It was great much fun nice drive and good finds

This was our first time there. Nice selection of kitchenware and pillows but not as great as Ross or Marshalls. Aisles were not easy to navigate because a lot of stuffs were blocking customers way. Furniture were too expensive to be at a discount store. Employees never greets or smiles to customers (at least to me). The cashier did not put small items in a separate bag, so I broke a small ceramic mug because it wasnt properly secured. The mug was placed on top of everything in a bag, so it fell over before I could even get to my car. Long wait line and rude cashier. There was also no practice of social distancing. I didnt take any picture because I had to pay attention to where I was going; otherwise, I could have broken a vase or two. Lots of stuff were blocking my way. Don’t think I will be back.

Beautiful decor to decorate your home inside and out!

Good selection of home goods. Everything from furniture to bedding, accent pieces and imported food.Often seasonal rotated stock, frequent one off items and hard to find items.Decent selection of gluten free food items.

This place is the best! I came looking for two things and my friend and his wife tagged along. I wanted a thin cotton blanket and some coffee cups suitable for lattes. Im was blown away by the selection. They have many many things that cant be obtained at Target, Macys, etc. I found a variety of coffee items (espresso cups, latte cups, and a french press) and some great blankets. Thin and cotton. They were such a good deal I bought two blankets and my friend bought one. I even got bed sheets.

It is a neat store. Basically a Ross or tj Maxx that craters to home good rather than clothing.

I love this store I always find some when I go In. This time new hand towels for the bathroom

Im never disappointed the the selections at Home Goods. The store has accent pieces color coded and arranged to give you that wow factor. The accent pieces and furniture are charming. Their lighting section was amazing.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of home decor. Everything is always stocks and organized. If you’re into Rae Dunn I always find tons of her things everywhere for a great price.

Better deals than most department stores. Pretty clean. Was able to grab a full tea set for 12$.

This place has just about everything from sheets, pillows, other home needs plus unique food items. I luck out and find awesome items every time!!

A great addition to the Market Place shooping center in Stafford. A fantastic selection of treasures from all over the world at great prices. A great place to shop for the home.

Im a fan! Its a bit eclectic, which I like and has a good assortment pieces so rarely are my trips the same. Ive found some great pieces in here before and like that they have a lot of masculine pieces for my spaces at both home and the office.The prices are great and everything Ive purchased has been really good quality and held up.The staff is always friendly and they are great at getting you through the checkout line.

I was able to get some nice frames and paint today, brought em home and made them perfect.

Wait in line was too long. Lots of employees though. Did not find what I was looking for..two square/cube/fabric seats for kids and no chocolate covered Oreos. Still a huge Homegoods TJMaxx Fan!

Not enough cashiers checking people out. I was in a line of about 10 people and there were 3 employees just standing at the front door...waiting to load a piece of furniture.

Love this store. When I go just to look I always find something that I have to have.

I wasnt really looking to buy much, but found a few kitchen gadgets I needed for my kitchen. It was very busy while I was there and checkout was quick and efficient.

Lots of great housewares and gifts. Good prices also. I wanted to move in.

Awful customer service!!! specifically manager Nicole. I am a recurrent customer to this store, a week ago I bought an item at Marshall Homegoods and I came here to return it due to the distance. I was made aware by a cashier that they do it as a courtesy but when the manager came she basically said No.

It has a calming atmosphere and the people there are really nice. If you are looking for new trends to try, its the place to go. However, not if you enjoy the more minimalist style. A great place nonetheless

All the employees are kind and helpful. Also a wonderful collection of things I like from crystal to bedding. I enjoyed my first trip to the store!

Products at this location are great.... customer service could be improved in terms of the associates being familiarized with delivery options. I asked Claudia (who was polite) about the delivery options and she lacked complete knowledge of this service. In fact, I had to request her to ask someone else for additional info as I was visiting from Virginia Beach and was interested in a desk. She referred to her co-worker Lori (per my request and not her initiative... definitely an opportunity for Claudia to learn to be more resourceful without the customer having to advise). Lori was determined to provide me with the information I was seeking. I appreciated Loris diligence, professionalism and willingness to help.

This place is great and the stock changes frequently, this is always something new to look at. Great spot for housewares and decorative furnishings.

I love coming here for all of my home decor. Always such a good selection of items and usually always a discount. They even help load large or heavy items in your vehicle for you. The only complaint is that the store isnt always the most organized and for older people like myself, its hard to maneuver the isles when there is fallen decor in the way.

I buy from here all the time, rule of thumb buy it when you see it if you really want it, because it will be gone by the time you return.So dont think about it get it. Oh trucks bring new stuff in in Wednesdays .Thank you

The store itself is great, and the regular staff are super friendly and helpful, but whatever manager was working on the Saturday after Thanksgiving this year was absolutely awful. She had light hair and was being downright verbally abusive to the nice people that work under her (or at least Im assuming she was a manager based on how she was issuing orders). She was nastily yelling into her comms system for several minutes and then to the employees face to the point that everyone in the section was openly staring. I started walking over as did another customer, and the other customer firmly let the manager know that there was absolutely no reason to EVER speak to someone like that, especially just over stocking shelves. So, happy holidays to everyone at that store except that woman who thought it was ok to treat an employee like dirt.

They had a big sign posted next to the air diffusers clearly marked $12.99. The cashier who buy the way, was very understanding of the situation. The young lady who said she was the store manager of HomeGoods #71. Said that she could not give it to me st the sale price, because that is more thanHalf and also some very fine print at the bottom of the sign said on selected items. This very misleading and in my opinion false advertisement. Who would ever think you to read the fine print in a home goods store sign. She also stated that she could not give me area districts manager number. Needless to say that I put the 7 candels @ $12.99, and 4 pair of curtains @ $14.99, 3 pair of curtains@, $20.99. It was only approximately 3 out of 7, in which, she could have honored there sign. I really understand her situation. It is not her faultBut it is very dishonest to post false advertisement. Especially in these days and time. I am quit sure that they would have made money, by selling me the 3 for the sale price. Because I ended up buying nothing at all. Shame on HOMEGOODS CORPORATION.

I think this store has a lot of very interesting items for sale. The decor itself is I little crowded and makes it very difficult for individuals in wheelchairs to maneuver through the aisles. The overall quality of the merchandise is hit or miss, but I do believe that several of the furniture items are a bit overpriced. Overall I would recommend checking out this store, you may find something you cant live without!

Last minute gift giving for unique stuff canr get any better. I found rare laguillole cheese knife sets there. Wow!

Always can find neat things in this store. I do wish sometimes it was a bit more organized in the kitchen section but thats just my OCD. Other than that you can find hidden gems for a great bargain.

The shelves are never full and they never have a selection of anything. Literally, there are empty shelves every time I come in to look around. I live in Fredericksburg but drive to Charlottesville or Richmond to shop their HG’s store.... at least there they actually have things to shop for...

This is a Big store and customer service was very friendly.

Per usual, I found exactly what I was looking for at Home Goods. I also found four small loaf pans for less than I paid for two at Tuesday Morning. Needless to say, the ones from Tuesday morning are going back

The store is nice the place is great for wheel chairs but the ladys bathroom was very messy and no toilet paper in all stalls
