I rented the largest unit Metro Storage in Franklin had for four months and loved it. The entire facility was super clean (to include the bathroom which I used many times), and the dudes at the front desk were amazing. Im not sure how, but the tall guy with dark hair knew my name and remembered what I did for work. They were people folks and helped me with everything. When I was moving out, it was a busy Saturday and they asked professional movers that were working there if I could use carts that were already being used. They manage the operational area very well. They even engaged with my kids that were super bored. I was there for about three hours packing all my stuff up, and they brought me and my kids cold bottled water and Gatorade. This was the best experience Ill ever had (Ive move every 3 years for the past 18 years (military)). I highly recommend this location. Awesome people and facility. They AC working wonderfully inside.

The best customer service and cleanest storage facility I’ve been in! Brian and Patrick are phenomenal! They were so professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They did not have the size unit I needed, however, they found me two units side by side that were the equivalent of the unit I needed. They worked with my timeline and explained everything thoroughly. They were upfront and clear about the rent, insurance and billing.By the cleanliness of the facility, it is obvious how much pride they take in their jobs. The whole facility is as clean as the front office. Walking into the front office, it is immediately noticeable how fresh and clean it smells, and actually is. The whole building is the same way, even the bathrooms.The security of the building, to include fencing, gates, doors and cameras provided the peace of mind I was looking for.If you’re looking for a space to store your items, don’t bother looking anywhere else. This is where you want them to be!

I recently relocated from CA and needed to temporarily store all our belongings while we wait for our house to be completed. My family and I are relocating from Oklahoma and we recently rented a unit in Franklin, TN off of Werthan Circle. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Brian who runs the storage facility and we cannot say enough about how accommodating he was to make this experience fast, easy, and stress free. He did not pressure us to get a unit and took the time to show us every size unit to make sure we made the right choice in what fit our needs. This past weekend, I brought a trailer full of items to the facility and he saw me pull in. He met us out at the door and helped me guide the big Uhaul trailer back to the door without hitting anything in a small space and continued to assist us while we were there, making sure we had everything we needed.I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs if you need them.

Having stored household goods in many locations in Alabama, Georgia and Colorado, I have become a veteran of evaluating storage facilities. I checked several locations out in the Franklin/Brentwood area and knew I found a home at Red Carpet Self Storage. In addition to being new, this facility has covered bays to unload your household goods. Anyone who has had to unload in nasty weather knows how sickening that feeling is. Additionally, the larger units have lighting inside the unit itself. That makes the storage area much more user friendly. All these benefits though pale in comparison to Brenda Boner, the Manager of Red Carpet. She is such a professional and a pleasure to do business with. As several other reviewers have stated, even if you dont currently have storage needs, stop by and meet Brenda. She is the real deal and an absolute pleasure to do business with.

By the final day of a move, after all the sorting, discarding, packing, crying and sheer exhaustion, the last stop is the storage facility for all the things you just couldnt part with. And you are usually cranky and tired. Well, I was. But after I left Red Carpet Storage at 108 Werthan Road in Franklin, I was happy, energized and smiling. And it was all because of Brenda Boner the manager.First thing she offered us was some water and fresh baked cookies from the warming tray. Then she talked with us in such a friendly way and was so funny. We couldnt help but laugh. She showed us all they had to offer, the free conference room should we need a quiet place to meet with business associates, the covered drive in loading dock so convenient to use in case of rain, and went over how to lock our room. It is such a spotlessly clean facility and beautiful place to keep our things. Oh, and security there is a high priority. No worries there about anyone breaking into the storage units, plus we loved the climate control.
