Value City has been amazing and my go to sales person has been Bobbie Jo Rodgers for the past year in the Fredericksburg location. She really has great energy and sees the vision of what you want for your home. She has been very honest and she has not disappointed. I love my new furniture as well as wall art.

My sister and my aunt had been riding around Fredericksburg looking for a recliner that was in stock. I found my way to Value City. Regina Thomas approached us as we came to the door with an inviting smile. She asked us what we were looking for, she showed us the direction as well as all sale items. She let us browse store and checked on us periodically. We finally settled on a recliner and she was right there to make the sale. Which was great because we were about to try again the next day but instead we finalized the sale. Her customer service was extraordinary.

Recently purchased furniture from Value City Furniture. Larry Stewart was our salesperson. Absolutely the best experience working with Larry to find the right furniture for our home. He was extremely knowledgeable of the various products we were interested in. When we were able to narrow down which items we wanted once again Larry was there with different financing options. VCF has been our furniture store of choice for the past 10 years in Fredericksburg. Good value and great prices. Just bought a sectional sofa. Our sales consultant was Christa Powers. Just expecting to shop several stores before we found the right sofa, plus, take more time before spending the bucks. Value City had a great selection, but nothing really spark our interest. Then I meet Larry Stewart! Talk about seeing the light, he showed us several arrangements and how they would not only fit our needs but more important, the size of the room. Twenty minutes later, we left as the proud owners of a new sofa, which met everyone of our requirements, most importantly, price. In-fact, I had to tell him to stop applying the discounts!! Larry is very friendly and helpful and goes out of his way to show how furniture can be placed and even discussed pattern and color varieties!!! While I still hated buying a new sofa, Larry made it very painless. We do plan to buy some bar stools and where ever Larry is, thats where Im going!!!

I went in looking to buy a recliner chair and found the perfect recliner sofa. Unfortunately everything is on backorder til December. Well John K. took me to the clearance section and there was my sofa. It has electrical issues, but I wont be plugging it in, so the big discount and it being ready to go made my day.

What I really like about Value City is the quality of their merchandise. Larry the salesman is an added bonus. I haven’t worked with any other salespeople in the store because he has helped me in the past and I went straight to him. I love the store layout. Larry offered his help and left me alone. I really like to just shop without any interruptions. I have gone to several name brand named stores in the area and I was either ignored, or could not shop without feeling crowded by staff. I’m new to the area so I never went to “Value City” thinking it was a discounted poor quality store. I was wrong and very surprised. They have beautiful unique pieces and very reasonable prices.

This was one of the easiest and most pleasant shopping experiences weve had since moving to Virginia. This store has a vast selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Regina Thomas was so professional and helpful while my husband and I shopped around trying to figure out which room to start with in our new home. She wasnt pushy at all and answered all of our questions about certain living room sets. We wanted to know the measurements of one of the larger sectionals and she grabbed the tape measure without a second thought to help us out. Only 4 stars because of the “shortage” issue happening right now and I would have liked a heads up that delivery dates could be subject to distribution and factory inventory availability.Now to sales! Rekila was so easy going and a pleasure to work with. She isn’t pushy. She’ll listen to what you are saying and help you walk to the store to find it. She even left me alone as I pondered which mattresses to choose. She helped me pick the furniture for my teenaged son’s room with selling points without the up-sell. Every employee I worked with was patient, friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there. We had some laughs at the register while we processed payment. The delivery coordinator was also easy going but knowledgeable.I’d recommend this store. The staff is great and prices are reasonable. They don’t control the shortages in inventory which are happening everywhere.
