Prices are not marked and are decided when you check out. I’ve purchased the same devices and juice at different prices. I was also told “I know how you women do, try to scam me”. So you’re scamming if you politely ask the price apparently. I rarely receive a receipt, and had two broken devices. It’s my fault though, shouldn’t throw the box away after opening and leave the store without the receipt. I learned that you should only buy products that are shrink wrapped, and not already open in the display case. It’s an ok place in a pinch, but buy with caution.

Honestly, I’m so sorry to whome ever came into this store and had a bad experience. I’m more than glad to say that we are very reasonable with pricing and we most definitely love to treat customers with respect. However, we try our best to help out all customers Inneed 💯. Stop by again and we will definitely put a smile on your face.

I have been loyal to this place. My pods I bought on the way to Florida were a BAD batch. One actually leaked out and dried before it was in my hands. I didnt notice till we got down the road. The blueberry mngo pods are my favorite. I spoke to one guy on the phone they said sorry no refunds. At this point Im done and would like a refund. I even tried and they tasted burnt. Its never a dark brown color.

They have a great selection of vape products, accessories, and refill juices. Prices can be a little high but best selection of juices I know of to purchase in-person and not wait for delivery from a website. Highly recommend for quick purchases with no wait from a website with better prices. Staff is also very friendly and helpful!

Every time I come here to get novo vape pods at least 1 sometimes 2 out of 3 of my pods are burnt tasting the first hit. I just don’t understand. & you obviously can’t return something you’ve already used at this location. Very disappointed…

Beyond disappointed with the customer service! I’ve been a loyal customer w/ tobacco hut locations for 13+ years. Back to when it was only the original brothers operating the store and they only had 2 locations. This morning I went in to this location (which I frequent since it’s the closest to my job) for vape coils. I was asked to show my coil so they could get me the right one. Bought a whole pack confident that they were right in the coils (new vape never bought coils for this one). When I tried to change it at work it was wrong! They were too big. Took this back as soon as I got off just to replace the 4 I had not opened. I didn’t expect a new pack as I tried to use one and know they can’t resale it. The guy called his boss I guess then tells me no he says they are the right size!! WOW, I’m right in front of you with my burnt coil out of my vape in my hands and you can clearly see it’s not the right ones! Tells me I can drive down the road to the other location to talk to someone about it. WHAT A JOKE!! Go out of my way when I don’t live anywhere near Fredericksburg to fix YOUR mistake!!! I feel horrible as the brothers that own these used to be so good with customers and would do what they could to correct issues and address concerns. APPARENTLY, this is not the case anymore and customers don’t matter. Needless to say I will take my loss of money spent and NEVER RETURN due to this UNREASONABLE service! Btw...went to a different place and got the correct coils from a very kind person then I tried to give him the other ones since I can’t use them and would’ve just thrown them in the trash, and he went above and beyond and refused to let me pay for the correct ones at his store and just offered me them in exchange. It’s amazing that someone who has one store not connected to Tobacco Hut is willing to help and correct another company’s mistakes. I will now stay loyal to the new store I discovered!

Brought a vape pen from them 2 days ago.They claimed it was good and worth the money, that was a joke.......Pen doesnt even charge or hold on after 2nd day. Just tried calling or number isnt even right on Google or website. Asking for refund so as I pass through again. Ill post better review if they make it right.... stay tuned.....

Went inside to a employee who went above and beyond. While I was there someone came in and was rather rude to this employee and he handled it like a professional. He deserves a raise for the bs he deals with.

Stopped in for some cigars. In a walk in Humidor. They have a nice selection. Left mine home by mistake. Good prices. Must see.

These guys are trying to basically monopolize the smoke shops in the F-burg area, 3oz kartom use to be only 21$ a bag! This store inparticular tryed to charge me 35$ even after the guy asked me how much do I usually pay for one! I told him! He looked over at the other guy behind the counter an said something, he looked back an said his price! 35$ So little to say I wont be going back to any of these chains! Garrisonville road, route 1 downtown, route 3 by the mall, route 3 out by Salem Church! Nor the one in cosners corner. I will save my money and only go to either natural mystics downtown, or ferry farm tobacco and vape!

I went here and bought multiple e-cig batteries. Not a single one worked, they were all unable to hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. I wasnt given a receipt. Whenever I try to exchange any of them Im told I need to come back when a specific person is there, but no one is able to tell me when hell be there. Awesome. Youre better off ordering anything at this store online for a fraction of the price.

Ok guys, some negative reviews here. This store and employees are living the American dream. They are fair, polite and go over and above for regular customers. They even replaced my coil and cleaned my mod. Give them a chance and you wont be sorry. The only place I go now

Depending on who is behind the counter, it can make a difference of up to 40% of the final cost. Some workers do care, while others claim they dont work there normally and cant cut you a deal.

I went in with 40 dollars. Bought a 2 pack of alto pods, and a pack of cigarettes. Went out to my car realized I got the wrong alto pods so I took them back in. They costed 16.00 he handed me back 2 5 dollars bills for the change and, so I went in with 40 and he handed me back 20 dollars but at this point because I returned the pods I only left with a 6 dollar pack of cigarettes, and he only handed me 20 dollars back. Which means I’m 14 dollars short. I went back in to tell them and they still didn’t give me the right amount back. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a tobacco shop. I will not return, DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY .

Was 92 degrees outside the day I visited this establishment, however, for the clerk that apparently wasnt hot enoughIt was at least 100 degrees hot inside the store. I have never walked out into 92 degree, high noon heat, and given a sigh of relief before.

Not the best vape shop but they did have a lot of inventory. Prices are a bit high but its in a pretty good spot. For two minutes more travel there are better options in my opinion. Not saying I will never stop in again but its not my first choice by some measure. Summary: Pricing is a bit high, staff can be great or bad depending on who is working.

Ive gone there twice so far and each time theyve been really nice. The last time I went, a young guy helped me out. He didnt know much about the vape juice or the VG/PG percentages but he did his best to help me get what I wanted. Very much appreciated.

A good place if you already know exactly what you want. Went in looking to invest in my first vape and the cashier wouldnt answer any of my questions just kept asking the same question to rush me out of there. Ended up having to to back and return the vape the same day because it was the exact opposite of what I was looking for

Greedy. Prices 3X overpriced on devices. These guys THINK they are hustlers but otherwise. Asked for a single yocan coil. Normally get 5.00 a piece at MW Shoppes. These guys said 7.00. They would not beat competitors by 2.00? I told them this maybe my last time here. No retention. Nice shop but go elsewhere get more for your money

Bought a vape one night, got home and it wouldnt charge. Took it back the following day and they would not exchange it for a working product. Even after the guy working confirmed it was broken and the other guy who had sold it to me the night before was standing right there. Would only offer me a discount on buying a new one. Wouldnt even give me my money back. Shady store. Will sell you broken products.

Walked in to buy some tobacco and asked for the price of some shisha. The cashier was handling some customers, which is fine, I can wait. The guy who I asked must have been a relative of the owner. He yelled to the cashier loudly in this small store, calling him baka baka baka, mocking Arabic language to get his attention. After getting the price, he then asked me why Id want to buy it - told him i like the flavor, but I feel like he was trying to get at something else. Either way, Im a customer, and he was confrontational while asking. This guy looked like he hadnt showered in weeks and was highly unprofessional, plus he had a very confrontational attitude. It didnt feel particularly safe being there.All my other times have been fine at Tobacco Hut. Whoever that man was though, he doesnt seem wrapped too tightly. He had on a wife beater, tanned, and looks like he needs better hygiene. This person had a very threatening presence and I will not be returning again. I suggest no one to go to this place - go some place where youll feel more welcome, or at least safe.
