Poor response on customer service issues for their East Park McDonalds in Brentwood. Not as responsive as other McDonalds owners. Very poor handling of customer credit card data. VERY unapologetic. A stain on the venerable McDonalds brand. DO NOT trust them with your credit / debit card. Tried to reach security several times.

Visited their Smyrna store. You would have thought you were in a bar full of sailors. The cursing was rediculous. Had to call the police. DO NOT patronize this establishment.
