Purchased a 2006 Porsche 911 from Hamid a couple of weeks ago. The car was in great condition, just as described on the web site. A mechanical problem was discovered after I test drove the car and he replaced a fairly expensive part at his own cost without changing the price. He sold me a great car with no pressure and was very accommodating while I waited for my bank to get me a check. It only took about 15 minutes to do the paperwork when I picked up the car. In and out with no problems. Highly recommended. I would definitely buy from VIP again and have recommended them to my friends.

I had a great experience at VIP auto. I had been searching for a specific car for a few weeks and had not been having much luck. Many of the cars would look good online and then have major defects upon arrival at the dealership. I called VIP auto and set up an appointment to come look at an Audi A6 TDI. I was not expecting much based on my previous experiences. Hamid was very accommodating and had the car ready to test drive when I got there. It was represented very accurately and was in great condition. It was an extremely easy transaction once I returned to the dealership. I was very anxious about making this purchase, but Hamid eased a lot of my anxiety and I left with a wonderful car. I would 100% recommend VIP Auto.

Wanted to by a car, was told that I could pay in full that he didnt do business financing. Blew me off and sold the car without giving me a chance. I operate 6 companies and would never treat my customers that way.

I purched a car from VIP / Hamid it is a 1999 and only has 66,241 miles on it was hard at first never buying a car I have not seen or driven but Hamid made me feel good about it . In this he assured me it runner great and is in great condition . After about three weeks of not being able to find anyone to ship it to Michigan I tried with the agreement Hamid would pay over the agreed price and it was over by 185 dollars witch never happened .My family really needed a good dependable car during covid19 we lost one of our cars and saved up enough money to buy a dependable one. When it got here we were very thrilled so that night went for a ride about a half hour into it and the car over heats come to find out from Hamid this car has a known problem and after taking it to a mechanic who went through the car and now it needs a new engine for 9000 dollars talk to Hamid and he wants me to buy a junkyard engine and put that in only about 4000 and how knows how long it will last if it does I already have about 6000 dollars in it and now I have nothing to show for it.

The owner has many years experience with selling cars. So, if youre planning on bartering. . . know the vehicle and the market. This gentleman is in the business to make money, like everyone else is. He is STILL in business because he knows his profit margins. However, from my experience, he was genuine and approachable. The environment wasnt pressured or shady in any way. I felt I could ask any question and explain how I came to my cash offer. Whether I was a Master Mechanic or a stay-at-home mom, I felt comfortable in discussing the vehicle.

Unlike most people,I actually enjoy car shopping.After doing research and test drives,I visited VIP Auto and met Hamid. He has had over 30 years in the business.He was very professional and knowledgeable about his inventory.I purchased an Audi A8 and had a problem with it soon after the purchase.Upon presenting this problem to Hamid, he stated,Once you are my customer,you are always my customer.He performed the repairs and saved me about $7000 from what an Audi dealership quoted me.In addition, he said that he would perform the cars 60,000 mile service.I love the car and would highly recommend VIP Auto.

I was nervous buying a 2014 Wrangler from Hamid that I never saw in person (I live in NYC). However, the truck arrived (the transport was arranged by Hamid) and my mechanic checked it out and loved it - it did need new brakes, though. When a small issue with the paperwork arose, they worked with me to resolve it quickly. Altogether a good experience, I recommend them.

My husband and I just happened to pull into VIP Auto as we were on our way to look at another car at a different used car dealer. As we were driving by I happened to see a beautiful Honda Ridgeline sitting off to the side. My husband and I stopped to look at it and were very impressed with how great it looked, especially for a 2008. To sum it all up, we ended up purchasing the Ridgeline from Hamid, at a great price. Only giving two stars because his inventory does appear to be of high quality. However cars are priced way over book. Having been a sales manager at a major dealership in the northern VA area I have access to resources that show and inform me about what is and isnt a fair price. Cars are overbooked with 100% markup on average by the nearly all that Ive seen.

I took my father to buy his second car from Hamid. 2012 Mercedes ML. The car was as described, the price was excellent, and we were in and out in less then an hour. This is how car buying should be. I would recommend VIP Auto Inc to anyone.

Bought a BMW a few months back. Not happy with purchase from day 1. Way more wrong than what dealer led on. Would not allow to take to a mechanic. Car has progressively gotten worse. Hamid will not stand by car. Do not trust. I would stay away from this dealer.

Had the truck out front ready for me to test drive after I called. Its been a month and have had zero problems with it, got a decent trade in value on my car. Excellent staff service from start to finish.

Purchased online, a 2008 VW GTI from VIP Auto Inc. Worked directly with Hamid and Marcy. Both were very responsive to calls, text and email. I had a few issues with the car, and even after the sale Hamid was very responsive. We worked everything out, and I found that he is a stand up guy.For those that do not have a lot of experience purchasing a car, Service after the Sale is extremely hard to find.

I live in Ohio but had been searching for a specific-option Mercedes GL SUV for a couple months. VIP Auto had an ad on eBay and I called with a number of questions. Hamid sent me all details on the vehicle then went out of his way to meet me early one morning in Northern Virginia to show me the truck before I hopped on a flight out of DCA. The SUV was exactly what I was looking for and exactly as it was described. Hamid then spent a week taking it to a local Mercedes dealer for me and having some maintenance and other items taken care of before my family and I flew back two weeks later to pick it up, have it for vacation driving, and then drive back to Ohio.Paying almost $50k for a luxury SUV from out of state was concerning, but VIP Auto was excellent with communication, paperwork, and scheduling. Hamid is very professional and came through on everything, far exceeding our expectations. I would most certainly buy another car from VIP Auto again or recommend them to friends. Even for buying out of state, the description and pics of the vehicle were fully accurate and Hamid answered all questions I had (and I had a lot!).

Do your homework and check the car throughly, bring a knowledgeable person with you.A bit disappointed, came in to look at a Mercedes e-class about a month ago. First impression, we werent taken seriously, maybe due to my and my wifes age and the car we were interested in. Little did he know we had a check for the complete amount ready with us and were ready to buy2 things to be aware of :1) he doesnt let any mechanic look at the car, says to trust him and him only and mechanics are lying... a bit concerning in my opinion2) cars are sold as is so if any problems he wont fix them and says the car has no issue.Situation: The car had a Noise coming from the rear brakes, talked with salesman and he brushed it off as if car had no issues,noise was from my window being down etc. Called a few weeks after i followed up with him for the car and ask why price went up and he said because he recently did More maintenance to it such as rear brakes. This was very dodgy to blame the customer first, then realize he had a problem and raise the price to fix it. A little did he know that I probably had more mechanical knowledge than he did, but hey the car wasnt meant for us and Im glad we didnt make that decision.

Purchased a Jeep on ebay, was charged an additional 495.00 dealer fee on top of the bid. Instead of vip auto backing our deal they pulled out, and refuse to answer the phone. Note* we are a dealership and it is NOT ok for us to be charged this fee. Instead of fixing the issue ( Taking off the 495.00 fee they completely backed out and voided our deal). Disregarding the fact we had a driver in route for the 12 hour drive to pick up the vehicle.

Very unhappy with Hamids lack of up frontness with me over a 1995 corvette I bought from him over the internet...Car arrives with many issues......bad ac compressor, spark plugs not torqued in cylinder heads, only finger tight, roof panel leaks bad, interior door panels broken and will not rehang....A $2000.00 repair bill at my local GM Dealership is what I had to put in this car for these issues AND there is more to fix....In addition to above, now paid out another $550.00 for brake caliper replacement (driver front )and 2 new brake caliper hoses (both sides replaced ), also replace power steering pump, car arrived to me with a grinding noise from motor compartment, turned out to be bad power steering pump... now $2550.00 in repairs...I have had the car for 5-6 weeks and the car has spent 32 days in the shop for repairs,over a month right off the delivery trailer .......
