Just moved to Ohio after 15 years in New York & had the pleasure of buying my first car with the team at Pierson I-75. I’d been shopping around all over town for a reliable car at a reasonable price and found that, and more, at Pierson’s..Every time I’d stopped by to check out the new cars I was greeted with a warm smile from the polished and attentive team: Frank, Forrest, Coach Mike, and (Gene i think is his name?). Each visit the team was so accommodating and took their time to note my interests and needs in a car, with a relaxed approach. I felt comfortable the whole time because they made a genuine connection rather than trying to just “sell”..This week—Our final visit, Coach Mike greeted us with such a great energy. Frank helped me look at their catalog of inventory, making sure to stay within my budget. And Forrest helped close the deal! Forrest made me feel like a priority, and took time in walking me through every step during this exciting undertaking. This was a very big moment because I finally found a job in the pandemic and needed a car to get to work— while the bank prolonged the process for loans despite showing multiple streams of (consistent) income, Forrest and Coach worked tirelessly to make sure I was driving home with my car that night! The pandemic really shook up a lot of our lives, but it’s nice to know the Pierson team is here to help their customers keep moving forward..I cannot thank Forrest, Coach Mike, and Frank enough. Hopefully this won’t be for a while but I already can’t wait to come back and buy my next car again with these amazing individuals. 10/10 highly recommended. I cant find anything to say negative about this place. I have a lower average credit and they got me approved for a pretty good truck. Vehicles are well maintained as far as I know and if you want something theyll find a way to put you in that drivers seat. Friendly staffing is always a huge +

I took my truck in at 9:51am for transmission flush and for an inspection because my truck starts shaking and has a burning rubber smell. I called at 3:17pm asking if it was ready, after not hearing from them ALL DAY. Only for them to tell me they couldn’t do the transmission and that they didn’t find anything wrong with my truck.Why did it take them almost 6 hours just to tell me this and charge me $50… I’m not sure. Complete waste of time, the receptionists at the front desk left me in the blue, gave me my car and showed me where to pay at.They seemed unwilling to inspect what was causing the shaking, unwilling to find a solution to perform the transmission flush.

They are the nicest people very eager to help. They stayed way past closing to help with my purchase. I was very pleased, I would recommend shopping at their business, I shopped around other auto places but I 75 pierson beat them hands down. When I purchase another vehicle l will go to pierson. They are the nicest people,

Bought a 2013 Ford truck withy 90,000 miles on it. Drove home and immediately discovered heater did not work, now found out it has a busted head gasket, broken turbo, and electrical issues. Brought back to fix after refusing to return my phone calls. Now over a month later, no phone calls, found truck outside, unlocked, with my engine in the back uncovered. Do not buy here. You will be sorry to ever do business with a place that misrepresents the condition of a vehicle to this degree. My lawyer will now have to resolve my dispute. You should do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. You have been warned.

After talking to them I did explain that I did have challenged credit and that other places were only able to get us approved for a lesser car than we wanted. They told us to come in and let them see what they can do. Well not only did they get us approved for the car we wanted, but they made the whole process easy. We got the car we wanted and at a price lower than expected. I would highly recommend and I will be sending my friends and family there first... can’t say enough about the friendly staff. Greeted polite and businesslike. Had info on what needed to be done. This gentleman (no-name sorry) even walked me to my vehicle. I didnt buy my vehicle thru them but he was very informative on it. Would definitely recommend as I will return myself for further vehicle addage.

I called Gradin in the parts department about ordering a key remote for a used van this morning. He took the time to research my options and called me back with advice. I have bought many things from their parts dept because nothing beats factory OEM replacement parts. He also is going to talk to the mechanics and try to find a gm part Solution or if it’s even possible? They have always treated me great and I appreciate all their help. Piersons is not your normal stereo typical dealership, I have bought some things at Pierson that was cheaper than what Autozone had priced me for made in China junk replacement parts. The only reason I do not give five stars is that one can ALWAYS find something that can be improved if one looks hard enough. Pierson come as close to perfection as I have found in any industry anyplace. The people there make repairs to customer satisfaction & explain what was done until the client fully understands. They even offer suggestions for optimal use of vehicles! Once I was ill & they brought me home PAST what could have been been expected! Great people. Great service. Great prices!

I-75 Pierson was the best car shopping experience I have had in 30 years. Our sales person was Nick. Nick worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted. He did not try to sell a vehicle that he thought we should have. Nick is personable and fun to work with. He quickly located information when we needed additional information. During our search, we worked with many dealerships and many not so good sales people. I can say that Nick was the best with whom we have worked.This dealership moved quickly from test drive to signing the sale papers. In addition to Nick, we had the pleasure to work with James, the sales manager. He made the paperwork process fast and informative. We had several add on pieces put on the Impala after the purchase. James located the items we needed, schedule a time working around our crazy schedule. In addition, he kept us updated during this process. Without hesitation, he shared his cellphone number and quickly responded quickly to our questions.I would encourage my friends and colleagues to seek out i-75 Pierson Automotive for there next vehicle. Ive been taking my Toyata here recently for oil changes. They have done an excellent job and fast service. Recently balanced tires no one else could get to balance correctly. Superior job!

Pearson Auto is a honest run business. They do not over charge for thier services. It is the best place i have ever dealt with for auto service.

I have had my vehicle taken to the body shop twice here, and both times, the repair has been flawless, and my car has been spotless when I got it back. The second time they even removed a dent without charging me Because it had to be removed to properly review and fix the paint. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Rented a cargo truck from them very nice people they even gave me a ride home after returning the truck because my ride fell through

I was very displeased with my service I received at this location. I typically go the Verity Parkway location or Middletown Ford but I was on this side of town and thought I would receive the same quality service I do at the other location. I waited almost 30 minutes to even get written up, the guy (I believe named Daren) was on the telephone and then talking to an employee. After waiting all this time I then ended up spending just under an hour to get an oil change completed. So basically I was there 1 1/2 hours. Then when I left I had oil/grease in my vehicle. I came back and spoke with a guy named Mike and he basically said the oil was already in the vehicle. Now how did he know this, did he get in my vehicle? I never even saw this guy before. Never Again! Avoid this place, stay down in town for good quality service. I would have given no stars but the site makes you give at least one.

I hit a deer in my favorite 2007 Chevy Trailblazer . My parents suggested their body shop and commented what a great job they had done on my mothers Cadillac. I stopped in..droppef off the next morning. My vehical was done a day ahead of schedule. It is BEAUTIFUL!I was extremely impressed with the service, friendly staff, explanation of quote on job details, price (more than fair), and the wonderful job they did over all!I HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!

After my car was hit, I took to it Pierson Service Center to have it fixed. Not only was the customer service awesome, but my car looked better than it did before it was hit. So if you are needing any kind of repairs, Pierson is the place to go!

Have bought two cars there myself and with family and friends a grand total of 8 cars. They have great customer service, maintenance and are very willing to work with any issue. I bought both of my cars off a guy named Tom. They dont lie or do the run around like most other car dealerships do. Very nice staff and go out of their way to bring you back.

Got called back two days after my first visit and was approved through a lender the sales team etc were amazing and one of the lenders who tried to get me approved I now have a dependable car and a sense of peace knowing Im able to get to and from work as well as my home town an hour and a half away they really do care and bend over backwards to help out

I went into this location unsure of what I wanted to get and also very apprehensive. Ive never had a good experience with car dealerships. I always feel extremely pressured and rushed. Anyway. Nick, one of their sales associates approached me and was very helpful and attentive. Never once did I feel like he was trying to manipulate me into buying something the way I have been in the past at other dealerships. Unfortunately something popped up on my information and I was unable to walk away with a car that day, but you can bet I wont buy from anyone else. I highly suggest Pierson automotive!!! Nick is a very kind young man and I am looking forward to buying a car from him.

This was all a few years ago:Well, after telling the saleswoman our max, she proceeded to show us a few cars, including this modest 7 year old Chevorlet Galant with 62,000 miles. We took a liking to it and said we should start the paperwork. It was at the point when our monthly payment was given to us did we realize something was up. The price given to us, $190/month after our $3,000 downpayment seemed much higher than what we said our max was $11,500... especially when considering that was a 72 mo. loan! The look on our faces must have registered with our saleswoman as she first uttered the phrase, well go to bat. When I said this price wasnt going to work, she went to talk to her manager and came back with a better price... $230/month for 60 months. Im pretty bad at math, but I do believe thats just about the same overall price.My girlfriend started speaking up at this point saying that she didnt want this hanging over our heads for 5 years and that wed barely be able to make that payment every month. Again, the saleswoman says theyd go to bat for us, and that shed bring her boss out to see what we can do. I thought that maybe this is where theyd finally go back to our original price. Instead, this guy offers us a warning that wed regret passing up this great deal because we went with something cheaper. Wed end up spending more money because youd just have to trade in your new car for less to get a car youd really like. I was almost fuming at this point. I dont have to buy your car, and at this point, any money Id give you would be against my principles because I dont believe in patronizing bullies or shysters.My girlfriends mom showed up, imploring her that she was running late and had to leave. The saleswoman said I can try out another car, one in your price range. While I mercy-test drove this 10 year old Nissan Altima priced at $11,000, she once again said that we should regroup and figure out what we want because theyd go to bat for us. Right. Much more likely wed get attacked with one. Luckily, a day later I walked out of another dealer with a 7 year old Scion TC with 48,000 miles for $7,500. I still drive that car TODAY and have yet to regret buying it. The only regret I have is spending 2 hours dealing with these crooks.
