We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with A&S Party Rental! We have rented bouncy houses for birthday parties, and most recently a tent and table package for our backyard military promotion party. The package included a tent, tables and chairs, and we easily added on table cloths. We also rented the Wine Barrel Bar for our event and it was lovely and a huge hit!!! We had so many compliments and it was a fantastic addition to our event! I worked with several people in their organization, and their professionalism and customer service were outstanding. The delivery, set up, and removal were all seamless, easy and professional. We will definitely use A&S Party Rental for our future party planning! Highly recommend!

I rented the candy cart for my daughters birthday party. The kids absolutely loved it!!!!! So many varieties of candy for them to choose from and can I say the cutest little cart ever!!!! They had colorful, handmade signs all decorated corresponding with the candy available. I definitely recommend their products and would rent again from A & S. They have such a professional and courteous staff willing to assist you every step of the way!!!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!

VERY unorganized. We made reservations to pick up an inflatable on-line, about 2 weeks in advance. (I even had my original order printed out) only to find out the THEY had listed for 2 days later. I ultimately dealt with an employee the was super nice and we came to an acceptable solution. For a few minutes there was quite a bit of concern. Funny this is we received emails for the next 2 days, reminding us to pick up our order. A far cry from service from a few years ago.

My fiancé and I had such a great experience looking at all of our decor and equipment options. We got to try putting together a variety of table arrangements until we found the layout and style we wanted, and the options were eeennnnddddlleeessssss it was seriously amazing!

Trying to get on with this place is like trying to herd cats apparently they are all new Im going to assume. And if you tell the owner what you think of the situation prepare for a call from an absent mind. Horrible!

The staff was great, both the staff that delivered and set up everything and the staff that took it all down, plus the staff that manned it during our event. We had a mechanical bull, obstacle course & bounce house. Also rented chairs, cushions & a smaller tent. The only problem I had was the cleanliness of the blow ups. COVID should have us doing MORE for cleanliness. An adult tried out the obstacle course and you could kind of slip up and fall between blow up mountains and there were dirty face masks, dead flies- he swept it out. I paid alot for the stuff, shouldnt have had to do that at all! The chairs were covered in dirty raccoon prints which took my own help an extra hour to wipe off. Im really sure if I had returned the chairs in such disgusting condition I wouldve been charged. I paid extra for the primo mechanical bull- it was supposed to have an electronic timer (we had hoped to do contests) There was a big, black empty area for the timer, there just was NO actual timer. Half taken care of equipment. No apologies, no response to this review. They dont care. They need to take better care of their rental items and make sure customers get them in good, clean condition.

Absolutely great place to rent from. Our select baseball organization rented the Wonderful World of Disney bounce house and it was a huge hit. A&S has excellent customer service from start to finish. I’m surprised by the high ratings on here. Sales people were pretty friendly and efficient but logistics were a mess. We ordered an arch about 2 weeks out and paid in full but a week before the wedding we realized it was not the best fit but they would not give the money back (even half!). They gave a credit and we rented a bouncy house (for $400) for a party and was told it would be delivered Friday. It was not delivered and I had to reach out Saturday wondering where it was (I’m staying home the day before my wedding to make sure I’m here to sign off).

A&S actually helped my wedding come to life on August 31st 2019. I actually needed a different backdrop and the owners came out that Friday evening to make sure it was perfect for me...honestly the best service ever and treated my wedding was their own!

I booked A & S Party for a huge city wide cookout and bbq festival I was a part of. Amy was great to work with-easily accessible, beyond friendly, understanding of budgetary limits. I asked for ideas for a kids zone we had at the festival and never once did I feel pressured or pushed into options. She and her staff completely took into account our needs first (budget, type of crowd expected, numbers expected, age range of kids etc). The staff the day of was amazing! I didnt have to worry about a thing. I was worried because I was not only in charge of getting items for the kids zone but I was a competitor in the brisket cook off. Amy and her staff, especially the day of folks who delivered and set up, knew that I was multitasking and completely took care of the set up and made it worry free for me and the committee staff. Because of their commitment and dedication I was able to enjoy the festival that we had worked so hard on! They were on time, super friendly and easy going! I dare say that the gentlemen who came to set up in the morning even looked like they were enjoying their work. Most importantly Amy and her staff were engaged in the entire process and stayed in contact before, during and after the festival. I really believe that they wanted us to be successful and enjoy ourselves while we used their products. It was not just about selling us stuff!! Most remarkable of all was that Amy was willing to and even wanted feedback about items that may have not worked out so well. Amy, if youre reading this: I dont know what youre doing there at A & S but keep it up!! See you next summer at the 2019 Cincinnati Kosher BBQ and festival!!

I have been a long time customer of A & S Party Rental. Over the past 10 years I have rented thousands of dollars worth of inflatables, mechanical bulls, photo booths, different party games, etc. This year my daughter got married so out of loyalty we decided to give them a shot with renting custom linens for the reception . I paid in full 6 months prior to the event, several weeks before the wedding I had to call back and go over all of the details, of which they had shorted me 50 chair bows. After the wedding I received a phone call from Michelle stating I had to pay for 5 of the linens because wax had gotten on them, totaling right under $500. I had already spent $3000 renting these linens and then had to buy the 5 dirty ones, of which had VERY little wax on them, of which I was able to get every bit of it off with a white paper towel and an iron on low heat. I have put calls into Tammy the owner and she has never called me back. I will never give my business to A&S again and would advise everyone to steer clear of any wedding linens and stick to more reputable companies. The fact that the owner wont even give me the time of day speaks volumes.

If you are in need of renting anything for an event, you owe it to yourself to check out A & S before you waste your time with anyone else. I was in desperate need of table linens for a wedding May 25th. The wedding was just 2 hours away. The owner, Tammy and her staff, had me walking out the door within 30 minutes of my phone call. They saved the day for me. Without Tammy and the A & S team, the guest would have had nasty, dirty tables to enjoy their cocktails and appetizers on. The donuts would not have looked near as enticing. The wedding gifts would have been covered with dust. THANK YOU A & S!!!! You are simply the BEST at what you do!

I have rented several inflatable party pieces for multiple events from A&S and I can tell you that their service is nothing short of excellent. Prior to each event they have arrived when they said they would. They have been easy to work with in the setup/tear-down process. On top of all of that their staff is personable and friendly.
