We attended a private party at 25 30 this evening and it was fantastic! The service was friendly and attentive, the drinks were delicious and well prepared, the treats were tasty and the atmosphere was comfortable. We will definitely be back!

I have yet to visit this coffee shop in person, and I’m devastated that I haven’t because everyone says they have such friendly people there and that the atmosphere is super cool, but since the pandemic I’ve ordered their drinks and food online and it has ALWAYS been some of the best I’ve ever had. And I’m from Seattle so coffee is sort of a big deal to me. Some of my best memories are inside my favorite local coffee shops. I don’t know how I hadn’t visited this shop before, but once the world is a little less crazy I’ll make it a priority to finally go there in person. Moral of the story — I 100% would recommend!

Im giving this quaint little coffee shop 5 stars for the atmosphere...People actually speak when they come in and all the little knick-knacks...so charming. The coffees ok too. They have a great variety of flavors and brews, but Im a Bucky as my friends call me so, take that for what its worth. All in all, if you need a meeting spot or just a quite corner to think or simply looking for human interaction; this place works. You get a coffee pick me up with the added bonus of supporting an awesome local small business. Go grab a cup!

Quite simply, the absolute best coffee in Fredricksburg. There is no question. The staff are quite simply amazing, super friendly, remember your order. It definitely feels more like home then a store. There food options are amazing, and again, the coffee, stunning. We go at least twice a day. Dont know what Id do if I was relegated to Hyperion, probably have a heart attack.

Their caramal frap is the best ive ever had in my entire life and they are pet friendly so you can bring your pets and everything is at a reasonable prize so go and visit them and give em a try youll like it i promise :)

Consistently our “coffee shop of choice” in FXBG area. They don’t have all the offerings that some of the other shops have but what they do, they do well. Coffee is always on point and staff are super friendly and play good music. Atmosphere is the beat here and a chill vibe always. Cortado and Wowza are small and pack a punch! Also, baked goods are really tasty as is the vegetarian quiche. Lots of vegan options as well.

Ive visited several coffee shops in the Stafford and Fredricksburg area. This was hands down the best cup of coffee I have had. If you want good coffee with a kick and great service, I would check out this place. I also tried one of their biscuits. It was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve wanted to try 25-30 espresso for the last two years and never got around to doing so. Finally did today and I am in love. The best coffee I have had in a long time. Definitely my new go to coffee spot.

This is a great locally owned and operated business. The daughters and mother are in the shop most of the time. They are right next to the train station so great for commuters, and they open very early. They also have a good supply of yummy treats and food to go.

Excellent coffee. Have not tried their baked goods but they sound wonderful! Drip coffee is great and the espresso is perfectly crafted with no burnt aftertaste like other major coffee chains. The people behind the counter have also been very friendly! The worst (read: best) part is that it is located right on the walk from the commuter lot to the VRE; its a very tempting each morning on my commute!

Am at 25-30 coffee in Fredericksburg now. They were trained by counter-culture on roasting and they roast their own coffee and dont overroast.Good stuff. I parked while they were making my cappuccino and they put it in a paper cup. But I did not ask for a ceramic. Also had bacon, egg and cheese croissant that they re-heated but made on premise earlier. It was good.

Stingy and overpriced! Boutique wannabes. When I order a 16 oz latte I expect to get 16 ounces of coffee not 8 ounces of coffee with two inches of foam on top for $5!If you are going to do that put it in a 20 oz cup!When I asked them to add more coffee to it they said they cant, but they would remake it. Seriously! 1st and last time.I had to go to Italian Station Cafe a couple of blocks down Caroline street to get an actual cup of coffee and it was half as much as these clowns.

Coffee is wonderful but the blackberry Napoleon is like cardboard.

Good place. 20 ounce americano is just over $4. Serve grilled cheeses which are very good (lots of cheese, lots of butter, you will blow your diet). They have homemade pop-tarts that are fun, but more of a novelty than something youll crave over and over. Friendly staff. Good place to meet people or hang out on your laptop too.

I cannot say anything bad about this little coffee shop. Put like this Starbucks cannot get my money and they do. Great place to chill white you wait on a the train.

Best coffee shop in town! Im not a coffee connoisseur but I have friends that are (they could better vouch for the coffee) but I like a good calm place to read. The coffee, staff, management, and atmosphere make for a great place to read/study and enjoy a great cup of coffee.

This is the kind of coffeehouse you would find in a bigger market like Philadelphia or San Francisco. Its eclectic and hipster but at the same time very down to earth. The staff are VERY knowledgeable about how to make excellent coffee. My advice is to start with a plain latte...no sugar. You WILL notice a difference in quality from the first sip.

Visiting Fredericksburg, I needed to find stellar coffee. Im so glad this place exists, because it has set the bar higher for a boutique coffee shop.I havent met the owner, but Id love to shake his or her hand. The coffee and espresso here is great and they use the right equipment. Staff, atmosphere and location are also great. I had a cortado and pour over and both were delicious, and I noticed they are attentive to keeping things moving and fresh. My sister had a frozen coffee and was very happy with that too. Stopped in for coffee, stayed for conversation, and by the time I left I got more coffee.I havent tried the baked goods or doven into the niches of the drinks yet .

This is the everyone knows your name of coffee shops. Only premium coffee from Counter Culture, Red Rooster Roasters, and the local Dier are served. The bakery selection from quiche, to breakfast burritos, to exotic ideas like baklava cheesecake are all excellent. Not a bad choice for what you crave. Maureen, the owner, is immersed in coffee culture and is a trained barrista as well as judge. If your drink doesnt meet her standard, they make it again until its right. The vibe is perfect to get you started before a commute to the city or to hold a business meet up. It is perfect for everyone from those in the morning routine, walking the dog, or post-workout refreshment. The shop is in a historic building and has that in progress feel but it is never under construction. The are open at 4:30 am for the first train so this is not a late night spot.

Breakfast biscuit dry, kind of bland. Coffee not great. Id of been better off at Starbucks even. This place showed up as best breakfaston Google maps so I had high expectations. Not so much.

Ever had a Silverton pour? Didnt think so, and you should! This place is the best coffee place Ive ever been to. Excellent, buttery baked goods. Really awesome sandwiches. Great environment, great staff, and some great local personalities that frequent it. Everyone passing through makes sure to go to Hyperion, and while Im not knocking Hyperion, 2530 Espresso beats it by a mile. I lived in Fredericksburg for three years, and only wrote a review after we moved back to Fairfax, because I didnt want more people coming in and taking my spot!

Lovely little coffee shop. The baristas were very friendly and the coffee is good. A friend has a hot chai almond tea and commented on how tasty it was. A good selection of standard cafe fair but not much if you have a gluten allergy.

Delightfully surprised to find this gem in Fredericksburg serving Counter Cultures Big Trouble espresso blend. Extremely knowledgeable barista. Knew brew ratio and suggested some other coffee I try. Definitely going again.
