My husband and I have been buying automobiles from Crenewelge Motors since 1995. In fact my last Grand Cherokee is now being driven by our granddaughter. That speaks for itself! They have ALWAYS made our buying experience seamless and enjoyable. Their staff is professional, very friendly and courteous. The service department always makes sure that everything is working right., and ready when promised. We will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle.

Friendly hometown dealer conveniently located in the middle of town and not way-out on the edge. During covid lockdown, I paid to have my dead battery in Grand Cherokee replaced by them. It is a special battery with sealed venting because it is located in the passenger compartment. $283 for the battery and $100 for installation, wow, way too much, but I paid it. The pay back came this week because that batter failed! after on 1.5 years. But it cost me nothing because the Mopar battery warranty had 3 year parts and labor replacement warranty. I feel better.

All the good people at this dealership are great. They were super sweet and just humble and honest folks. I took my truck in to get a remote key programmed. They were very helpful working on getting it done right-did not give up and got it all figured out for me. Straight forward though the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for better treatment and will be back for all of my future vehicle dealership services!

Had a little problem with a spot of oil appearing on my garage floor periodically. Since this is a 2020 RAM 1500 that is not quite a year old, I was concerned. When it came time for an oil change, I took it to Crenwelge Motors Service Dept. -- Julio was my technician. He found the problem right away.Happily, the source of the oil was not anything that required repair. Just clean up. Apparently, on a previous oil change, the old oil that was drained also spilled into a frame channel on the chassis. If not carefully cleaned out, it will weep from time-to-time appearing to be a leak. Julio not only inspected the entire oil system to ensure there were no leaks, he took the time to show me what had occurred. He cleaned out the channel and wiped down the chassis area after this most recent oil change. All is good.Crenwelges Service Dept. was responsive to my concern and they solved the issue. Id recommend them to other RAM owners.

We have bought Ram trucks for the winery for 10 years at three different dealerships. From here out we will only buy from Crenwelge Dodge. The experience was easy - no hard sell, no pushing of extra warranties or a bunch of added fees. I actually went to pick up the truck and was done in under an hour with all the paperwork and tech demonstration.

I have had two experiences. One in Feb 2021 and Mar 2021. I am from Houston. I had major problems with my 2015 Ram. This dealership ttrsted me like their best client instead of an out of town person with a problem. Steve, the service agent treated me great. I asked about a vehicle that was posted on Cars.com. They emailed me saying it was available, then to email me saying they don’t have it in stock. Which I understand sometimes the online sales don’t update respectively to in-person sales. But then they emailed me again saying it is available that it was in the back, I asked some more questions about the vehicle and it turns out they got the wrong truck so they never really had it. Thanks will never use Crenwelge or anything associated with it again!

Worst service ever! This message came on in the attached photo because my SiriusXM was not getting a signal, I explained to the service agent that it most likely was a cable to my antenna... instead of listening to me, they kept my car for a week with no loaner. When I got it back they said they replaced the radio and not the cable. The next day, I had a drained battery, no AC and had to use my AAA to jump start and drive it back to Crenwelge. They kept it for another week and I had to pay for my own rental car.I finally got the car back, saying it was fixed, only to have the same problem as well as a very loud rattle in my dashboard.They did not install the radio properly. I finally called Chrysler and complained, they reimbursed me for the rental car and made Crenwelge rent me a car for another 10 days.5 weeks later they finally replaced the cable.I had to pay $100 deductible. ( Thank goodness I had the Mopar extended warranty ) my dash still rattles and when I asked the manager for a complimentary oil change for my inconvenience, he said no, that he waved the deductible. Liars! no communication about my car, I had to initiate everything. Do yourself a favor go to San Antonio if you have a problem with your Chrysler.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my entire life.Dont go to this dealership. Period. Not even for service. ESPECIALLY not for problems with BRAND NEW vehicle. They WILL charge you and refuse to let you have your vehicle back and threaten to put a mechanics lean on it.The vehicle we brought in is a 2017 purchased in June of 2017 and had 7,000 miles on it.Since their technician misdiagnosed the vehicle they CHARGED us to repair it when it shouldnt have had a problem in the first place.The only reason we paid them anything at all is because my husband has to have that truck for work.

We were visiting relatives in Texas when my husbands electric key quit working. We went to the dealership in Roundrock where they put a new battery in it. It worked for one day. We didnt have time to stop and get it replaced. So when we got to Moms in Fredericksburg we came here to see if they could fix it. They checked it out and found the battery was bad. They installed a new one and we were on our way. They apologized for the service we received at the other place but they sure made up for it during our visit.
