I was very pleased with the service I was provided today by the two wonderful gentlemen that delivered the sectional I bought from Bassett Furniture. They were congenial and courteous, as well as, professional. They took extra care in handling the furniture as not to damage anything while carrying this large sectional upstairs. They placed it exactly where I wanted it. I could not of been more pleased.

Cathy Meadows, Assistant Manager, assisted me selecting all components of Bassetts petite 66 sofa on Thursday August 19th even though I couldnt place the order with her. Sofa is for my new place near Lancaster PA. I cant say enough about how positive this experience was. Subsequently, I have several friends Cathy has helped. All echo the same positive experience and if opportunity presents itself in the future, they will seek out Cathys help.

Low pressure staff was very helpful. The delivery team kept us advised of their schedule and were prompt and very helpful in moving furniture whre needed.

We had an excellent experience ordering our sofa. Chris worked with us to understand the options and fabrics. We also took a swatch home to see how the fabric looked in our home. This will be my first stop the next time that we need furniture.

Great in-sales team, unfortunately disappointed in the quality of the purchase and customer care following delivery. Only after a week of purchase my brand new couch has a torn seam stitch (that gets bigger by the day, as customer service drags they’re feet, and I reported this a week ago). I find that unacceptable for the money paid for it. If this is the quality one should come to expect. Id have rather gone to Ashley Furniture store and pay far less for better quality !Bassett Furniture will treat you all right when your ALL WHITE .

We began our purchase process during the onset of COVID and while still living out of state. The website was excellent and easy to understand. Cathy Meadows guided and assisted us for many months as we planned, selected and purchased our furniture. She stayed in frequent contact throughout and called us the day after each delivery to see how we felt about it. She offered expert advice and was very skilled in identifying out tastes and needs. Mrs. Cathy was amazing to work with. She invested so much time in helping me find the right piece for our living room after experiencing a nightmare with another store. I Recently purchased a chair from this store. My sales person, Betty, was the best. She walked the store will me two or three times while I sat in chairs. She was so patient and helpful as I made fabric choice. The help was much needed as there was such a large selection.Betty facilitated scheduling the delivery. Sales person (Kathy) was superior! She spent a lot of time with me picking out fabric and placing the order. She called to inform me that the order was ready for delivery and schedule a delivery. The delivery process was top notch, with plenty of texts and emails to remind you of date and time and the process the day of delivery. Delivery was perfect-within the one frame and a phone call when the truck was headed to the house. The staff was professional, courteous, friendly and handled the furniture with care. Grade A+ from the first visit to the store to the furniture being placed in my den!

The springs in one of the chairs we bought in 2011 broke the other day. I called, and they sent a man out to look at it. When he noticed that we had four identical chairs, he had the company to pick up all four, and repair them. He said at the time our chairs were made, they used plastic clips, and it would only be a matter of time before they all broke. I was so pleased that they made the effort to repair them all. The men who picked up the chairs, and the men who brought them back were all very nice and respectful of our furniture. I would highly recommend Bassett of Cool Springs. Their customer service has exceeded expectations.

Weve ordered several pieces of furniture over the course of several months. The experience from start to finish (delivery) was great! I was sort of waiting to be disappointed, but was gladly surprised to enjoy the whole process. The store manager, Chris, is great as well as the other staff.

Beautiful furniture, but the customer service was nonexistent. Two saleswomen were situated by the door and made brief eye contact but said nothing and did not smile. A customer came in shortly after us and was greeted warmly. We were taken aback by the discrepancy. We perused the entire store without ever being approached. As we left, again, the two women at the front made eye contact briefly but did not smile or say thank you for coming in. We purposely dress down when furniture shopping. We cant help but wonder if this store is all about appearances and if we would have been treated much differently had we come in wearing business attire.

Shannon did a great job of helping select colors and peices and the delivery guys were great.
