tess in particular if you are looking for furniture.

I went in last Saturday with a friend. I had two things in mind : a dining room set and a bedroom set. There were two ladies sitting behind the counter and no other customers. They never looked up or said hello. We saw several items with no prices and had to ask the lady with black and grey hair to check the prices. She did so, quoted the price and quickly walked back to her desk behind the counter. I was in the store about an hour and had no conversation with the “workers”. I have visited several times and purchased furniture through the years but on this visit I was struck by the high prices on items that shouldn’t have been marked as high...and the manner in which their customers were treated. I had been joined by other customers, yet no one was being offered any assistance and they all casually mentioned the high prices, in passing. When Encore first opened, their prices were fair for used furniture. Now, it’s all marked like new things in an actual furniture store. I’m very disappointed.

A hodgepodge of different types of furniture in one place. I wasnt particularly impressed with the selection but everyone has their own style. The building is well maintained and its clean for a furniture store. However there are no signs to tell you what section things are in and instead you have to rely on your own sense of direction to guide you.

I absolutely love this place. Visit often because things come in daily. I was looking for curio cabinets and found on the third visit. I already found a lovely accent cabinet to my family room on first visit. Also found kitchen bar stools. This gem of a store was there on Cowan Blvd. for six years and I didnt know about it!

Decent merchandise, nothing else to say except priced on the high end.

Great place to find quality furniture at a good price

WORST customer service!! Candace HUNG UP the phone on me in mid sentence while I was asking about a piece of furniture that had a sold. Her flippant remark - should have read your contract. This remark while I was expressing concern over discounts given on my furniture. I have done business with Encore - before - never again! I work at a furniture store and have referred people to Encore - that just stopped!!

We were able to sell some of our furniture several months ago. It was very easy and less messy than using Craigslist. They helped set the price and we were ready to go!

Lots of unique, high quality items for great prices. I understand some pieces sell in just a few hours so if you want something say something.
