Best selection of bikes anywhere. The sales staff is top notch,even after the sale the service department and parts staff go over and above any other dealerships I have been to in the past. The owners are even out on the floor helping, that is unheard of now and days. I would make thier dealership your first and only stop when looking for a new or used bike or jet ski.

No automated phone system or even an answering machine. Lol

Found the Service Manager to be a Jerk. Dropped off a tire/rim just before closing for a tire replacement .... Left instructions to please text next business day. 4 biz days later no contact so I stop in.. Service Manager says rather snarky sorry I refuse to text with my personal phone . Now honestly.. if he would be forced to use personal phone..... dont blame him, but not calling instead... big issue and the snark reply.... not good. I dont say anything at all,, We move on... he discusses with me tire options showing me website they get tires from. Site is OBVIOUSLY at high markup. Tire prices are nearly two to three times of what they actually can be found elsewhere. Manager is Obviously trained / hired by this business to maximize profits per sale. Reality... this is a lo$$ to businesses..... for usually that route will NOT encourage customers to ever return. I wont. As a business owner I know.... return sales are where the profits are.Anywhose..... I really dont say much... pick up my tire un repaired and leave suggesting as a I exit that after 4 days Not calling was massively out of line. I go home..... order tire online for 1/2 the price. It shows up 12 hours later at my door. Do they think customers are stupid??
