In one word, honest. As far as Im concerned thats the most important quality I look for in a mechanic but they also gave me a good price and did a great job. These guys checked all the boxes so Im reccomending them to everyone that needs any auto work. Thank you Richard.

I went to the meineke next door and they quoted me $50 to clear my condensation drainage tube (where the condensation from the AC is supposed to drain.. its leaking into my car on my feet) and the guy working had a real nonchalant attitude towards me.... went next door to Brauning and the dude was nice and he quoted me $30 originally... he got under the car, took him maybe 10 minutes to unclog the tube for me and he said Im not gonna charge you for that. Real nice guy... if I need anything else done in town Ill be back.

Our two locations for Brauning Automotive are under new management. Come in and see us, all kinds of specials going on write now. All new employees throughout the company!! Come in and have your repairs done while you shop at the mall for christmas presents.

This place failed my state inspection for a rack and pinion leak. Then before showing me or anything they quoted me $1000 to fix it. They didnt give me any other options like a remanufactured rack or anything. so I take it home with a failed sticker look it over and find no leak anywhere. I take it to another shop and tell them what it failed for so they can take an extra hard look at the previous problem. A professional mechanic who has been one for over 30 years finds no leak and pulls my into the garage to show me there is no leak. They pass my inspection with no problems. This place will steal your money and should be sued.

David stayed after hours when my car broke down at 5:55pm until my ride got there 30 minutes later on a Friday night. Thank you. Great service.

I was out of town. My wife took our Jeep Grand Cherokee to Brauning Automotive to have the oil changed. They changed the oil just fine, but then they said to my wife, There is oil leaking from the engine and it also needs a serpentine belt. You should not drive this vehicle until it is fixed. They quoted her $950. to fix it.She took it down Plank Road to Mullens Garage. They found no leaks anywhere on the vehicle and all the belts were fine.So, the bottom line is - go to Brauning Automotive if you want to get ripped off!

Went here after a nightmare experience with GoodYear in South Point. (Told me, my ball joints were bad, i changed them myself, as they tried to charge me $800.00. I took it back to get re inspected and then they tell me a whole list of things need replacement. I soon realized they were trying to use the annual state inspection, to purposely find something wrong with my vehicle to over charge me to get parts replaced.) I was refered to Bob at Brauning, he did my inspection, told me everthing was good, and i was on my way. Should have went here first, my bet is that nothing was wrong with my vehicle to begin with. Go to Brauning! NEVER go to GOODYEAR!

Had taken in my cars several times and even had referred friends. Lately friends have complained that repairs led to new problems. Took my truck in for safety inspection and when I picked it up the windshield was cracked. I will not go back.
