I could not be happier with working with Blake and the rest of the staff at PPG Paints in Franklin,TN. They are amazingly personable, extremely knowledgeable and give the best advice for what is needed. I had an order placed and was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they were able to assemble the supplies together on short notice. Today I went in to downsize and consolidate old cans of paint and was treated like the biggest burden and was essentially told my $30 worth of business isnt important next to the many commercial orders they had. I understand being busy and behind and was willing to wait or even come back, however, making your customer feel very small and not worth the trouble is not ok. This is after being turned away two weeks prior for not having quart sized cans even though I called the day before to confirm that they did. I had an amazing experience at the Brentwood location (welcoming, amazing customer service, sharing of knowledge/tips) so I will never go back to this Franklin location. I can take my money to someone who appreciates it.

I buy Porter for all my painting and I had some partial cans that needed to be downsized and relabeled. They spent about 30-40 minutes straining, re-canning and relabeling and didn’t charge me a dime! For 6 cans worth! I buy this paint because it’s the best. The service is always an amazing bonus.

Best PPG store/ Porter.

Youll feel uncomfortable. They appear to be very unhappy to help me everytime I come in here. Ive shopped here for stain multiple times and each time it wad not a good experience. Theyre the only place around that carries the particular stain my home manufacturer use. They seem to mainly deal with professional painters and seen to be annoyed with customers who arent as versed with the lingo or products.

Like all PPG Porter Stores, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. If you call and order in 9 times out of 10 it will be ready when you arrive. And I have never had a mis-tinted gallon of paint mixed here in the 20+ Years have purchased supplys here. The best run store in the company and I would know a little about that having used every Nashville, Clarksville, Levergne, Hendersonville
