Dissapointed with the wine tasting.The server was a smart a... and did not offer any information about the wine.The 4 wines served seemed poor quality, cheap. The cashier was helpful and nice.Shopping here for many years and this was one of the worst experienes. ☹

Corey was very informative to us. He recommended a wine and it was amazing. Answer all my question then told me about deals. He knew where everything was and extremely friendly. Some of the wines are a few cents cheaper than Costco.

Really well run location, all because of the manager Steve he keeps this place pristine. He’s always been really good to my family, friends, and I. Steve has helped me get my hands on some specialty items, kegs, and recommend some awesome hi end bottles that were always worth it. Well stocked, organized and clean. Great location, close to many popular shops, food and stores.Very helpful staff that is knowledgeable about the inventory and services the company provides. There is literally hundreds of wines and great beers to choose from.

Staff is professional and helped me find the beer I needed to cook with. Very clean store too. Staff are very helpful. If you dont know what you want they will help you. Need a sweet tasting dessert wine but dont know what to pick? They will help you find the perfect bottle. This place is honest about quality and prices. They dont pretend just to get an extra dollar. Ive found the same bottles for much less than the competition. A wine shop in downtown tried to sell me a bottle of wine that cost 10 dollars at total wine for 60. This place is legit.

Very happy with this place. Actually drove about an hour up here to get a beer that my wife likes that they are not selling in Richmond Virginia. At this time of year my wife loves Pumpkinhead by Shipyard, which typically the Richmond location will carry but is not this year. Tomorrow is her birthday and wanted to surprise her with some. This Total Wine was the closest location that sold it. I called ahead they told me they had plenty when I got there one of the workers was very helpful, bringing me to where it was and pulling two cases from the top shelf for me. Returned the the random pumpkin beers I originally bought in Richmond was no questions or issues. Had what I wanted, helped me out, Made check out a breeze. Thanks my wife is going to be totally thrilled!

3.5 stars. Nice and decent place to find items not in stores. *But off course they didnt have San Miguel or Red Horse beer! Disappointed but they tell me that the other branches had them. Plenty of parking space and other shopping in the area.

As my first time ever in a Total Wine, I can say I was blown away by everything. I guess I dont go to liquor stores or the like but it was still a mind blowing amount of options. I came here for beer. A woman helped me find a Budweiser/Jim Beam beer. She was so friendly. I didnt get to explore everything but Ill definitely be back.

Total wine is the best, this one even has a humidor with a decent cigar selection. Not as good as Total wine in other states due to the VA laws governing liquor however they always have a great selection of Beer and wine along with tastings on weekends.

Great selection of beers, especially local Virginia ones and knowledgeable staff. Can be a little hard sometimes to figure out prices. There is always at least one case misplaced that I get surprised at how much it coats at the register. But lots of times cheaper than I thought so thats all good!

Beer and wine, some snacks and some accessories like glasses, corkscrews, party needs and gifts. Big selection of wine and beer . Prices are good, store is clean, associates are helpful and friendly. Online ordering and curbside pickup. I have called about availability and they will hold for you. I did it on same day pickup.

We live closer to Richmond but drive to the Fredericksburg Total Wine for the keg selection. It doesnt hurt that the staff is always very friendly and helpful!

They have a lot of different hard seltzer’s.... for much cheaper than they sell that stuff in Potomac, MD or anywhere in Montgomery County. Would love to go back here and stock up to save big.

Staff is always helpful and friendly, even when theyre busy. Only downside is they dont seem to modify their orders to bring more of something in when it sells out consistently.

This place has an amazing and vast selection of beverages! I’ve been searching many of different place for a certain Hefeweizen and found it here with plenty in stock. Customer service was very friendly, great rewards program and they even appreciate former and activate service members. Mobile ordering is a nice perk too as well as getting your items shipped to you! I will definitely be returning.

About as good as you can get for a big-box wine shop. Friendly personnel, not too crowded. Excellent selection of wines, which is of course to be expected.I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of beer as well.Very competitive prices, too be expected since theyre such a large store.Overall a good experience, although a bit generic. Will be returning!

I love total wine. This store has everything you need. Wine, beer and everything in between. They have wine ranging from $5 to hundreds. The prices are virtually unbeatable. The staff is always super friendly and never condescending if you dont know much about wine. They always have coupons and they have a rewards program too. What are you waiting for, go there now.

The staff here is always so helpful. When I need help finding a section or a particular item, they always take me to whatever Im looking for instead of just pointing in the general direction. They are always happy to make recommendations or share opinions about products Im considering. I wish our ABC laws permitted them to have a liquor section like the South Carolina Total Wine & More has.

What can I say. They have the best selection to choose from. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products and store.They have free tastings Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. Stop by and see the store for yourself, if you are a serious wine drinker youll be glad you stopped by.

Employees are quite friendly here too, always asking if I need help and approachable at check out. Total wine is love. Simple as that. I mean, they have wine. But for real, they have a quality of customer service thats out of this world. They dont just be up in your face as soon as you walk in asking can they help you. They actually make eye contact and acknowledge you, let you shop a bit, see that youre overwhelmed by their huge selection, and jump in right at the knick of time to save your from drowning madness with their superb knowledge of wines, cigars, and beers even.
