Great store will definitely drive 3 hours again to come to your Harley store. Have 3 within about an hour of me and would still drive the 3 hours to go here. Not like any dealership Ive ever been to. This is a speed shop that happens to also sell Harleys. They have a great dynamic going on here. We travel 530 miles to be here and have our bikes built by the best. These guys are on the cutting edge of parts development. Working with manufacturers and HD to get it done. They know what works and what doesnt. But you need to realize there is no affordable way to go fast on a harley. Fast and reliable bikes are expensive.

Went shopping in early February looking for a 2021 sport glide in white, they had a black one but told me they could order the white. Week later my bike was there, did all necessary paperwork and out the door. Could not be more pleased with Moonshine Harley. Bike is great and coming off a Night train and being 60 years old what a difference. THANK YOU MOONSHINE

Sales guy was much friendlier and willing to answer any questions than the local Honda place. They seem like they really do want to sell you a motorcycle here but werent pushy at all.

We did our research and visited pretty much every HD location. We ended up back at Moonshine. The day we purchased our new bike the owner was there. He took time out to give us a personal tour. Moonshine is hands down one of the best Harley shops in TN and maybe even the region. Box 5 in all categories. Courtney was amazing as my sales person, Hardee was amazing in finance, and Cedric is amazing in service. They are good at everything they do and knowledgeable. I pass 2 other dealerships in order to get to them if that says anything.

Came down from Minnesota on a ride through Montgomery to Savannah and needed a rear tire. They got me in right away, price was right, and the staff at the service desk were awesome dudes.We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. I might even look for a bike here when it’s time to upgrade!

Came in to look at a 2009 FatBob with Mike. Helped me make sure it was the perfect bike for me and got me an amazing deal on it. Had to wait a little to get some small parts in for it to be ready, but Mike stayed on top of it and communicated with me the entire time. I recommend Moonshine Harley place a million times over.

Recently purchased a bike from this place. Everything was going well until we got to the financial office. Hardee (Business Manager) was so rude and very unprofessional. She treated us with much disrespect and sarcasm. Buying a Harley is a big investment, we had lots of questions about insurance and warranty. She was very rude throughtout the process treating us like we were stupid. If you can, take your business somewhere else where you are treated with dignity and respect. There are many other professionals motorcycle dealerships that deserve your business.

I purchased my 2019 Road Glide Special @ Moonshine Sept.2018. Nov. 2019: Had a motor build by Mike V. to a BADASS 128. Since then I have had nothing but heart pumping thrills when riding or talking about my bike. Never thought I would do this but after spending a year hanging around this dealership, knowing the skill and passion the employees I decided to take a leap of faith. Not only does my bike preform beyond my expectations it is a sleeper. Love the look on other riders faces after they have witnessed my beast in action. Thanks Arron, Mike V., Jamie. This buying experience could not have been any more enjoyable. I’ve purchased a number of scooters with the sales folks often times coming across as if they were doing me ‘favor’ by selling me a bike. Taking the time required to understand, and educate me if necessary, is something they’d rather not involve themselves with. Rob Meyers did an exemplary job of listening and then applied what he learned about ME before we discussed making a purchase; which made his ‘selling’ the bike quite honestly, an afterthought. Paige in clothing and Cedric in parts were more than simply knowledgeable about the various nuances of their respective areas, there’s a desire to HELP you which was refreshing to say the least. Hardee will be your last stop before calling your scooter yours. She puts all the paperwork together in finance turning a process of drudgery into something to look forward to. Not because she’s the final step in your buying process, but because she wants to help...just like the other members of the Moonshine H-D Team...(my wife adopted her before we left). Bottom line, the BEST dealership from start to finish for purchasing your ride, and exceptionally well qualified and equipped to meet your high performance upgrades as the need presents.

I had a poor experience involving the service department. I brought in my bike to have the starter worked on. It took almost 2 weeks for them to get it done. After a week when I called I was told the parts had not arrived yet. When I called a second time 4 days later, they told me the mechanic ran into a problem but they could not determine what the problem was. The mechanic had left for the day. They vowed the work would be completed later that day, which it was. When I picked up the bike, the woman that works in the service department brought the bike to the service door. After I paid and went to get on the bike I noticed that the left handle grip had been pulled clear down to the very end of the handle bar and mounted there. The left handle bar was 6 inches longer than the right! The grip is secured with three set screws, so this was obviously intentional. After going back in and telling them about this, the service desk guy fixed it on the spot and apologized. He could not explain why this happened. I could not believe that the woman that drove the bike around either did not notice this or did not care. I have attached an exact recreation of what this looked like. This leaves me wondering if the mechanic had been fired for other reasons and this was the result of a disgruntled employee. I can understand that since I manage people, however, this should not have been something that was identified by the customer. I doubt I will be going to this place again.

Me and my father rented some Harleys from this place. Very great quality bikes these were. We got to ride the Natchez trace and had a great time!

They just have small size. Im on vacation and wanted a shirt but Im a medium not small...everything else was fine.

Not a fan of skulls and bones. I was there visiting from out of town and was looking for apparel with Tennessee on it. Unfortunately, there was not a lot to choose from.

Very awkward sales experience. Walked into the dealership and was looking at a CVO ultra limited for 15 minutes without even a hello and a sales guy sitting 10 feet away. When I finally was helped the salesman tried to run my credit without asking, he said he wanted me pre-approved before we went on a test ride. Lastly he wouldn’t even tell me the price of the bike or what kind of a deal they could make me since I was planning on buying a $30k+ bike and about $6k in parts. I would not recommend buying a bike from these guys!

I’m a firm believer in do what you say you will do when you say you will. Dealing with Nick and crew was easy and my bike is a beast!

You know Harley wonders why they are losing customers with the younger generations. The problem is the no longer seek customers. In the motorcycle community respect is not just given. It is earned. Harley no longer earns their customers. They just expect the name to bring in buyers.I went to Moonshine Harley a few minutes ago. My wife and I have been looking for a new bike. We wanted to try one of the new herritages with this being the only day we have had off together. After taking with salesman he was egar to get us out on a test ride. Then he wanted to discuss what we would put down today. When i told him we were just looking he said he had other customers to take on test rides.Now I have nothing aginst the salesman. He was a good dude. I am sure this is just how Harley is these day. Ive been to more than just this dealer and had this issue. Little do these folks know I could pay cash for one of these bikes today. I havent had this problem with Indian. They seem very easy going and ready to let you ride anything regardless of when you want to buy. The biggest diffrence Ive found between Indian and Harley is Indian works to gain your respect and loyalty whereas Harley could care less. Looks like Indian will be my next purchase.

Although our beloved 2017 Street Glide will be sorely missed, my wife and I look forward to making new memories on our Road Glide. Thanks guys!

Came in wanting to check out some different used and new bikes. They were really awesome at showing me multiple different bikes and trying to get me on something that I will get a lot of years out of. They showed me multiple bikes like the sportsters and the Iron 883. The salesman, Mike, was excellent at showing me bikes that fit the ride style I wanted. Definitely will be back soon to buy one!

Here is the short version of a long story, 8-22-20 I drove 2 1/2 hours down from KY to purchase 08 ultra classic, upon arrival I’m informed the bike needs a longer clutch cable due to aftermarket handle bars and the bike would not be ready to leave with today. Frustrating but okay. 8-24-20 I get a call from shop letting me know it’s ready but saddle bag fell off during a test ride and it’s damaged. I get told to ride it 300 miles and they will file it under the warranty to get repaired. I declined and requested to speak to a manager which happen not to be available on mondays. 8-25-20 I talked to manager, he insures me it will be repaired at their cost. But give him a few weeks because their painter is booked up. 9-25-20 they pick up the bags for repair. I don’t hear anything for a week so I call. I was told my bag has been painted to many times to be repaired. So they are gonna purchase new bag and lid and get it painted. Called several times over the next few weeks being told several different things. 10-22-20 the bags are delivered and are obviously were not new, already has paint chips on top edges, left bag won’t latch or lock, right bag had visible repairs from the inside and latch is missing locking tab and there is still dust all over the inside of lid, latch and inside bag from sanding. I contacted them and get told more lies, such as my bags happened to be stretched so apparently the bag is discontinued. So they purchased used bags repaired and painted. It’s a different story every time you talk to them. I just want my saddle bags fixed correctly. This has been a horrible experience with customer service. I wouldn’t recommend buying a quart of oil there due to my experience. I most definitely will not be doing anymore business there.

Rob Meyers is one the nicest, knowledgeable, and most professional sales person I’ve ever met! He asked all the right questions and established which bike was the best fit for me for my style of riding and budget. When I agreed to the deal, we did the “Victory lap“ and met everyone in apparel, parts, service, and then finally in finance. As a whole this dealership is the best in middle Tennessee and I have visited all of the dealerships and finally settled on getting a bike from Moonshine, mainly because they had the bike that I wanted and the right price and partly because of how much of a relationship my wife and I developed with Rob during the whole process. Good relationships with the people that you’re doing business with makes all the difference in the world! My wife and I were made to feel part of the family and not just another Joe that’s come in to kick tires!Moonshine will always be our home dealership!

Very rude and unfriendly. Nobody greeted us or said hi when we walked in and around the entire premises. When one of the salespeople went to ask us if we had a question he asked then immediately walked away. Didnt seem to care if we did have a question or not. There are plenty of other dealerships in the area that we will be going to. Been to many dealerships and used to work at one. The level of customer service or concern at this location is piss poor.
