I love BM colors, but I felt like they were annoyed by my questions. And seemed a bit snooty.. So, instead of returning I took my sample to Lowes and had them color match which they happily did with great customer service and for much less cost. Most people are not experts and this is why they go to a paint store where the pros can help. Questions are why you are in business. Geez.

I went to this store today fully expecting to wear a mask. At the door, I was greeted by a clerk who asked if she could take my temperature. I complied. Then she asked for my name to write on the list next to my temperature. At that point I was done complying. This protocol is outrageous and potentially illegal due to recording medical information that is private. Why do you need my name to shop? I could have made up any name to give to them. Would they have asked for my ID to shop? I refused to provide my name and decided this was not the kind of business I wanted patronize.

Norm Baldwin and the crew at Strathmore are the best when it comes to paint, paint supplies and floor coverings.
