Kids in the range of 4 to 9 will love it. Nice glow theme. Bouncy equipment are good. Basketball throw football throw are good addition. My main concern is the staff.. althy they are nice, I would have appreciated more involvement if them with the kids.. Their involvement is very less during the play. Play time for 1 hour is sufficient, otherwise kids will get bored.. Around 10 different activities overall. Party room is decent for 12-15 kids, however it wont accommodate more than 10 or max 12 adults,with seating capacity of adults around 5-6.. That means only single parent should be ideally available.Parking capacity is adequate. Rest room were clean. There is some room for improvement, however overall a good place to celebrate kids birthday and spend 1.5 to 2 hours.

We chose this place for our sons birthday party and it was great! All the kids had a blast. When we arrived everything was set up and ready to go. The area where the glow in the dark jump houses are is very very large, and it was nice they had seats for the parents in their as well so we could watch them have fun running around. It was nice not having to clean up after the party!!! Thanks!

Attended a child’s birthday party here. Staff are very friendly and accommodating to your party size. Glow in the dark space with bouncy houses, slides and games is super fun for the kids. Big miniature golf course right in the center as well.

Just had my sons party on 12/8. Great experience! He and all the kids had a blast. The party pro was amazing too! He actually entertained the kids! Gabe them a show and everything. They did it all for me. We parents didn’t have to lift a finger. I highly recommend this venue! The parents even had fun playing on the inflatables. Lots to do in the playroom!! I’ve been to a few pump it up parties and this far exceeded those. We will go back!

Had both of my sons parties there and each time was great! The party organizers are very attentive and engage the kids in games like freeze tag or hide and seek. Pizza and grab bags are included in the price for a two hour party. All you have to do is bring a cake which they serve for you. They also go out of their way to make the birthday boy/girl feel special. Great staff and great value!

Attended a birthday for a 5 year old. Great place. Everyone had a good time, even the adults. Plenty of games and activities, children loved it. The hostess that ran the party was young but very professional, kids loved her. Excellent place for a party, a great experience for the kids and without the mess in your own home. I would recommend this.

Our daughter had her 7th Birthday Party here last weekend and we could not have asked for a better Venue. The staff was great and the people in charge of the party were prompt, perfect with the kids, and very helpful! Would highly recommend

They really took care of us! Glow Galaxy is a great venue, and they really know how to throw a party! Everyone is very upbeat and attentive. The boys had pizza, cake, and juice, and the cake was above average, just as the service! For a fun and easy party, go Glow Galaxy!

Went here for a 5 year olds birthday party. My daughter enjoyed the inflatables, but wasnt interested in the putt putt or the basketball/football tosses. The equipment is a little old (several of the inflatables has sprung leaks) but they were safe and the kids had fun. After about an hour of play, they had pizza/cake and did gifts. The staff served everyone and kept them all happy. All in all it was a great place for the younger kids to play with their friends and get some energy out.

Excellent Place & Excellent Price. We had a great time today on Isabelles 8th birthday. The team was very accommodating and attentive. I truly enjoyed the experience and our kids and their friends had a fantastic time!

Kids seem to enjoy it. They could use a bit more of a variety of activities to do, and the music could be more diverse. I did like the glowing paint under the black lights. They could also use a larger facility and better scheduling techniques so that guests dont have to be rushed out in order for the next party to come.

Me and wife Darlene had our sons 10th Milestone Birthday Party at Glow Galaxy on 11-17-18 and Ill give it 3 stars. Our son Prince Johnathan had a great time with his friends.I gave it 3 stars because when my wife Darlene called him on the phone trying to see If we could bring certain items he was very impersonal and he was rushing her off the phone.When you spend $350 of your hard earned money for 2 hours you personalized service!!! We didnt feel we received that. Thanks for your time and attention!!!

After attending a few birthday parties at glow galaxy, we finally booked one of our own. it was everything we had hoped it would be...tons of fun, organized, efficient, and the staff was top notch!

The kids enjoyed themselves but the staff wasnt friendly. My sons party ran 20 minutes over due to their staff who wasnt timely and tried to rush us out which was not professional. Also, the goody bags sucked. Thank goodness I made my own goody bags for the kids. Wont be returning at all.

Absolutely the WORST venue I’ve ever been to for a birthday party. They inflatables were great, however the staff and the timing SUCKS. We had to wait until 5pm for our party room to decorate and had to hurry and decorate which meant the parents of the kids had to help because we only had 30 minutes in the part room. We had to hold all of our belongings in the lobby because we couldn’t take our things back in the play area therefore I couldn’t even enjoy my child’s birthday. Absolute waste of money. My child was extremely disappointed and scared of the staff due to them yelling and slinging things when she got mad. Spoke to the owner who was on vacation and he pretty much called me an idiot and said he couldn’t give us the room sooner and couldn’t make anything Else better because the front desk lady was “having a bad day”. There was an empty party room the entire time we sat there waiting in the lobby. One child got hurt and the staff was no where to be found and did not even come notify a parent, my child (birthday girl) had to come and get me to come in and help the child due to the two teenagers running the show were in the corner flirting. Absolutely ridiculous and when I asked for them to at least lower the total dollar amount at the end while paying the lady refused and said that regardless of how awful the party or staff was that I still had to pay the full amount, when I was called an idiot then I told them I was leaving and the owner could call and we would workout payment but I would not be talked to that way, she then told me that I’d need a lawyer because they’d get their money. So money was much more important to them than the service they provide or the children’s birthday, they could’ve obtained ALOT of business from our family and instead they chose to lose all that business because she was “having a bad day”. Absolutely terrible and I wouldn’t take my children there again if they paid me! STAY AWAY!!

Awful. Please read this review and take it into consideration before spending your money at this “business”. From the moment we walked in the door it was unorganized, we (the parents) were talked to as if we were the children, and the lady working the front was rude. Point blank, rude. Please please read your “disclosure” when booking the party. We arrived early and were not allowed to enter the party room, nor were the children allowed to play. We booked a party for 3:30, however were not allowed to play until 3:45. Then as we realized our ice cream was melting (and were told by the wonderful lady up front that people usually don’t bring ice cream to birthday parties) we asked to please let us in the party room to set up and were told we had to wait an hour and 15 minutes until our “play time” was up. Keep in mind we had decorations, cake, ice cream, goody bags, and presents all waiting in the lobby and were told they would put them in a secure location until we could get in the party room. As we were complaining because of the unoragnization and misunderstanding of how the party was supposed to work, we were then treated even worse and told the entire ordeal was our fault for not understanding the “disclosure”. Nightmare. Please take your babies somewhere else to celebrate their big day. I would not spend one red cent there ever again. And if you have a bad experience don’t expect the owner to be of any assistance. You will be highly disappointed from the moment you step in the door. Glow galaxy, you suck.

We had to come up with a plan for sons pool party since it was going to be a nasty rainy day so I called GG and they fit us in. We loved the staff and my son truly felt like the king on his party. We loved how the staff or at least the kid who took care of our party was very good with children, he told corny jokes, he made sure my son was center of attention, he cut the cake, he passed out the cake and much more. We loved it!!!The play time was fun, they all seemed to be busy at all times and I didnt hear any complaints from any of the children so I say it was a hit. My son is already planning his 2020 birthday at GG!!

Pump it Up is a much better deal with tons more to do. Glow galaxy is not safe and the teens supervising would rather play with each other then the kids. The owner is rude and has no people skills. My child was beaten up the next day at school for having his party at Blow Galaxy

I saw the google reviews before going I wanted to try to give it benefit of the doubt people complain a lot. I never really make complaints but this place is on my NEVER AGAIN LIST. The only reason I’m giving it one star is because the kids had fun on the inflatables. Two were leaking air. Other than that this place was TERRIBLE because the staff was rude for $310 & 10 kids we came for a birthday party we should have had A1 CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nobody was interested in the golfing part that should be removed. I don’t ever see it being used even the older kids didn’t care for it. They need to come up with something different to go there. Machines didn’t work like the dance machine which had other games on it wasn’t working at all. From the time we walked in the door until the time we left the staff was complaining, coming on the loud speaker, crazy thing is we had enough parents to accompany the children. NEVER AGAIN I would NOT recommend. Also you cannot bring outside food in so 2 pizzas had to be split between everyone. We literally waited 2 hours for the staff to set the birthday room up they kicked us out of the room but we weren’t allowed to have our belongings outside in the play area. What a waste of money, time, gas I was very disappointed and they also did not have enough bags for each kid to receive something again $310 and it could have been a lot better in my opinion. Atleast the staff could have been more friendly customer service wise. I cannot believe they took so long just to set up plates and cups and did not allow us to enter in the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

We had my nieces birthday party here and everyone loved it!

OK / will not be back only because of as on website you can bring up to 2 siblings with birthday child that was possible be free and that was not true, it was .80 cents per child so that is false on website. And as I was paying I ask for print out of the party charges, the lady never sent it to me. I felt like I was charge more at end for a tip, because I added my total before I get to place and it was different once I got ready to pay. And last thing they tried to charge me for a 1yr old as extra child. I had one child that showed up late and we was going in the party room and they charge me for that child as well. But all together the glow part was fun for the kids, and adults, they had great time playing.

It sucked... The play was cool. That was fun an amazing... But the service was TERRIBLE... They dont have food or drinks nothing. They order your pizza from dominoes. Little juice boxes for the kids. Cheap empty gift bags. For that prize it should be better.... EVERYTHING!!!

I really wish i could give this place 5 stars because it really is awesome and so much fun. The owner is extremely rude and unfortunately the Website description is not 100% accurate. We had my sons 5th birthday party here. It was a disappointment. Not worth the money. I was expecting a more well organized party like the website describes. Instead, what you are paying for is for your kids to run around and do free play in a large room with about 5 blow ups, a mini golf area, a basketball goal and an area to throw footballs in a hole for over an hour, so if youre just wanting free play, then this is the place. You will also have other parties coming into the play area that overlap your party. As a parent with a bunch of 4-5 year olds at my party, this was a major safety concern. The place is dark, not well staffed and very easy to lose your own child as they are running around in this unorganized dark play area. Add a bunch of strangers you dont know and you are placing your child and guests at risk. I wouldnt let my child go to the bathroom by themselves - thats for sure. Our party was actually in the play area too long - 1 hr 20 mins and felt so unorganized. Our party pro was SUPER sweet and did a great job engaging with the kids but it did not seem like things flowed well. All the kids were hungry as it was dinner time. My son even quit playing bc he was so hungry and said he wanted to leave. 45 mins in that play area running around is plenty and if the owner knew how to organize and run a business, he could schedule things better to avoid the overlapping of parties.The owner, Rusty, is very rude. I spoke to him prior to the party to try to give a total head count and discuss further what games would be played. He quickly tried to get me off the phone and told me to tell my party pro before my party. I was so unsatisfied during my party I called him. I expressed my concerns about other parties invading our party time and he was so rude, dismissing my safety concerns and told me I was over reacting. Also said that information of overlapping parties was in the email. It is NOT. You have to search on the website and can find it under FAQ.Pros: the party pro was very kind and did a great job playing with the kids, they have hand sanitizer on the walls, the kids loved the blow ups and loved the place.ConS: expensive for what you get, disorganized, other parties come into the play area, rude owner who could care less about the words customer service, poorly staffed for the amount of kids running around, safety concern as you will have strange children and adults in the play area with your party (in the dark), not a stress free party for the birthday parent, the actual play time does not highlight or make the birthday child feel special (only the time in the party room), the party room is too small to fit kids and their parents.

Park was our party host and he did an incredible job. He made the party experience so much fun for the kids and even the parents!

The staff seemed unorganized and didnt seem provide anything for kids to do while waiting for their party to start. They have mini golf for kids and its a little dangerous for toddlers to have hitting sticks (golf club) in the dark. The kids had a blast.

Great place for my younger kid..

Had my sons 6th birthday party here and it was fantastic. Preston was our party host and he was downright amazing! He was so fun and energetic and the kids absolutely loved him. He handled literally everything for us - playing games with the kids, serving all the pizza and cake, clearing away the trash, and keeping the chaos of 20 crazy kids under control. He did it all with a smile and while telling jokes and making my boy truly feel like a king for a day. I didnt have to lift a finger and it was so great to actually be able to watch the kids having fun. Preston and his helper even brought all the gifts and leftovers out to our car afterwards and loaded them up for us! Ive seen some reviews complaining that the price was high but its actually comparable to other similar places in the area. Weve had parties at Skyzone (a complete disaster) and Pump it Up (decent but nothing special) and the service was nowhere near comparable to Glow Galaxys. We were so impressed and highly recommend them!
