I have purchased many vehicles from this dealership. Acura, Highlander, Benz, Bmw etc… I never had any problems with the vehicles, I never had any problem with the management…. The prices always been unbeatable. The service has been great from the salesman to the managers. They always give you better price from other dealers and work with you if there is any issue. Will go back again and buy more cars. I’m notSure why people leave bad reviews over petty stuff and after this issue has been resolved.

Worst auto dealer I have ever been to. And I lived in NY for 50 years. Absolutely the worst communication. Car I was looking at failed inspection. Was told it was a headlight assembly. Turned out to also be a side mirror, wipers, one tire, a side marker. 11am appointment and was told I would have to wait. Then it wouldnt be done today. They had three days notice I would be there. DO NOT buy from this place.

I went there today and no helped me at all. They just gave me the key to test drive. They wouldnt answer questions or even show me the faults on the car. I was ready to trade in and pay the balance in full. The Short old chubby guy didnt help at all and was quite rude. Whenever I spoke to him he didnt even respond though I was being respectful. They will not succed in any business they invest in. They will receive the same treatment they gave me. Good and Bad. SO SHALL IT BE

I highly recommend this place. Very polite and helpful. Very good prices. We found what we were looking for at a good price. They even fixed couple extra things for us. Even after we took the truck we had a issue I called and they said bring it back so they could fix it. Best dealership I have found

For the most part I only post reviews when I have something good to say but I feel impelled to warn people about this place. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this establishment and after 1 week. I repeat...ONE WEEK-the engine needs to be replaced. Mind you we came to the dealership the day before purchase to test drive the vehicle, paid the deposit, and informed them we would return the following day to pay the balance (cash). They asked what time we would be picking the vehicle up so they could make sure it was detailed. We advised around noon. Upon pick up the car had not been cleaned at all. We should have realized how unethical they were at that point. We are now trying to get this situation rectified so far to no avail. Again, I really dont like posting bad reviews so however this experience ends good or bad I will be sure to update this review but as for now I have to say spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere!Update: After a lot of bank and forth they did refund our money.

Worst dealership ever I purchased a car 2 months ago a week after I got the car I have to fix the engine I called to solve the problem and they were very rude told me that I got a good deal and I had to deal with it my self ? Like what kind of dealership is that and on top of that I have not received my title I have been trying to reach out to them they don’t answer me and they just playing game at this point I will take legal actions because these guys are liars and don’t care about the customer.

I unexpectedly had to get a new car and wanted to find one fast. I went to see one car and didnt like it, then found this INFINITI at Auto Land. It was further than i initially wantes to shop but after speaking with Luis, my husband and i decided to make the drive. The night before, he informed us that it was sold, but in the morning he said it was still available. The buyers financing fell through. I’ve never dealt with customer service as terrible as this. When I was asking about my plates, which were expired because I was hung up on the day before, I was interrupted repeatedly. After becoming rightfully frustrated, I was told to “stop being so edgy” and that “it’ll be ready when it’s ready” because he doesn’t have “magical powers”. All this was being told to me by THE MANAGER. Don’t be fooled when you’re told that the manager will get back to you. Do not take your business to Auto Land, Fredericksburg. Trust me. If you really need to, head to the Manassass location.

Went to test drive a 2007 wrangler and had the clutch completely go out during the drive. Called them to make aware and ended up walking back because they dragged their feet to pick me up.

This place is the best best best best best place ever. Bought my car from them 7months ago and its perfect. I can’t even say all of the good things about this place. The owner got car tags for me because I was 18 and I didn’t know how to do any of that stuff. He got me permenant and temporary tags. He also installed them for me. While working I saw some of his repeat customers of like 10 years come in and they had the best relationship; I talked to one guy their cars are so good he sent all of his relatives and family to buy from them and had bought 3 perfect cars this place. Khlaid was a sweetheart. Beyond all of what they did for me; they gave me a good deal on my already affordable car, and we negotiated to one part on his end before I purchased. He also referred me to this sweeeet mechanic who did a good job taking a look at my car before I purchased so I was very great full. I had another mechanic look at my car recently and everything is spic and span since the day I bought it. My car was low in mileage and super cheap. Honestly it was a steal. I want to say so much more; they did even more for me but that would be too much to put ima review. Anyways I have been referring my freinds here and might come back with one of them again soon since my freind is looking for a car. Recently bought a used Volkswagen from the guys at Auto Land. They have a great selection of vehicles with readily available Carfax. “K.” was accommodating of my schedule and pleasant to deal with. He was honest about the car’s positive selling points as well as any minor issues. The negotiation process was straightforward and fair. All around good experience.

Drove four hours to buy a truck from them. They tried to have me finance more than a thousand dollars more than it should have been. When I brought it to their attention they said it would be fixed. After it was fixed they upped the interest rate two percent. It has been a month my plate ran out they were supposed to overnight a tag? No didnt come yet. No title either. Hope they come soon as I dont like making payments on a vehicle I cant legally drive!

I bought a Subaru from Autoland in November of 2016. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let me drive several cars and answered questions openly. When it came to discussing prices, they were willing to negotiate in a way that was upfront and fair. Never were they pushy or trying to up-sell me. When the car had a few unforeseen issues after purchase, they were understanding and went out of their way to help. I would highly recommend them. Their prices are very competitive and their service is great. The car that I purchased is running great and I am very happy with it.

After car shopping for weeks me and my boyfriend stumbled upon Auto Land. We were in the area and stopped by the lot on Sunday and they were closed. Khalid was helpful with our purchase of a used car. We wanted to do a pre-purchase inspection before finalizing our deal with a nearby independent mechanic (which we recommend ) and he was very open to accommodate our request. The cars are priced to sell and we got a very fair deal.

Nevvverrrr purchase from them i brought a car from them a light was coming on dashboard a couple days after i took it back so they could fix the problem the they had vehicle for 3 whole weeks i went back to get it before i even pulled out driveway it did the same exact thing 4 months later whole timing chain and motor gone and they did nothing and in between those 4 months i called them a million times they always made excuses saying the dude was overseas and blah blah blah and they did nothing to help me please dont go there i will be taking you guys to court i have text messages and calls recorded with yall agreeing to fix the problem and it was never fixed ive recorded every call from you guys

They were helpful and kind, and answered every question I threw their way. The car I got from them was nice and does what I need. They had cleaned the interior well and reported any and all issues, and provided the car fax.

I hunted around for a little bit. These guys had a car i was intirested in at about 2500 below kbb, i went and looked at it at it was as nice as the add said, great condition on the surface, but they were not completly transparent. One tire was a size too big because they couldn t bother replacing the tire with the correct size so it rubbed in the corners. The antena for the radio, broke. I still do not have my radio fixed. The exhaust, I asked the guy if it had an exhaust leak and she shrugged his shoulders. I no know i believe was his response. So ive got about 700 in parts and 420 into labor because the stock manifold was so badly rusted it needed to be heated up with a blow torch and cut off. 1100 in total into the exhaust. The exhaust was not leaking how ever, it was broke in half. The mid pipe broke at the flex pipe and instead if replacing it or just being honest about what it needed these proffesors of automotive salesmanship decided to shove the midpipe back into the flexpipe for it to fall off a couple hundred miles after being sold. The body had some small rust holes it looks like someone covered with black nail polish. You can barelly tell only at the right angle in good lighting. The interrior could have used a detail and the previous owner could have gotten there prescription raybans, lighter, and safety glasses out of the car. Other than that i ended up spending 5000 plus like 600 in bs fees plus 1100 on my exhaust im looking at 6700 on a car they could have sold for 7500 to 8 grand. So i did get a good deal but i still dont have a radio. Still glad i didnt get the warranty though, dudes have no personality and really dont make you feel welcome at all. Not a place id ever visit again unless they were going to give me my 1100 back and money to fix my broken radio

Auto land had a great selection of vehicles. Mr. K and his partner was very professional, my wife and I purchased 2 vehicle 4 years ago and they both are still running fine, I have 310,000 miles on one of my cars when i purchased the car it had 160,000 miles, I referred 2 family members and 2 friend they all made purchases and they are very satisfied with there cars. if you in the neighborhood stop by you will not be sorry.

I take back my positive review of this place, they failed to send my title to the bank after being reminded 3 times, until I finally had to come down to the office to retrieve my own title so I can Register my vehicle and send it to the bank. After my tags expired they did not provide me with another temporary tag which is Virginia law when the dealership does not provide your documents within 30 days, so they just royally screwed me and told me it was my fault. They are pretty amateur and do not revolve around customer service, they come up with excuses to screw you, no wonder their inventory never grows because they just sit around and chit chat with their buddies all day. I let them screw me on my junker trade-in but I cant let them get away with the injustice and inconvenience they have caused me. Would not recommend this dealership to a friend.

Very professional I noticed a guy buying a Tahoe and he stated he bought two cars and had no problems. I myself have bought 2 cars and will be purchasing number 3 shortly. Mr. K is a man of his word and has always given me a great price. I bought a crown Victoria and Chrysler pacifica with no problems both running strong currently with the high millage put on them. I highly recommend his services.

I contacted them from Southern Richmond VA and asked if I could come look at a car. But before I head that way, I asked if they could tell me if there are any issue with the car so I can decide if I want to drive 1.5 hours one way. I was informed, there were no issues.Once I arrived and before they even started it up, I was told the noise Im about to hear is the heat shield. Immediately on start up the noise was a very very loud rattle. Beyond that, I decided Id test drive, then I noticed the whole rear end was horrible vibrating due to possibly a bad shock-absorber or control arm. And once I picked up speed over 40mph a wheel bearing noise was howling. This continued on with the A/C barely working and the interior sun roof was hanging fabric from it.The car was not what I had expected. So I got back to them and asked why they didnt inform me on these issues before I drove all this way. And having lied that everything was perfect. I was told its just minor issues, so they did not feel it was necessary to inform me. I told them I am most likely not interested. And as I said that, he walked away towards his office without saying anything or a simple Im sorry for your troubles. Just completely rude.At least I learned that I will not drive that far to look at a car anymore.

Searched from Carfax, its a carfax advantage dealer. The car was in good shape, same as the pictures online and they contacted me quickly once I asked about the vehicle, a Mini Cooper. Service was fast and let us test drive the car with no problems. Got a good deal and happy about the purchase.

Horrible dealership. Within a week of buying my car I had to get new brakes, new rotors, an oil change, and I found out that the tires were bald. Also, the computer gas gauge was inaccurate and I ran out of gas because the car told me that I had 25 miles left. I then found out that the car had duck tape under it.

There are good cars here, and bad cars here. Test drove one it had a clean carfax and I was interested. Went to test drive another. An 08 cts. It had trouble starting and then made a sound. The combination of which made me suspect something with fuel delivery. The salesman claimed it was a catching pulley making the engine clank against the frame. Which I know is a relatively quick and easy fix, but thats not the sound it made. If you look at that car. It could be as simple as a fuel filter or as expensive as a pump or injectors. My point is have their vehicles looked at by a profesional before purchase. The guy was either lying, or they dont go over the vehicles very well before theyre offered for sale. Either way I wont be buying here.

UPDATE TO OWNER- Look,. I DID go to this location and dealt with Khalid.Stop trying to skew the reviews by asking me to take my review down. The car is now even WORSE than when I first posted. It is slowly breaking down. I now cant even lock the doors and the panic alarm is going off, so there is a mechanical/elecrrical issue that I have to figure out how to pay for. I now will have spent more in repairs than I paid for the car. To say Im disappointed is more than an understatement. To say Im highly upset would be an understatement.What can you guys do? My brother called right after I had the first problem, and you said theres nothing I could do because I signed for the car and paid for it as-is. Nevermind I called you within a week of purchasing the vehicle. You could have done right by me and allowed me to return the car. I would have probably bought another van from you because I would have been grateful that you were operating above board when dealing with a problem you hid from me. The carfax report was clearly a lie. The codes were clearly cleared out. There were/are clearly mechanical issues. You sold me a lemon, and you know it. And now, Im having to figure out how to come up with money every month to fix something else wrong. You couldnt even bother to send me the owners manual! I called several times and you said youd send it, and you havent! Its been like 8 months! Seriously?These people are a bunch of lying crooks to be avoided. I bought a minivan from them for about $7k. I thought it was a good deal. I purchased it, and I specifically asked if it was under warranty. I wanted to know that if I got it and there was a problem, I could return the car. They told me there was a warranty, and they were going to send it. They sent it. Well, one day later, Im driving my car, and the engine light comes on. I was shocked. I called my brother, and he told me most likely, they cleared out the codes and sold the car as being in good condition. I called them back and told them the engine light had come on, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked for the warranty, and they claimed it wasnt ready. So my brother called and leaned on them. They told him I purchased the car and signed the agreement stating the car was as is. But this was AFTER reassuring us the car was fine. Clearly, it was not and they knew it! My brother and I went back and forth with them, but they blew us off and absolved themselves of any liability and could care less. I ended up having to put in a new front catalytic converter and oxygen sensor. Then, the tire threads were low. I had to purchase new tires. Then the transmission went totally dead. I had to buy a new transmission. Then the rear catalytic converter and oxygen sensor went out. Im still saving up money for that. There were oil issues. I had to resolve that as well. Now the oil filter housing is blown and I have to pay to have that fixed as well. Ive spent MORE in repairs than if Id just went to Carfax and got the same car from a legitimate and honest car sales business. If you decide you want to buy a car from these cheap, lying a-holes, BRING a mechanic- it will cost LESS for you to determine there are so many problems with the car that you pass on it than to purchase the car and spend more than twice what you paid for the car in repairs. Then be sure to drive the heck out of the car- I would take any car I would be thinking of buying and drive all the way to DC and back. Give it time for the engine light to kick in, and then bring a scanning tool to see what the real problems are. Even if the light doesnt kick in, the mechanic should be able to take a look under the hood comprehensively. Do NOT go there without the mechanic. Throw $100 at the situation and call it an investment in the car that will save you thousands down the road. If the mechanic finds ANYTHING, then RUN from this place- and do not buy from them. They are a bunch of crooked, lying grifters that will say anything to part you from your hard earned dollars.

Called to talk about a car told the guy I only had about 5 or 6 hundred dollars to put down and he said we sell cars not bicycles and hung up. . Not good customer service
