We were having challenges finding canning supplies. They had them and set them aside at the counter to ensure we go what we needed. Excellent customer service

Worst customer service Ive ever seen! Employees practically step over you while youre looking for things and never say a word...you know: like Can I help you find something? May I help you? Ive been ignored and outright lied to about product availability in this store. Theres no 0 for a rating so Im forced to give them a 1.

I very rarely leave p poor review but I asked staff which was better for weed barrier, metal or plastic. She stated she didn’t even know they carried plastic and didn’t know where to put them back. At the same time complaining to co worker how much she needed a vacation. I have been to Ace where the are so knowledgeable and treat you professional. I think it’s time for a team meeting

Staff was not friendly, and laughed at me when I asked if they had a storage container with separate compartments. They made me feel very out of place. Im not sure if its because I dont look like someone who typically shops at a hardware store, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I wish they were nicer, because I liked their shop.

Ive been to this store several times, and I am always so impressed! Everyone is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whenever I go to the larger, commercial hardware stores, I always find myself feeling overwhelmed or getting lost. Never once have I had that feeling or experience here! You can tell that the store is pretty much one big family (shout out to Mechelle, the store manager/store mom), and they make you feel like youre part of that family, too. Keep it up, team!

Showed up at 645 to get my propane tank filled. The lever was still in the on position for their tank. I called and asked someone to come out and he said they stopped filling them at 650 and that it was already turned off. Seems like the guy just didnt want to take the time to step outside and help me.

Been trying to shoplocally for the last year and I appreciate the service and assistance at Aubuchon. Can usually find things I need and often find things I didn’t know I needed.

It is so nice to have a LOCAL, SMALL hardware store with pleasant, helpful staff, good parking, and a large variety of items.

The person in the paint department was rude and extremely curt. We asked for samples of paint and he made no eye contact and was rude to the point of not listening to use when we were speaking. And he walked away from us. The man in the door handle section was very helpful and even measured something for us. Would not go back to the paint department if the other employee was working. We were prewarned about that employee being rude and we still went and tried to get paint.

Recently I went down to Aubuchon‘s store near Shaws and asked for three different types of keys since I had recently moved. The keys were done perfectly at a reasonable price and each and every one of them was just what I needed when I returned home.In fact, a couple of days later I returned toAubuchon’s for three more keys. A great store in a convenient location. Staff is friendly and helpful and will find just what you need. The selection is great for a store of this size, and unless youre doing a big construction project itll have almost everything you need that the big stores have to offer, but without having to wander aisles for hours.

Nice and clean store. Theres a man named Cory that works there and is awesome at his job. He was the only one that could paint match a color that no one else could. Cory is a huge asset to the your company. Thank you Cory for making it possible to have a color i thought was impossible to have.

Not a bad hardware store at all. Nice new place very well stocked. Prices are nowhere near the big box stores, but they are competitive with other hardware stores in the area. Ive generally found what I needed there with few notable exceptions.

The new store is awesome! Nice to have the decorating center and hardware store together under one roof. The staff is great...very helpful when looking for that little piece that cant be found elsewhere. Ive shopped at Aubuchon for twenty years. Very convenient and fair priced.

I love Aubuchon hardware partly because when I was in college in Fitchburg I had a landlord, Mr. Aubuchon, who was somehow related the the Aubuchon hardware family, and he was such a nice guy. I think of him when I go to these stores. They have a nice size inventory, and the people are always very helpful. The prices can sometimes be a bit high though.

Aubuchon Hardware is an outstanding store the employees a very knowledgeable and also unique in their skill set if you cant figure it out theyll figure it out for you Michelle is an excellent manager owner of the store and Sue is an outstanding sales manager as well as employee they treat us like family when we were at the store and made sure that we had everything we needed before we left the prices are kind of wishy-washy up and down but still you get quality and all standing products from them you just have to keep an eye on your emails and they send you awesome reward points just for doing surveys we moved here a year ago my wife and I and we love shopping at the store sincerely Vance and Christine James

Picture this, standing at the stihl display looking through the reference guide trying to get the right chainsaw blade while listening to the clerks converse in almost exclusively 4 letter words about not wanting to end up in jail over jailbait. By the way, they dont seem to stock many replacement blades.

The Store is well put together, unfortunately they are trying to accommodate 2 entrances with the staff that can only only support one entrance. Three times (Yes 3 times) out of frustration I left my product on the cashiers counter and left the store because no one was in the vicinity to check me out. All I wanted to do was give them my money for the product. So I now go to Lowes although Aubuchons is only 2 minutes from my house.

Great store, well stocked with real hardware, the nuts & bolts kind of stuff thats getting harder & harder to find these days. My only complaint is that Aubuchon chose to close the store in Foxboro when the opened this one in Franklin.

Aubuchon hardware in Franklin, MA is a well organized store with very knowledgeable and pleasant staff willing to help you.

I am an interior contractor in franklin. I go to aubuchon for all my hardware issues. It easier and quicker than the big box stores that takes an hour or more to shop at. Plus the paint department at aubuchons is friendly and helpful. They know your name and are eager to serve you. They sell Ben Moore paint that has never let me down in 35 years of using.

Always find what I need and i dont have to walk miles in the store to find it. Wish they had room for plants maybe this year. AB
