I had previously rented a space here about 9 years ago, which was also a good experience back then, and just recently rented another. I could not have been any more impressed with the manager, Tina. From the moment I walked in she thoroughly explained everything I was going to ask before I even asked it! The price is reasonable, the facilities are clean and easy to get around in, and as far as storage units go this place is truly top notch. I felt like I had been given the royal treatment when I left. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage on Liberty Pike for your storage needs. They also sell boxes, tape, locks and accessories. A+

Typically when I think of a storage unit, I think of a dark, dumpy collection of empty storage rooms with no management on site. Fortunately, I had the opposite experience. Online registration was easy, and Allison was kind enough to not only help me change units when I needed something larger, but to show me my new unit and track down a moving cart for me. Highly recommended

Tina is AMAZING!!! I have been renting from her for 3 years, just had to move and add 2 storage units for a month and she easily looked up my account information and added them. She even remembered my allergies and personally texted a map of the property and location of the climate controlled units. Literally the BEST place to rent a storage facility for cleanliness, cost, security and hospitality!

Tina is exceptional! She made it so easy to get my semi in and out of the complex to make a delivery for a customer. Usually storage places are a truck drivers worst nightmare but this one was easy to get around and back out of with her help and advise. Can’t say enough positive about this business. Clean, secure, easy access, overall perfect location for our needs. We set up the rental online and it was so easy with absolutely no issues. When we arrived our unit was clean and ready to use. A lock was waiting for us at the facility and just such an ease to unload after a very long trip. We needed to make some adjustments to our rental agreement and even that was a pleasure. The store manager Ms. Duffy was so helpful and absolutely a pleasure to meet. She went above and beyond our expectations and is a wonderful member of this company. We have now used Extra Space Storage three times over the course of several years. Great location and easy to get in and out. All the buildings are spaced out so even I could drive my oversized truck through without concern. Pretty pricey but worth the extra for convenience, clean and maintained especially to be such a big place and 30+ years old, no stairs to deal with, and real people to talk to. No rushing or fast talkers but still efficient.

I don’t know their names but the guy and girl that work this store are awesome. It was freezing cold and they were out cleaning and fixing things around the storage. I was helping my buddy and was simply asked about my day. No big deal casual small talk but taking a moment to slow down to acknowledge someone in freezing cold shows there’s more valued than $$$.

So efficient but thorough. Didn’t know what I was expecting but relaxed and chill yet professional and personable was kinda a surprise. Tina was why we chose this location over another with a little better pricing because of her being well her. Real people & not those who run on scripts make the difference and this storage has real people.

Our company has been using extra space storage for several months now. I called every storage facility in Franklin before moving in and they were the only company that had a unit large enough to meet my needs( I also store a trailer here). Moving to a different state was stressful enough, but finding a place to store most of our belongings until we found a home was even more stressful. This morning I ran in as a crazy lady on a mission for boxes. The girl inside was so helpful and friendly. She told me she was new to the area so we got to talking and before I realized it had been 10 minutes! Unfortunatly they did not have what I was looking for but I would come back just for the human decency and customer service. I would deff recommend to any1 if all the staff is as friendly as her.

I’ve been storing items here since returning to Franklin in 2018. The staff is always responsive and amazing. The property is clean and secure. And, they have the best rates I’ve found anywhere near Franklin to boot! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or rent space again here. Tina is always awesome but recently dealt with another young lady there too, and she was just as helpful and responsive!
