First off, this place is open for retail, but its meant for professionals. These folks know their stuff and if they cant find it for you, it probably doesnt exist. Dont get me wrong, if you walk in and ask for an ordinary bulb, they will treat you just as well as anyone else.If you need something unusual, dont bother going anywhere else.

Very nice staffHad everything I needed

Placed an order by phone with limited info about my office fluorescents. 3D lighting was able to figure out exactly what I needed. The bulbs were delivered to Boston by 3D lighting employees 2 days later. Reordering another round was even easier. They were able to pull up my previous order and send the same bulbs. A great experience.
