This is my third time using Two Men and a Truck and every experience has been excellent, but this was the best yet! Sean and Ian were absolutely wonderful movers - kind, efficient, careful, and professional in every way. They arrived promptly in the morning and got my job done under the estimated time - all while carefully wrapping and moving all of my furniture without any damage to my items or the old or new house. I had a sleeper sofa that was difficult to move out of a room - they worked out the problem carefully without even a hint of irritation on their faces. They took their work seriously and I felt so at ease during the loading and unloading of the truck. I cannot recommend Sean and Ian (and Two Men and a Truck) enough!

Ive moved a lot being military. This was the first time moving on my own. Two Men and a Truck was the best experience Ive had. Austin and Seth were fast and professional. Everything was in great condition on arrival. Highly recommend.

Kenneth and Max did an awesome job helping us move. They were punctual, friendly, and hard working. It was easy to set up and they made sure there wasnt any fuzzy commitments before arriving to make sure they have to right supplies for the job.

Excellent in every way! We have used Two Men and a Truck twice now and will be using them again shortly. We will never use another mover. They are courteous, responsive, and dependable from the person who answers the phone to the person who gives you the receipt, and everyone in between. They arrive in a timely fashion, handle all items with extreme care, and take precautions to protect floors, doorways, etc. Best of all the young men are all extremely professional and polite. Filled out form on-line, talked to a representative by phone, got an estimate, and set a moving date a week in advance. Never heard back from them until I called them the day of the move. Notified that they made a mistake and didnt have a truck available to help. Now my entire house is in boxes and Im stuck trying to find a way to move them the day before I leave on a week long business trip.

Excellent experience. The three guys who came to do our move couldn’t have been better. They were professional but friendly. They performed all the work in a reasonable time and were meticulously careful. I don’t know if this is how all the employees are but this was top notch customer service.

EDIT- After working to a resolution through the Better Business Bureau, we are being refunded the cost of the packing job.It’s reasonable to expect a small number of broken items in any move, but we have been through a truly distressing move with this company. I would caution anyone against hiring these guys. We hired them to pack, load, store for one week, then transport our property to Texas. The packers were actually drivers. A lot of our things were packed carelessly, a shelf of small family heirlooms was thrown in a large box without packing paper or protection of any kind. Other heirlooms were put in open baskets and lost. The loaders broke furniture in front of our eyes and when they ran out of room on the truck, they said “we got lazy” and had to call for another truck, which meant our items had to be reloaded after they had left our sight to consolidate to one truck, as was promised at the time we booked them. A lot of boxes showed up crushed. And 4 separate pieces of furniture were badly damaged and a mattress permanently stained because it ended up not having a cover.The claims process was pretty useless. The job was close to $9,000 and we have been refunded $650 for everything- a long list of broken items, damaged and broken furniture, and a lazy pack and loading effort. After three weeks of trying to negotiate for a fairer refund, we got an email saying that our refund check would not be sent because we still owed them for storage (we never received an invoice) so they were “calling it even” and closing our account. Our furniture still hasn’t been fixed and some priceless items have been lost for good.

Everyone who needs to hire movers should go with two men and a truck I can say from the moment I called to schedule the appointment with Caleb till the movers Shawn & Thomas finished unloading the last box into our storage unit was a wonderful experience. They not only fit me in the schedule on short notice but when I called the day before and rescheduled to later in the week they found time open yet again to help us. Shawn Blumhagen & Thomas Tate were not only friendly and energetic they really seem to love what they do for a living. There are not enough stars to rate these two guys and two men and a truck company as a whole. I can also tell you they were $200-$300 less per hourly rate than every other company I had called around to get quotes from. I am so blessed to have found this company and I will forever shout it from the rooftops!!!!! We had the best experience with them! We had flooding in our old house and needed to move within 3 days. It was stressful to say the least, but our three men made the move easy!!!! Highly recommend. I felt like we were friends by the end of the move.

My worst nightmare. Did $3,500 worth of damage to my furniture. Damages exceeded the value of the move. The movers were 4 hours late leaving the point of origin and 8.5 hours late arriving at destination. Movers did not complete the move in one day as promised and were incompetent in reassembling the beds. The general manager denied any responsibility for damages and the office staff threatened to send me to collections. Overall a horrible experience. Pictures worth a thousand words.

So we had a really great experience with two men and a truck. We moved about 15 mins away from an apartment to a house. The gentlemen William, Jamal and Chase were all very professional and on time. They took great care of our stuff and got everything moved and into the new house in no time. I would highly recommend them for any moving job.

Overall, really good experience. Office team was slow to get back to us to confirm. One person went on a lunch break and maybe didn’t pass off the task to call back?Then after movers showed up and loaded truck, I went to unload location (2 min away) and waited for 20 minutes. When they showed up, said GPS took them wrong direction. A little unprofessional... but their actual work was great.

First off - I loved how easy the website was to use. I was able to customize what all we were moving and other details involving our move. I was quickly followed up with and given the option to continue by email or call. I worked with Matthew H., who was very friendly and accommodating through emails and calls to set up our move, and he checked in after our move.Our 3 movers (Andrew H., Anthony W., & Jason B.) were on time, friendly, professional and quick! Even with the 90+ degree heat and us moving off the 3rd floor, they were such troopers! We were quoted 3-5 hours for our move and they did it in just over 3! Very impressive. Paying was quick and easy too once they were finished.This was our first experience using movers and we are so grateful that it was an all around positive one. Thanks to everyone involved!

The movers were top notch and did a great job! They were however sent with a truck that could not get up our driveway and the move took several hours longer than what was estimated. Office has told me for weeks that they would get back with me about refunding some of the cost, but still no word back after several phone calls. There are most cost effective movers; Id recommend shopping around.

The Franklin/Brentwood crew has helped us out a couple of times. Polite, professional, efficient, hard working guys. Definitely one of the best movers we have used and will use again.

They broke my wifes antique table, wooden mandala and metal tree piece and leather sofa, as well as items in a box and marked up our new door jam. They came around and did finally do the repairs. The leather sofa repair is actually amazing. The wood mandala looks like it was never dropped. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix the antique table to where it looked like it was never dropped so that is a bit disappointing. We would prefer if they helped us find an equal (it was the table leaves they damaged so every time we use them we will remember Two Guys at special events). You cant really replace an antique table thats been in the family for years so I guess they did what they could by painting the damage. They send different companies to do the repairs so its not fair to rate those companies on their limitations when you wouldnt have hired them for a job they simply can not do. (fix antique table)

I booked a move well in advance and requested the first time slot of the day. The move team was suppose to show up between 8-10. They arrived at 1:00. We were scheduled to complete two moves but were only able to complete one based on time restraints. The movers themselves did an excellent job BTW, the admin have not been stellar. I have not paid my bill yet and wish to do so. I received a bill that was not detailed and I feel I am being overcharged but cant be certain because the bill has no details. I sent an e-mail requesting a detailed bill. Nothing. I went by the store on Columbia Ave to sort it out. Because of Covid I was not allowed in the door. Fine, I wear a mask and support sound precautions. However, the man did not take any of my details to sort out the situation. Today, I get another call asking me to pay the bill. May I suggest that I will gladly pay the bill when I receive a detailed invoice. The ball is in your court people. I still have 50% of a move remaining but I not likely using your company for the move.

Easy to schedule a move with their office team. 2 guys showed up with a truck and they unloaded our trailer into our new home. We only hired them for an hour but they were able to get through about 75% of the trailer and all of the heavy lifting. Movers were efficient, clean, and friendly. Great job!

Nicolas and Floyd were the two men that helped us move my daughter. I had called that morning and the lady was so nice and said she would have to get back with me to see if she had anyone that could do it that afternoon, which she did within an hour. When the men showed up they were very kind and so very very hard working. They worked straight and took very few breaks, I would ask them to and they wouldnt. After about five hours of work they had the truck fully loaded and on their way to the storage unit and the dispatcher called and asked if he could send three more men to help them. I agreed he explained the cost and was so nice. He called back more than once to let me know they were on their way. The other three showed up and worked just as hard. I have never met such hard workers in a long time. It meant the world to me and I will never forget them. The price I paid was well worth it, I felt like I should of paid more. Thank you all for your kindness and help.

While they worked fast and with good work ethic, they also conversed with me throughout and by the end of the move I felt that they cared about my family and about our well being. This is not normal! I needed furniture and boxes moved from storage to a condo across town. Office staff was prompt and easy to communicate with which allowed me to get an accurate quote. Ezekiel and Lane were the movers sent to assist with the move/transport and they were quick and efficient. I had some fragile items and had no worries or concerns with how they handled my items. They were both pleasant and easy to work with and customer friendly. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

Buyer BEWARE!! Unfortunately our experience was less than optimal with this company. We had used Two Men and A Truck on 2 other occasions over the last 15 years and had great honest service but this time was horrible. We moved across a couple of states. The manager who came to give us the estimate was super nice and helpful. He stood in our kitchen for over 45 minutes having a great conversation which made us trust him and believe we were in great hands.The team tore up so much of our stuff!! Dents, scratches, missing lamp pieces, etc. The team had no regard for our personal items. As we continue to unpack, we are so surprised at the amount of our furniture that this company damaged.We reached out to the customer team to report all of the damaged items. Customer service was very nice and offered to go ahead and get a vendor out to repair all of our items, broken lamps, chunks of wood missing, broken spindles off antique mirrors, broken coat racks, dented and scratch washer/dryer, bent frames on lazy boy furniture and leather missing...the list goes on and on. We supplied pictures to her via email and then get a response back that we will be getting $675.00 for all of the damage that has been caused. As you can imagine, we were surprised so we began to ask questions. She informed me that we had signed the contract accepting the option of .60/lb on damaged items and I would have gotten this information in my estimate packet. We DID NOT get this information in our estimate package and were not informed about the options ahead of time to make an informed decision prior to the day of the move. The day of the move, the lead mover brought the contract with options to include the full coverage option and the .60/lb option all highlighted for initials/date and signature without any further explanation. Upon the complaint of excessive damage, the company chose the lesser of the 2 options (.60/lb), how convenient for them. We believe this is a common practice for this company. They intentionally do not provide the information to the consumer up front so they do not have to cover all of the items that are damaged. It would cost them quite a bit of money each time. Our move was valued at $80k.I would definitely say BUYER BEWARE. It is literally the worst experience we have had with any company!! We were even willing to look past the late truck (several hours) and unprofessional behavior exhibited by one of their staff!! $675.00 does not even begin to touch the amount of damage that was caused to our belongings.

Joe and Lane were amazing movers. They were patient with my daughter as she would change her mind as to where to locate different pieces of furniture in the house. They were knowledgeable about how to move heavy items, very careful about not hitting walls or molding with the furniture, and polite. They arrived on time and were extremely hard workers. We will hopefully have an opportunity to work with them again if we move.

We have used this company several times in the past without any issues but our July 25th move will be the last time we will ever use this company. They send 3 movers out, which was fine considering the amount of furniture to move, and they were on time. The problem is they damaged several pieces of furniture including a new bedroom set we had bought a month ago. There was damage where they knocked a chunk out of the new dresser and deeply scratched one of the drawers, they scratched up one of the new nightstands and the footboard of the bed. They also scratched up and took a chuck out of our kitchen pantry and scratched up the top of the dryer in a large area that went all the way to the bare metal. This damage was mostly caused by one of the movers because he was trying to get all the furniture loaded on the truck as fast as he could and only used shrink wrap on a lot on items instead of padding them as he should have. He was also in a hurry to get finished so he tried to move most of the big heavy items by himself using a dolly and was pushing things through the doors without being careful. We pointed out all the damage to the guys and they took pictures to turn in to the corporate office and yesterday I received an email from corporate that they had figured the damage at $90.00 based on the weight of the dresser. This is unacceptable considering we just paid $1100.00 for the bedroom set they damaged, not considering the other items that were damaged. Looks like we will have to contact our attorney to get this matter settled so I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a moving company, look elsewhere because this company will damage furniture and then not repair it.

This company either leaves their own reviews or pays people to leave them. I’ve worked for a moving company and I KNOW how many complaints I’ve heard about them. They were at my apartment complex today and held the elevator up for hours which isn’t allowed- management put up a sign that stated not to hold the elevators and the movers crumpled up the paper and taped it back up. When mentioning it to them they said “make a complaint I don’t care” soooo this is me doing so! The guys were very professional and handled the furniture and appliances with care. The truck wouldnt make it up the driveway because of tree branches and they had to walk everything down to the truck parked on the street. It was a good football field length they had to walk on a hill. They did so with no complaining about it. I was very pleased with how everything was done .

A Black man and his partner broke 2 antiques that I loved. One a French buffet and the other piece was a French Armoire.Both have to go Goodwill. I wouldn’t ever use this company.This was 2 and 1/2 years ago. Don’t use them.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. From their communication over the phone, the confirmation emails, the upfront transparency and clarity regarding the cost, the courtesy of the guys doing our move, their care with our belongings, their timeliness and efficiency, the visit on site from their project manager to make sure everything was going smoothly... etc. It was all great! I have used Two Men and a Truck 4 times in the past 18 months. Each time they have showed up on time, been professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free moving experience.

The guys did a great job and were on time. Only problem was that I felt the charge was too high. I guess it was what I was quoted, but I ended up paying $ 290 for moving one sofa from Franklin to Green Hills in Nashville. I was told it would be $145 base price and then any time spent over that would be added to the original $145. I wasnt really surprised that the charge was double the $145.

Couldnt have been better. Kevon and Jordan(Hope I got the names right) were more than professional, efficient and courteous. They made our out-of-state distance move a great experience. I would highly recommend this company and specifically this team to anyone. Keep up the good work!Tom and Cathy

I think the crew did a good job; however, they broke a crystal lamp as well as scratched my hardwood floor. They told me someone would be taking care of it and someone contacted me asking for photos, which I did forward to him immediately, but nothing has been done as of yet to fix my floor or credit me for the broken lamp. I will change my review to at least 4 stars if they will fix my floor as they promised and do something about my lamp.

We were very happy with the way these two gentlemen moved my daughter and son in laws belongings into their new home. The men were both very quick, but yet very careful with the belongings. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

I hired Two Men and a Truck for my recent move and was very happy with the service. I was given a 1-hour window for arrival, but the truck was there 10 mins ahead of schedule. This gave the movers enough time to meet us and do a walk-through of the house before starting the move. We hired movers specifically to move our bulky furniture, which included a treadmill on the 2nd floor. They were able to handle everything with ease! We didnt have any damage to our furniture or our home during the move.The guys were also able to complete the work in half the time I was quoted which was a nice surprise at the end! We spoke primarily with one of the two men, and he was very courteous and helpful during the whole process. If there were any questions on where to put furniture in our new home, they were sure to ask us before proceeding. I would highly recommend their services!

My movers, Mitchell W., Brian D., and Wes R. were amazing! They were so efficient and careful with all of my furniture pieces. I appreciate how careful they were with my furniture. They were all friendly and helpful. I will definitely use these movers again.

The guys that moved us were respectful and professional. They took care of our furniture as if it were their own. They did not ding or dent any walls or door facings in our new home, nor did they damage any of our furniture. They met all or needs and requests. If your looking to move, Two Men and a truck is the company to use.

The actual move went very well . However, expecting $150 deductible for the damage done by the driver is outrageous. Those using your service need to be aware they probably wont collect for damages. My friend in Nashville recently used this company. They destroyed a cottage collection valued at $1500 offered peanuts. They wont be using them again.

Have moved many times over the years but this was our best move ever thanks to the team provided by Two Men and A Truck. Nikkea at front office was great with pre-move details, written estimated costs, and reminders. Ezekiel and Paul knocked out our move in 5 hours, hardly stopping for a break. Very impressed and HIGHLY recommend this moving company!!
